What turns the trial into the live software is signing in. If you sign in with the Adobe ID that has the subscription, the trial becomes live. First check your account on Adobe.com to make sure that the subscription is live.

Having trouble setting up a linksys WRT54GS router with verizon DSL using a westell 6100F modem. the modem works fine by its self but the router will not connect to the internet when installed like the cd tells you to.
online help and phone help has been less than helpful, anyone have any Ideas?Ok I found " Installing the liksys wireless router with a westell 6100 modem" in the verizon troubleshooting guides. printed the instructions so I would'nt forget. step 1 open your web browser and enter http://192.168.1.1 in the address field. PROBLEM it comes up with a login screen that I don't know how to sign into. tried the obvious stuff. cannot get past the login screen. I knew this sounded to easy to be true. anyone have any ideas?

I'm having trouble upgrading to ITunes v12.0.1 with
Win 7. Download progress bar stalls and eventually cancels itself. Have tried
Tools --> Download Only, but same result. Have been using iTunes for 3+

Thanks for your inputOne step listed in the link to "helpful" info, was (when Iooked 30 seconds ago), to search for and download the newest version of iTunes. I'm running iTunes on Win 7 machine and was prompted to update today, 10.22.2014, and did so without a problem. Having said that, however, it looks as though the latest iTunes (12.0.1.26) is finally doing what the last version refused to do, which is to actually fully populate all my playlists on my 6, but there is a hitch: 12.0.1.26 will NOT allow you to show the sidebar unless you click on "playlists," that is, you cannot keep it open all the time.
And, when plugging the 6 into the computer, the phone icon shows up but clicking on it does nada. What does work, for some strange reason, is clicking on the tiny icon (just under the "Store" menu link at top screen) which looks much like a tiny barrel, someone's idea of external drives, I suppose. The phone then comes up, with the list of stuff on the phone just under it where the sidebar used to be. Sync is now restricted to the lower right of the screen.
Apparently, you will also need to update your iPhone's software as well; some friends with the 4 and 4s, however, had troubles with them after upgrading. The message from Silicon Valley (I can see Apple from my backyard, ha ha) is apparently, "keep upgrading," folks, get rid of those old phones. -

I would be concerned too if the songs I purchased from iTunes were not downloading to my iPhone. You have taken some great troubleshooting steps already, and thank you for providing the details of the steps you too. I have a few additional suggestions to get it downloaded to your iPhone.
First, I recommend checking to see if the download was interrupted:
If your download was interrupted using your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
From the Home screen, tap the iTunes app.
For iPhone or iPod touch, tap More > Downloads. For iPad, tap Downloads.
Enter your account name and password if prompted.
Tap the blue download arrow to resume.

If the songs still do not download, next I recommend downloading the songs when connected to another network. For example, if you are using the cellular network, you could switch to Wi-Fi, or you could try an alternate Wi-Fi network. What about when using the "Time Capsule" HD as the external disk, especially when it is connected by ethernet cable? I'm having trouble getting it to work at all. Don't need it to work as anything else, other than a ethernet connected Time Machine backup. Already have a wireless network that works fine so no need to mess with it. We get the internet via cable company and their modem is upstairs and the Time Capsule is downstairs in the basement. The latest error message was about it could not backup as it was already in use (should have written it down before clicking OK and moving on.

In my view, from the issues I am seeing everywhere, HTML5 output from rapid e-learning tools such as Captivate is not ready for the kind of mobile device e-learning you want to develop.

Is this a new Apple iD? If it is, and you have already set it up, then you have two options:
1. Temporarily put a Credit Card or Gift Card on the account to download the free app. If you put a credit card, then once you have downloaded the app, you should be able to go into your Account preferences and change the payment option to = None.
2. You can download the fee App, and then set up a new Apple ID.

Just recently, I have encountered a problem with my iPhone. When someone calls, I can clearly hear the caller, but the caller cannot hear me speak. Sometimes the problem is nt there and works properly, but most of the times, I am facing this problem.
