Having Trouble loggin in page customisation

Question

Hi All,
We are using EP SP 2. There is a link "Get Support" in login Page. Using the link,all user can post login problems to the Administrator User. Administrator will get all issues by email.(if email server is configured.).
We want to customised this forms for our project needs.
Can anyone tell me which par file needs to be customised for this purpose?

Hi Kukku
  You have to modify the logon par file from the pcd folder. I think for ur requirement, u have to modify umLogonProblemPage.jsp
\usr\sap\<instance>\JC00\j2ee\cluster\<server>\apps\sap.com\irj\servlet_jsp\irj\root\WEB-INF\deployment\pcd\com.sap.portal.runtime.logon.par.bak
For customizing, u can follow these steps.
1)Make a copy of com.sap,portal.runtime.logon.par.bak and rename it
2)Move the new par file outside of J2EE deployment directory
3)Extract the files while keeping the directory structure
4)Modify the required files
5)Put back the modified files into PAR file
6)Copy the new PAR file back into deployment directory
7)Maintain authschemes.xml
8)Restart the portal
