Having trouble to join the Creative Cloud Student Plan
I've been trying to join the Creative Cloud student plan, but after i provide all my personal information like address, college name, credit card etc and confirm that i want to join it, the website shows an error message and tells me to try again. How should i proceed?

Are you able to sync some files but not others? Could you give us an example of the file names and locations (folder) for files that are not syncing?

To clarify, I bought the Creative Cloud student edition today cause I needed illistrator for a class asap and there were also some other programs I wanted and I couldnt afford to buy them all seperatly. Thats why I bought creative cloud but then a couple hours later I find that the CS6 production premium student edition has all the programs I initially wanted. After crunching some numbers I relized that I should of bought that instead of the creative cloud because I would of ended up paying a lot more for contiuous years of using it where as if I get the Cs6 production premium then I could save myself alot of money which I dont really have alot of already. So I guess what im asking is can I cancel my subscription that I just bought today and get the CS6 production premium stedent edition without haveing to pay the 50%? or what is the best way for me to go about this where I lose the least amount of money? I have looked through the help forums and tried my best to find the answers or help I need but couldn't. Refer to the EULA. Generally using it for commercial work is not a problem, but depending on where you live in the world, some extra rules may apply.

Hi! I just joined the creative cloud. As a photographer I would like to download photoshop and lightroom. When I try to do this, before the download starts, I get the message: 'we are experiencing some problems, please try later'. I've tried multiple times for the last 3 days but no change... Any ideas?

I purchased the Creative Cloud Photography Plan for 9.99 and I can't open up Photoshop. I had access to it the night I bought it online and now I cannot use it. Will someone help figure this out. Perhaps I'm an idiot and just missing an obvious step so I apologize for that but, I still NEED HELP!!!
I have a laptop with a Windows operating system (not lucky enough to have a Mac) and as far the Adobe version, it's the plan for 9.99 that Adobe is offering. I was under the impression that the Creative Cloud Photography Plan included Photoshop and Lightroom, the latest versions of both, because that's what it said when I purchased it. I'm sorry my information is too limited or not detailed but, it's a pretty basic concern. I bought something, it's not working and I want to know why. Thank you and apologies for sounding rude. I ordered the Creative Cloud Photography plan yesterday and I believe I haven't got the serial number. I've looked under My Products, I've looked under My Orders, I've checked my email...I just keep going in circles and I don't know how to start using the product that I paid for. :S

I'm paying monthly for Creative Cloud (student pack). It worked well, but when I switched my computer and redownloaded the creative cloud with its apps, it told me I was on trial and that I had to pay for the full version. The strange thing was that I was still paying at that time. I did log in properly when I downlaoded Cloud. I don't know what is wrong here. Please help, or I'll be losing my money in a flash.
