Having trouble redownloading purchased applications

Recently I had some problems with my ipod touch. Most of my applications weren't loading so I decided to restore it. After I had done that I tried to redownload all of my applications. All of the free ones I had downloaded previously asked if I would like to download them again but not the ones that were paid for. Both of those instead asked if I would like to buy the application. I was under the impression that I could redownload applications that I had paid for the in past.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Having trouble adding purchased and imported music to my playlists

I'm having trouble adding purchased and imported music to my play lists. For example when I purchase or import new music to my playlists I have to re sync my ipod or the new songs don't appear on my playlists. Perhaps this is because I once unplugged my ipod w/out first disconnecting it. Previously when I purchased and imported music songs would appear on my play lists when I dragged them from purchased to playlist.

Remember to authorise your new machine with the Apple ID
Essentially copy the itunes folder and all sub folders over to the same place in the new computer.
Windows XP: C:\Documents and Settings\username\My Documents\My Music\iTunes\
Windows Vista: C:\Users\username\Music\iTunes\
Windows 7: C:\Users\username\My Music\iTunes\
Windows 8: C:\Users\username\My Music\iTunes\

My Macbook with 10.6.8 is having trouble with certain applications- Word will not open, and text edit or pdf will not print.

My Macbook (13 inch 2008) running OS 10.6.8 is having trouble with some applications. Word will not even open. I cannot print from text edit or Preview or Adobe. Excel sometimes opens but very slow. What could be wrong? I have repaired permissions, used an antivirus program, deleted some old MS fonts, and still no change. I have 1 G RAM and there seems to be plenty available and I have 50 G of hard drive space empty.

Well, first 1gb of Ram is not plenty. It's the absolute bare minimum just to run OS X 10.6.8. The MS Office applications are ram hogs also. I would recommend three things.
1. Get more ram.
2. Reinstall and update your MS Office applications.
3. Reinstall Snow Leopard.

Can i redownload purchased applications

I just recently had my phone replaced because of a hardware issue and in the process of this i lost all my purchased applications...is there a way to get these back on my new phone or do i have to re-purchase them?

Help?! I use multiple Apple ID's to download purchases to my phone and am having trouble getting purchases from them all?!

This situation has been causing me much stress and frustration for about a week now and I really hope I can get help here.
I got my first iPhone 5 this past June and synced purchases from my mom's computer to my phone and was able to use my own Apple ID to purchase music to my phone just fine. Everything was fine with having purchases from my Apple ID and from my mom's Apple ID on my phone until I recently got my new HP 2000 laptop with Windows 8 and set up an iTunes library under my own Apple ID. Before setting up iTunes on my computer, I cleared out my music library (containing songs purchased from my Apple ID and my mom's) due to an issue with my playlists. I re-synced my phone with my music on my computer and ran into a problem: I had to delete apps and tones bought with my mom's Apple ID. Not caring or thinking I let it delete the few apps and tones I synced from my mom's library. I got all my songs back on my phone and fixed the playlist issue. Everything was good, but I have songs and other purchases on my mom's account that I want on my phone. I read that I can't sync with two libraries though, which is a bummer. So, I decided to just sign in to her account on my phone and re-download purchases right from there. Well, when I tried I got a warning that stated, "this device is already associated with another Apple ID" and it tells me if I want to transfer purchases from her account, I'll have to wait 90 days if I want to re-download purchases from other Apple ID's? What does that mean? Is there away around all this so I can get purchases from other accounts on my phone without running into that warning? Will I be able to get the purchases to my phone at all?
I apologize if this is confusing, I'd be more than happy to provide any further clarification to those willing to help me. All replies are very much appreciated. Thank you to those who can help in advance!

I am having trouble with purchasing apps on my iPad, it is continuously giving me a message saying unable to complete purchase. What's happening and how do I fix it?

The App Store isn't allowing me to purchase apps and is coming up with a message saying "your purchase could not be completed" what's happening and how can I fix it?

Could be any number of things. What user trobleshooting have you tried? Restart (power off/on) reset, hold the sleep/wake and home buttons together until you see the Apple logo and then release. See if it works after the phone restarts. Next is a restore from a backup (make sure you made a current one), then restore as a new device, which deletes all data from your device. If it doesn't work after all that, then make an appointment at the Genius Bar at the local Apple store, it is probably a hardware issue.
I have seen something similar which is generally diagnosed as a hardware issue.

Having trouble downloading purchased music(Error Code -50)

I just got my i-pod up and running on this new computer. When I purchased an album to download to the computer it seems to act like it is downloading and then gives me an (Error Code -50) telling me to check the advanced button to try and download later. I have tried this ten time and keep getting (error code -50). Anybody have an idea to fix this problem?

A -50 usually indicate that something is blocking the connection to the store. You need to make sure that all firewalls, pop-up blockers, etc. have iTunes as an allowed site. If by chance you use a router, you will need to make sure that iTunes is authorized through the router.

I am trying to Buy/Downlaod logic Pro x and I also have enough money in the itunes account to purchase logic, but I keep getting asked the same things over and over and not getting anywhere.
