browser windows are scrambled, IPassport will not work with Snow Leopard and Firefox 5..
The problem is obvious here,you need to run Leopard to access Hotmail.You might want to download the latest copy of the "Camino" web browser from Mozilla and see if that will access Hotmail. My self ,I use G-mail. You can access from most any machine or web browser even a IPod touch!

Having trouble with enhanced podcasts, Can anyone help me adjust my iPod?
Whenever I listen to my enhanced podcasts through iTunes, I have no problems viewing the photos the podcaster included in the program. However, when I play the same podcast in my iPod, the photos will not show. I only see the timeline with the little segments that represent the chapters. I can hit the forward and back arrows and I am taken the to the next chapter marker. But, unfortunately, I do not see the photos, as I do see them in iTunes.
Can anyone help me adjust my iPod to enable it to play enhanced podcasts correctly?
According to the iPod manuals, I should be able to see enhanced podcasts with no trouble.

I have solved it myself. Here's how I did it:
In iTunes, go to Edit and click to Show Art Work and leave it as "Hide Art Work." (Now it will download the enhanced messages.)
Now go to the iPod: From the Main Menu, go to Settings. At the Settings, go to the other Main Menu. From this Main Menu, go to Music and make sure that the following are on:
Playlists, Photos, and Photo Import, Videos, and Extras.

Help! I'm having trouble with images on my web page.
I'm trying to create a page with a bunch of my photos but I need the photos broken up into groups so I can discuss the different groups. So I simply cut and paste the photo area several times BUT now when I click on any picture in any group it only does a slideshow for the last group of photos.
I guess I could simply break the single page into multiple pages but that is so inconvenient in iWeb since it doesn't let you cut and paste template pages! Apple needs to seriously fix this shortcoming. How can you not allow cutting and pasting of pages??

Cutting and pasting the photo grid area just won't work as you want it to. To work within iWeb's limitations might i suggest that you use the 'nesting' approach described in several posts here already. Use a single representative image on your main page for each of the situations you want to cover, and link each of these to an appropriate Photo page which has 'Include page in navigation menu' unchecked.
You could add a link on each of the Photo pages which returns to your main descriptive page. -

That sounds like a settings issue to me. Check with your IT depatment to make sure you have it configured properly.

Just bought a new iPhone and am having trouble with iTunes and App Store. I can log in to Cloud, iTunes, and app store but once I try to download, it says "Youe apple id has been disabled". I've reset my password three times and have no issue on my Pad.

I'm having trouble with my Apple ID. I changed my email account, and recently (a month ago) and since I switched is requested every time I open any app to Apple ID password to the old email. How can I solve this? Could it be that my iPhone 4S is in sync with my Ipod???
If you updated your existing account then try logging out of it on the iPhone by tapping on the id in Settings > iTunes & App Stores and then log back in and see if that 'refreshes' the account on the iPhone. If you created a new account then any content that you purchased/downloaded via the old account will remain tied to that old account, and only that old account can download updates to its apps.

I need any help i can get, im having trouble with the app find my iphone. I have lost my iphone, checked on the computer, and somehow, took it away so how do i get it back??If you are saying that after signing into iCloud it is telling you device is not found, it could be for any number of reasons. If the battery is dead, if the SIM has been removed, or if someone else has the phone and they have restored it, it will not be shown. Also, if you located it once and then sent a remote wipe, it disables the abililty to locate the phone with Find My iPhone.

I am having trouble with the Jpeg icons and also now thumbnails not being visable in bith teh Apple finder and now also Adobe Bridge. Can anyone shed any light on this ?
Argh - once again, I find my solution right after posting this. Left out one modification to the SWIG script, now it runs in 29 seconds vs C 16 seconds, I can live with that.

im having trouble with my email. usually i drag emails i want saved to various folders. recently, some of the folders have changed their appearance - looking like a camera body, and less like a folder. these icons seemed to be locked as well, so i can no longer open those folders. help please?
Ah, now i see that the folder has an icon on it - like a "settings" icon - sort of a wheel

If your problem persists get yourself a micro USB cable (sold separately), you can restore your Apple TV from iTunes:
Remove ALL cables from Apple TV. (if you don't you will not see Apple TV in the iTunes Source list)
Connect the micro USB cable to the Apple TV and to your computer.
Open iTunes.
Select your Apple TV in the Source list, and then click Restore. -

Did your wife tick the box on the Yahoo sign in page to remember her for two weeks?
It would be best two have two separate Firefox profile folders, one for each of you to prevent such problems.<br />
Then you also do not have problems with deleting or changing bookmarks.

I'm having trouble with custom ringtones. I have downloaded the free software "makeTones" and have created some ringtones. I then copied those to Mac and played them in ITunes. My Itunes library does not have a ringtones tab. I can not sync the ringtones (or I don't know how)! Please help.
Yes, the file extension is M4R. Does it matter where I save these files on my Macbook? I then opened them in Itunes and played them. I did find the Tones folder in Itunes but the Tones or Ringtones tab does not show up when I select Iphone (within Itunes). When I open the Tones folder in the Library, it is empty. I am having trouble with my iPad, i can start it, but the iPad does not work. i tried to use the power and home button at the same time, the apple logo appears, but the iPad does not work. What am I suppose to do?
After the Apple logo appears, what happens then? Can you hear any sounds or if you tap on the screen, does it seem like apps can open or are you just seeing a black screen? You might have a hardware problem, but you can try restoring the software and see what happens.
Read this in its entirety before you do anything. Make sure you read the sections at the end about using recovery mode.
