Having trouble with downloading apps onto my iOS device(s)

i have been having trouble for the last month id say with downloading and updating apps i have purchased onto my ipad 3 iphone 4s and its really annoying i have contaced apple but inorder for them to help me i would have to pay for each device ttechincal fee which is outragous any help....?

Apple wants you to set your security questions. Select a question from the list and then give an answer. Do not forget the answer(s). You only need to set two, that's why it kicks you out and to the Terms and Conditions page before you get to the third. If you cannot Accept the Terms and Conditions on the device go here > Apple - My Apple ID Manage your Apple ID and set the security questions there. I suggest that you set up a recovery email while you're there. After go back to the device and try again. You may need to answer the security questions to proceed with downloads.

    try this...
    go to settings > Mail contacts and calendars> look below accounts you see a section called MAIL
    Show: "50 most recent messages" you can change this to be more.
    dont know if this will fix it or not so just try iton one of your devices first. if it works, do it on the rest.

    If you are saying that after signing into iCloud it is telling you device is not found, it could be for any number of reasons. If the battery is dead, if the SIM has been removed, or if someone else has the phone and they have restored it, it will not be shown. Also, if you located it once and then sent a remote wipe, it disables the abililty to locate the phone with Find My iPhone.

    I'm having the exact same problem.  Unfortunately, I can't tell you what is causing it, but I can tell you what it isn't(at least in my case).  I made an in app purchase yesterday using a MasterCard I had linked to my account with no problems.  This morning, my card from my new bank came in so I switched it over(American Express), and all of a sudden can't make IAP.  I thought maybe there was an issue with the card, so I tried it out on a .99 app, and it worked no problem.  So I got with tech support and they had me reset all of my phone settings -_-, then my network settings.  No change.  I tried restarting the phone obviously, closing the App and trying again, no luck.  They suggested I call my bank and make sure the address I had on file for the card matched what I supplied for my Apple account, and that didn't fix it either.  I tried IAP on two different apps and it was the same, could not connect to App Store error.  I'm still trying to figure it out, and I'm sorry I can't be of more help, but I hope I at least save you some trouble of trying these things.  If I find anything out I'll let you know.

    Looking up your camera online, I found it is capable of 1920 x 1080 Full HD 60p Recording. It's the 60p (60 frames per second Progressive) that's the problem I think. iMovie '11 will do 60i (Interlaced). You might need to convert it from the format the camera currently uses into another format to get it into iMovie.     Having trouble with mail.app always reply all is cc'ing myself. Solution was to add another address under the account so that it recoginzes aliases as well as the primary account that you are sending from. Then it will recognize all the addresses and aliases associated with the account.

    ☞ In the Finder, select Go ▹ Utilities from the menu bar, or press the key combination shift-command-U. The application is in the folder that opens.

    Step 1
    Make sure the title of the Console window is All Messages. If it isn't, select All Messages from the SYSTEM LOG QUERIES menu on the left. If you don't see that menu, select

    Enter the name of the crashed application or process in the Filter text field. Select the messages from the time of the last crash, if any. Copy them to the Clipboard by pressing the key combination command-C. Paste into a reply to this message by pressing command-V.

    Did you really mean "os 11"?  There is no such OS.
    There is iTunes 11, is that possibly what you are referring to?
    It's best to be specific about the issues that are occurring and in what version, as some versions fix issues that exist in other version.

    One of your kids made an in app purchase that you did not know about. Some apps include in app purchase and games do this quite often. The game itself is free, but you might have to purchase additional items to enhance the game or to unlock certain levels.
    You can prevent this from happening in  Settings>General>Restrictions>In App Purchases>Off.
