Header is repeating

I am composing a letter on "pages" and I have added a header on page one and the same header appears on page three and if I delete it, then it also deletes the one on page one. How can I delete the header on page three without deleting it on page one?

Checking "first page is different" will suppress headers & footers on the first page & show them on all succeeding pages in that section. To have a header/footer only on the first page of your document, you can insert a section break at the end of page 1 & de-select "Use previous headers & footers" or use a text box for the header on the first page.

RTF Header Rows Repeat in eBus BI Publisher (5.6.3)

I have been struggling to get the Header Rows Repeat functionality working when generating RTF output with the eBus integrated BI Publisher - currently eBus 11.5.10.2 with ATG H RUP 7. The "How to Determine the Version of Oracle XML Publisher for Oracle E-Business Suite 11i and Release 12" Note (362496.1) doesn't provide anything more specific than 5.6.3. Based on the "Naming and Versioning" sticky note from Tim, I think this is equivalent to 10.1.3.2.
According to http://download.oracle.com/docs/cd/E10415_01/doc/bi.1013/e10416/bip_misc_101333.htm, this functionality is not available until BI Publisher 10.1.3.3.3.
To "Overview of Available Patches for Oracle XML Publisher (embedded in Oracle E-Business Suite)" Note (1138602.1) does not list any stand alone patch which seems to be refer to this functionality.
Can someone tell me if this Header Rows Repeat in RTF output functionality available with the eBus integrated BI Publisher? Or do I need to log an SR?

Thanks for that - the 7487412 readme doesn't say anything about the RTF header bug fix being included, but the Bugs Resolved by this Patch lists 6270261 (ER: RTF Output to support set Table Header Report, Table Row Keep-Together).
Patch # 7487412 is only available in R12, but with the specific ER number, I was able to find Note # 861915.1 (I couldn't it find with my keyword search) and this note indicates that 11i patch # 7702372 should resolve the problem for me in 11i (and it's readme explicitly documents 6270261 as being fixed by the patch).

Header Row Repeating Erratically

Hi,
I have a problem with a dynamic table using Adobe Lifecycle Designer 8.0 and Adobe Acrobat Professional 8.0.
The table starts with a header row and a single row. The user can add additional rows and the table flows onto multiple pages. Everything appears OK, but when EITHER the user goes back to page 1 or if the user closes and reopens the file, there can be multiple header rows repeated on page 1. Sometimes there might only be 2 header rows, but other times there can be upwards of seven header rows one on top of the other.
This is wrecking the layout and my head. Has anyone had similar problems or could give me a direction as to where I am going wrong.

I am facing the same issue.
My table header has 2-3 rows of data...the data is populated dynamically. The text fields are set to expand, so I have to make the subforms to flowed.
As soon as I set the subforms to Flowed...evrything overlaps on the second page.

I make report using reporting services in VS 2010 and SQL Server 2012.
My report have table and I want to repeat table header in each page then I set repeat in advance mode at row group I set Header Row (static) below :
KeepWithGroup : After
RepeatOnNewPage : True

Based on my understanding, tablix header doesn’t repeat on some pages.
In Reporting Service, when setting RepeatOnNewPage as True and KeepWithGroup as After, a static tablix member(row or column) will display on multiple pages. In your scenario, please make sure you choose the first static member in Row Groups pane, then set
these two properties. As we tested in our environment, when setting these two tablix members as proper value, the tablix header repeats on multiple pages. Please refer to the screenshots below:

Header getting repeated in GUI_DOWNLOAD

Hi,
I am downloading a report output to local file on PC.
For this I'm using FM GUI_DOWNLOAD with file type as 'DAT'.
If the no. records in the table, that i am passing to the FM, are more than 30,000 then the header (which am passing to FM through 'Fieldnames') is getting repeated after every 9810 row.
Please suggest me how to get the header displayed only once as in this case it is getting displayed 4 times in the downloaded file (text file as well as excel file).

have you checked whether the "header" was not repeated in the internal table itself?

CR 2008 Advanced Chart in Report Header -Returning Repeated Data

Very new to CR. I've a situation i need some assistance with. I have an advanced chart located in a report header. the chart is sourcing data from a stored procedure call. the stored procedure returns timeseries data (timestamp, value) for a one month period, thirty values. There are many columns in the result set but i'm trending only two of tehm in the trend.
Problem is that, although the data set has only thirty values, when I view the trend visually the data is repeated many times over. So i'll see the data for the dates 1...30, then 1...30, many times over. If I zoom into the trend I can get to a point where there's a single month of data in the extents but this isn't the desired behaviour; i want to see only the 30 values plotted.
configuration is,
Advanced Chart -Line chart format-
"For each record"
(Date Time Field)
"Show Values"
(Series Data Field)
I've confirmed using Field Explorer / browse data that there are only thirty values in the result set. What am I overlooking here?

