Having trouble restoring my iPhone 4s error 1 always persist
Hi Im encountering trouble restoring my iPhone 4s back to its original version 5.0.1. When I do restore an error 1 pops out of the screen. please help provide a solution. Im using a factory unlocked iPhone 4s that is updateable anytime but my problem is one morning when I woke up I saw my phone completely out of power and when I plug it in to my charger, restore mode appears on the screen. I did several restore but it keeps getting error. I tried using tiny umbrella to kick it out of restore mode but when it boots up after apple logo appears the spinning wheel never disappear.
Errors 3000-3999 (3004, 3013, 3018, 3164, 3194, and so on): Error codes in the 3000 range generally mean that iTunes can't contact the update server (gs.apple.com) on ports 80 or 443.
Update to the latest version of iTunes.
Verify the computer's date and time are accurate.
Check that your security or firewall software isn't interfering with ports 80 or 443 or with the server gs.apple.com.
Follow these steps to troubleshoot security software. Often, uninstalling third-party security software will resolve these errors.
An entry in your hosts file may be redirecting requests to gs.apple.com (go to "Unable to contact the iOS software update server gs.apple.com" above).
Internet proxy settings can cause this issue. If you're using a proxy, try again without using a proxy.
Test restoring while connected to a known-good network.
Error 3004: If you're using a Mac, you may be able to resolve an error 3004 by quitting iTunes and using the following command in the command line: dscacheutil -flushcache.

I'm having trouble updating my iphone 4 since i updated to 4.3.3 i can't update it anymore. initially itunes would let me go so far as downloadin the new software then an error poped up as soon as the download finished, and now when i connect it to my itunes, itunes freezes for about 5 minutes then says something like "could not load sync service, reconnect or try again later" any ideas on what i shud do?

I have been having trouble with my iphone 4 for the past day . i tried to update it to 7.0.4 then the screen went blank and it keeps telling me to connect to itunes . I have connected it to 2 computers , using different cords and it doesnt recognize it . It says it is in recovery mode and i need to restore . after clicking restore it says that my iphone cannot be restored . I am very frustrated because i have been online searching for solutions all day and nothing seems to work . Yes. AT&T has to authorize the unlock. However, they can not do so in the store. There is a process that must be followed involving restoring the phone in iTunes to complete the unlock process. How did you use the phone in between the time you bought it and the time AT&T authorized unlocking it?
WHEN did AT&T authorize unlocking it? AT&T did not begin offering unlocking until last Spring if I recall correctly. -

I'm having trouble connecting my iphone to my itunes on my computer
So for christmas I got an iPhone and currently, I'm having trouble connecting my iPhone to my iTunes on my computer. If I get on my computer and open my iTunes, I can use it perfectly fine but once I tried to connect my phone to it, it told me the software needed to be updated before it would work with my phone. I went to the website and tried downloading the updated version 10 times but every time it told me it couldn't connect with an apple device or something. So then I tried just going to my downloads and stuff and moving the actual song straight to my phone but it would always tell me my device has ended or has been disconnected. All I'm trying to do is move some songs onto my phone from my computer. They weren't purchased straight from iTunes so it's not showung up in my "purchased" on my phone. (I think I got them from amazon and some are cds that I my computer that I got years ago. Maybe thats why they don't show up in the purchased?) Anyway, how can I fix this? I have a windows computer if that can help at all. Thanks!!!
Also, I just opened my iTunes on my computer then plugged my phone to the computer and a box popped up saying "This iPhone cannot be used because the Apple Mobile Device is not started"
I have no idea what that means.
