Having trouble sending mail from iPad. It keeps freezing? Can anyone help?
I am having trouble sending mail as it keeps freezing mid send. Sometimes it takes a couple of days to suddenly send. Rest of iPad working fine. Can anyone help?

It details how to use the utl_smtp package to send emails.
I have to ask however, since you're not doing anything 'fancy' like adding email attachments, why aren't you using the (much simpler) htmldb_mail package to send email? -
try opening itunes and a get the ? symbol
The Dock has lost track of iTunes.
Open a Finder window and go to Applications.
Drag iTunes to the Dock. -

I'm haing trouble sending email from iPad and iPhone 4. No trouble receiving email, just sending!
If this happened in the past hour or so with dot-mac or dot-me mail, the iCloud servers were having a problem.

Is anyone else having trouble sending mail on an iMac running 10.6.8. I get a messsage that the server can't be accessed. Apple help suggests using a different port from the one that was originally set. I have a Mobile Me account. Any suggestions?
I had major issues with the iPhone 4s battery, however it’s resolved.
The tech who set the phone up at the Apple store did so with little training.
if you have a mobile me account. First go and move all your data to the cloud by going on your computer and logging in at me.com/move. The cloud has replaced mobile me, so there is no need for those two accounts
Also make sure that for any of your email accounts you set them up to fetch, not push. My tech person set them all to have the email servers push data to the phone. The new iphone4s antenna is extremely strong so it will continually try to access stuff that is pushed–***** a lot of battery life doing this. It makes it worse if you have exchange 2010 accounts. Something about changes made to exchange really suck battery life from devices that access such accounts.

You should get a message in some cases that it will delete your stored app data - say OK if you want to proceed
The wiggle mode should stop with a press of the home button - not a hard reset

Im having trouble sending messages from my iPhone 4..ever since i upgraded to iOS 5, its giving me this problem. It says your SMS mailbox is full. Delete some messages to recieve new messages.
I've deleted around 10 huge conversations, rebooted it, restored it, done a soft and hard reset too. What should i do?my boyfriend restored his iphone as a brand new phone and still had this problem, he deleted all his text conversations except mine and his best friend's conversations still nothing, i told him to delete OUR conversation since its a 2 year conversation that he has NEVER deleted ..... he said YES!! we tried to delete it and the phone freezes as soon as we click on the CLEAR CONVERSATION button!!!! we tried about 5 times and this happened everytime we tried!!!! ....is like the phone doesnt wanna let go of our conversation!!! every other conversation he deleted the phone was fine except for when we try and delete ours!!
so yesterday he left his phone alone around 4 pm since we have the apple appointment today at 130pm.......around 11 pm last night his phone went NUTS receiving all the text messages i had sent and never received!!!! and now the phone works just fine!!! ...... CONFUSED?????? yeah we are too!!!
but we're still going to the apple store to see what they can tell us!!! -

Connection Doctor says everything is connected. i can send mail from the server's own web site ,just not from the Apple Mail program.
The problem did begin when I was travelling from one hotel to another.

In Firefox 3.6.4 and later the default connection settings have been changed to "Use the system proxy settings".<br />

You can find the connection settings in "Tools > Options > Advanced : Network : Connection"<br />
If you do not need to use a proxy to connect to internet then select No Proxy -

I think you have to sign into your Amazon Kindle Account, find the book in your archive and delete it there. Otherwise you can delete it from the device and leave it in the archive, should you want to look at it again.

You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; ways of contacting them include phoning AppleCare and asking for the Account Security team, clicking here and picking a method for your country, and filling out and submitting this form.
They wouldn't be security questions if they could be bypassed without Apple verifying your identity.
