HD Box Office films downloading but no option to w...

Hey everyone
Hoping someone can help me cause i'm a little stuck.
Since I got BT Vision a few months back i've watched a lot of films both from the Free of Charg selection and the ones which incur a fee. However, to watch a HD film I discovered I needed to 'download' it before I could watch it. I started the download last night and was told I would only be charged when I watched it. Great stuff.
However, the film has downloaded and appears in my On Demand/Downloaded menu. It shows the film in there and says 'Downloaded. Watch Now'. I click on it and it gives me the image of the film and the summary, plus if I side scroll I can look at Cast etc. However, on the left menu there is only one option.... 'Delete'. There's no PLAY or WATCH at all. I've looked across google to see if anyone else is having these issues but can't seem to find anything.
I've tried this on a number of films now to check it wasn't an issue with one film, but it seems every HD film I download doesnt give me the option to watch it. I feel like I might be missing something obvious, but i've been racking my brains for ages now trying to work it out so figured I come here and see if anyone can help me.
To confirm, I hve a HD tv and have changed the settings on the Vision box to display in 1080p HD quality. Not sure what else i'm doing wrong?
Anyone know much about this issue?

I have seen this before but only on the new software. Have you tried a reboot ie switching it off at the wall? Only other thing I can suggest is to delete and try again.

hi all, on my first iphone, trying to download itunes through mozilla firefox, to windows xp, but no success, a dialogue box appears after selecting "download" but it only ask me to accept the exe file, it does not give me the option to select a location to save to. When i accept, the dialogue box dissappears and thats it, nothing, any ideas???????????

I'd first try downloading an installer from the Apple website using a different web browser:

If you use Firefox instead of IE for the download (or vice versa), do you get a working installer?

Every time i try to open logic pro 9 this box opens to download basic content that logic wants to update. i tried 3 times, and it does finish, but when i go to open logic again, box reappears. Can anyone tell me how to fix?

Can anyone help me? Every time i try to open logic pro 9 i get a box telling me logic wants to download a 2G basic content download, but even when it completes, on trying to open Logic it re-appearres and I cant get into Logic.Doesn't appear in downloads, very confusing!!

Remember to quit Logic Pro 9 prior to installing any additional content files.

Despite the warning notice that it is a Beta product, it works very well... Just remember you have to install Java first, if you haven't done so already.

I even clicked on the download list to see if it is possessed and downloaded somewhere I didn't choose, but that's NOT happening either. Please help me! I have been messing with this and 4 other problems on this laptop for the last 32 hours. I'm getting tired and frustrated. Also, I haven't even put music on THIS Laptop because on my other one, I ended up with at least 5 copies of EACH SONG. Let's see 636 X 5 = 3,180 and they were in EVERY POSSIBLE LOCATION!!!

I don't know what file formats LibreOffice supports, but my guess is it can only handle the OpenXML format (new Office docs).

Tap Settings > General > About then swipe down, you'll see Available.
Make sure there's at least 500MB's of storage space.

To install Mavericks, you need one of these Macs:

Since Mavericks requires 8GB's or more of free disk space, control click the MacintoshHD icon on your desktop or open the Finder, right or control click startup disk in the Sidebar on the left then click Get Info.
You'll see Available and Capacity. Make sure there's at least 15% available disk space.
If installed, disable anti virus software before downloading Mavericks.

Photoshop CC (2014) is a completely separate application (versioned 2014.0, or maybe 15.0 depending on where you look).
You will need to download and install Photoshop CC (2014) via the Creative Cloud application.