Header Material Repeated during creation of production order

Sir,
I have defined bom as one component and 3 co product.
During creation of production order in operation overview i found header material is repeated in components.
Pl. suggest me where i have made mistake.

Check whether BOM is recursive or not? also check the movement type against the header material.
Also check in CO03>Goto> Material list

Dynamic header that repeats

Guys,
I have an invoice printing report, where I have fixed lines_per_page to 24. For invoices that are over 24 the remaining lines print on the next page. I want the report header to print on the next page as well. If I try to do Repeat Header Rows, it prints all the headers first. I have opened an outer for loop in the header part, and then another inner for loop before the lines. I was trying to call the header as a template as well, but since the lines and header table structure is different it does not print correctly.
Any help will be appreciated guys.

Hello,
I work with CR 10 and I want to export a crosstab to excel through the api included in VS2005. I choose an export standard. The excel file is right generated BUT in each page break, the header columns are repeated. I don't want to have the header colums because users made some post calculation in the generated files. Does anybody have an idea to remove it ?

You can try exporting your report to Excel Data only format as it retains the column width.
While exporting apply the options like Maintain Column Width etc (as per your requirement).

Header not repeating after 2nd page

Hi,
I want my header to be repeated in all pages of my form.
For this In item subform.I have a added a subformset and its properrties
Acessibility subform role -header row .
Pagintaion:
tick for include header row in intial page
tick for include header row in subsequent pages
place: following previous
tick next
After: continiuos filling parent
But my header is showing up in only two pages but my output of table is 3 pages.
Also,
if I have multiple tables and how can i make same header to be repeated on each page?

Why does my group header keep repeating?

Hi,
I can't figure this out. My group header appears on the first page as it should. It doesn't appear on the second page. Then it appears on the third page and all subsequent pages for that group.
In my example group #1 is the invoiceID. For each invoiceID, there would be some header information that should display on the first page of that invoice. Then come the details.
For some reason, the invoice header information keeps reappearing on every page of that invoice as the details continue along the bottom.
I have no formulas set up for my group header. The group itself is the same. There is enough room for the group header on the first page, and it doesn't seem to matter what boxes I check and uncheck; I get the same result. Any ideas on what might have been done to cause this?

Hi,
So, the Group Header (for the same group) appears on every page except for the 2nd page. Which means you've got the 'Repeat Group Header' on each page' option ON under Group Options.
Why it doesn't come on the 2nd page? Could you check if you've got a conditional suppression formula on the Group Header. Go to Section Expert > Group Header > check if you have formula under 'Suppress'.

Hi all. I have a rtf template with a table with 4 rows and lets say there 4 rows are headers but doesnot have any formfields....
I have a seperate table with form fields beneath it. I need my header tbale to be displayed on each page in output.
I am unable to do it.
It is really urgent.
Can any one please help.

My table header row repeats on page 2, but not thereafter -- why?

The header row on my dynamic table will repeat when the table overflows onto the second page, but if it flows over to a third or fourth page, the header does not repeat. Why is that? I'll be happy to send the form with the troublesome table via email to someone who can help,

Header Information Repeating in the Same Page

Hi Buddies,
I have an issue with PO Print Report. I am trying to reapet the header information by using <?start:body?> after the header informaiton and <?end body?> before the footer informaiton.
If i have two different headers, it displayed in the same page. For e.g I have po header details for PO 30124 and PO 30124-1. These two headers information displaying in all the pages and main body and footer informations goes to the next page.
pls guide me how to solve this one?

Are you saying that you need conditional headers? If so, then use <?IF ...> statements.
If your footer is not working correctly make sure your syntax is correct?

How to override heading on repeated break

I have a report with break on two columns. The heading on break displayed with both columns- Like "ColumnA_heading Column B_heading". What I would like to have
is just to show the column B on the heading. How can I override the heading to display the column B_heading only?

Hi..
Why are you not using a table node in the main window? it will make things easier.
Else, You can try to place the headings in a template above the loop and the rest in it. but better use the table node.
