He got the laptop....I need help!
Hi all,
My recent split with my bf meant that he got the laptop, which had my itunes and my music on there. I have my ipod but would like to add/remove music when I like with my new laptop, however I have been told that because my ipod is registered to another laptop, it will erase all my music on there as soon as i plug it in!
Is this true? And if not can someone please give me instructions on how to do this safely? Ideal goal is to be able to put new music on, and still have the old music on there (I lost some of the CD's in the breakup too)

Hold down the Option key while you boot your Mac. Then, it should show you a selection of devices. Click your flash drive and it will boot from that.

I got new hard driver for my MacBook I don't have the cd but I do have flash drive that has the software I need help because when I turn on my laptop it shows me a file with question mark how can I install the software from the flash driver?

I've lost my iPhone & recently too, my laptop which I saved all my iCloud data has been reformatted. So now I have problem to trace all the notes that I kept. I only managed to get my contacts and calendar,unfortunately not the NOTES. Need help how to retrieve my notes from the iCloud..TQ
Lord K. Thank you. Yes I am within the 90 time period, however I travel Intertionally and I can not receive not make a call to Apple. I was just at the Genius Bar in Chicago and they said, don't worry about it. It just floats out there, however, I can not recover my messages on a flash drive. I need to go back to my old computer which I don't have with me. My messages were in folders for a lawsuit. It is going to take an incredible amount of work for me to, you have no Idea. We are talking thousands of pages! I the defendent will have them during discovery so I am not so worried. However, I can not bring them to him on a Flashdrive when I meet with him without an extraordinary amount of presssure on my part. THis is not just some little email issue. This is suing EXPEDIA and Tripadviosr.com

Hi,
For no apparent reason my phone stopped working...so I did a reset and got the message 'Restore Needed'. I connected to iTunes and got this message: 'iTunes could not connect to the iPhone because it is locked with a passcode. You must enter your passcode on your iPhone before it can be used with iTunes'.
The problem is, I can't enter my passcode because I'm not given that option on the iPhone. All I seem to be able to do is make an emergency call.
It's been working fine otherwise. Any suggestions?
This is the SECOND replacement iPhone I've had this week and I'm getting a bit fed up.

If so reboot your iPhone and enter the passcode to get it operational. Launch Image Capture on the Mac and connect the iPhone. Now you should be able to download the video files to wherever you want on your hard drive.

my screen is completely white, i've tried holding lock and home buttons as seen on you tube something called 'white screen of death' its goes black (think it switches off) then back to the white screen need help fast please!
If you have not done a factory reset on the device, I recommend doing a complete factory reset.
Factory Reset - Warning this will reset device back to original factory settings.
This method will not erase any MDN/MIN information
Turn off the phone
Press Power + Volume Up/Down at the same time and hold until display will show a triage android screen
Display will show:
Reboot system Now
Apply sdcard:update.zip
Wipe Data/Factory Reset
Wipe Cache Partition
Use VOL Down key to scroll down to "Wipe Data/Factory Reset", press home icon to select option and wipe device.
Display shows "All user data will be wiped out", press VOLUME Up to continue or VOLUME Down to exit.
Press Volume Up
Press Home to select "Reset System Now" - device will reboot
If the problem persist I recommend having a store technician take a look at the device.

I got the message I needed more storage. I purchased it but I still keep getting the message whenever I try to download an application that I don't have enough memory . Am I missing something?
You cannot use iCloud Storage to suppliment your iPad. It doesn't work that way.

How did you try to install ACR 8.8. The only way I know of that works with Elements is to use the Updates Choice on the Help menu.

In your case, the Nikon D810 needs Adobe Camera Raw (ACR) 8.6 or Lightroom 5.6. (Congratulations on buying a new camera!)
To get to that level with Photoshop Elements, you will need to replace your Photoshop Elements 12 with version 13. Adobe caps ACR updates on version 12 at 8.5.

I downloaded the Italian Dictionary Add On 3.3.1 but I can't find it on the laptop, or on the taskbar.

I have searched for the Add On via Tools>Add Ons, the Dizinario Italiano appears at the top of the Add Ons, but I don't know how to access it.

Hey Guys, just got FCP 7 upgrade, need help with Depth in Field.
I just got the upgrade and really want to know how to use Depth in Field on video. Could anyone explain or direct me to a video tutorial. Because i bought a whole course from rippletraining.com and it doesn't show how to do this with video. Any suggestions ?

Having some problems with the 8350i. Need Help Please!
I just got the 8350i through Sprint/Nextel and already am having problems receiving text messages and when I finally do receive them (one day later or after turning set off then back on), I have to manually receive the message.
Also, I have customers complaining about an echo on their side of the phone every time they call me. Saw some others where having this problem as well.
Is there anything I can do to fix this? My phone is vital to my business and any help is greatly appreciated!!!

just got the new ipod touch (ipod 5) an everything work but when i seach for a app at the appstore it does nothen it dont search at all it just a blank screen.

Was the game downloaded via another iTunes account ? All apps (and other content from the store) are tied to the account that downloaded them, so only that account will be able to make in-app purchases in them. If that is the case and you want to be able to do IAPs via the account that you are currently logged in with then you will need to delete the game (which will delete your progress in it) and then download it on your account

While making a movie this afternoon I needed more info, so thought I would print out the page. Then realized it was all the photos in movie that was being printed so I hit the red stop button on iPhoto library - this is when iPhoto screen froze on me - I need help ?????
There is no red stop button on iPhoto, so I'm not sure what you're saying here. Perhaps you mean the stop button on the printing software? Also, iPhoto doesn't make movies? Do you mean slideshow? Or were you exporting a slideshow? Sorry but this is just not clear. What version of iPhoto? of the OS?

I have a desktop computer- MAC. When I am looking for information or pulling up games for my grandkids, it will say I need to download the latest version of dobe Flash Player to view. I have downloaded this numerous times yet it still does not allow
