Header Text field manadatory in Automatic Inv. settlement plan

Hi Friends,
We have made field Header text Manadatory (RBKP-BKTXT), so that when we perform LIV you must enter the details.
Now we are planning to do Invoice plan and in that when performing MRIS system automatically makes LIV as per settings. Because of above settings we couldn't able to perform MRIS. System is throwing error that " Please Enter Text in Doc. Header Text Field"
How to over come this.

Accounting document header text field

I need some help pulling a header text field from an accounting document. I need to run a report on that. Header text is not stored in a table, can anyone suggest what the best way to do that is?

It seems like its in hex, i entered "Error Code :1" in the text field and got this stored in the table!

How to populate Doc Header Text Field & Ref Field in OASV Transaction?

Hello everyone,
I need to seek your help regarding, on how can I populate values in "Document Header Text Field" & "Reference Text Field" in OASV transaction, as these fields are invisible and are mandotory at document type.
(I know we can disable their status in the document type, but we don't want to do so).

I had tried to work out with substitution rule for the document type and transaction code, but still no use, the same error persists.
(In Subsitution I am going with constant value to be replaced), I am defining it for Callup point 1, but it is not working.

Question w/ mapping header text fields from the ORDERS05 idoc - Need help!!

My mapping seems to be combining two header texts categories(IDs) and putting in into the XML target field. That's the first issue.
The 2nd issue is trying to figure out how to only use only a part of the tdline.
The idoc value is: <TDLINE>232828-0 06/25/2009 EDI Vendor Confirmed</TDLINE> .
I only want to use the first part: 232828-0 and ignore the rest(
06/25/2009 EDI Vendor Confirmed).
Would someone have 30 mins to help a newbie out.
I can send screen shots of the idoc coming into PI and the XML file going out as well as my mapping for the field.

Issue 2: Did you try to use standard function for texts i.e "substring". Open the mapping in editing mode and all the way down you can see "Function" from where you can choose std functions.

In outbound delivery header - Texts tab i notice that we can maintain some texts. May i know which table i should refer to read the text entered.
I can read the text type key from the table TTXTD, but i need to read the actual text entered by the user.

SAP has already provided a various functions for read the text element. So you no need to get the value from table directly!
There is some example

Let me explains as below parameters.
T_TEXT_ID - Text id: example - '08000123', also is the document no.
T_UNIQUE_ID - Text unique ID: example - 'ZD01'
T_TXTOBJ - Text Object: example - VBBK
That information can find it on relevant of document. In your case, you can fount it on the below path:
VF01n/VF02n > GoTo -> Header -> Text -> detail (is the push small button, then it will go to the next screen) -> Goto -> Header.

You must declare this variable before,
DATA: BEGIN OF HTEXT OCCURS 50.
        INCLUDE STRUCTURE THEAD.
DATA END OF HTEXT.

Or if you want to take previous document's text then create access sequence.

Texting field does not automatically open upon tapping in iOS6?

Hey there,
I've noticed since I upgraded to iOS6 that the field at the bottom of my text message screen, which allows you to input the text message reply, doesn't open when you tap it. Instead, to open it up, I have to swipe from the bottom up.
Is this intentional, or is this something only applicable to my version of the operating system? It's extremely annoying, as when I'm at work it became a natural response to just tap the field and begin replying.

I do not use a mouse click solution because I can not distinguish between a mouse click and a touch on the screen. And I prefer to not launch any on screen keyboard on a mouse click. Especially because the on screen keyboard opens anywhere on the screen and can hide the control. This is especially nasty when there is a physical keyboard (which is probably is connected when a mouse is there).
I could combine the ideas. Clicking in a control could open a VI nearby, which only shows a small keyboard icon. Clicking this icon would start an on screen keyboard (osk.exe, tabtip.exe, a keyboard written in LabVIEW).
But this is reprogramming the existing behaviour of windows, not really funny.
Placing the "Keyboard Icon Button" VI nicely would take some time, but should work because all is in LabVIEW. (It would also open when using the mouse, but only a small icon should be ok.) For not hiding the active control by the on screen keyboard, the task gets hard. (Positioning the TabTip.exe window is not easy, and creating [or adapting] an on screen keyboard in pure LabVIEW brings some other problems.)
Should we vote for Touchpanel-Control-Suite-with-Native-LabVIEW-On-screen-Keyboard or is it different from our needs? (I'd prefer to have the functionality in all control styles, not only in a special "Touch Control" set. But maybe I misunderstand the idea.)

Adding one header text field in FBL5N output

Hi Experts,
I hava a requirment to show one extra field of length 200 character in the FBL5N transaction output. When I analyzed the program I found its using "FI_ITEMS_DISPLAY" Fm to display the output. The table passed to this FM is of type structure "RFPOSXEXT", which dont have any field of 200 length.
can anybody suggest me a better way to do the change rather then going for a 'Z' FM and 'Z' program.

a. Add the news fields in structure RFPOS and RFPOSX by APPEND structure
b. Run the report RFPOSXEXTEND in order to update the structure RFPOSXEXT from RFPOSX
(this report has to be run in every enviroment, dev, test and prod)
c. Active the BTE 00001650 in order to create a fm as copy of SAMPLE_INTERFACE_00001650:
d. here insert the code you need to fill your new field.
e. Use trx FIBF to active the BTE, trx SE37 to create the new fm
Just now I have incorporated a requirement of adding additional customer field in FBLN5 using BTE enhancement. It works fine.

We have a need to see Sales order and item number in TR header text when selecting TR to be processed in transaction LB10.
TR´s are created via transaction LP10. Is there any solution to get Sales order number from Production order to be automatically pasted to TR header text field when generating TR?
SO & item is always available in Production order General data.

Copy header text from DO to billing via user-exit

Dear Experts,
We have a requirement to copy one text field in the DO header to Billing header text field. I've searched the forum before posting this one but none seems to fit my requirement. I am using RV60AFZC form USEREXIT_FILL_VBRK_VBRP for this. From VF01, I see the header text was populated but after saving, it is being cleared out. I suspect the copy control from sales order to billing header text is doing this, nothing is saved in the SO.
Any idea how to do this by configuration or by user-exit/enhancement spot?

Can you please check VOFM>Copying Requirements>Texts, Routine 1. The documentation states:
"This requirement checks if the reference document header has a text entry. If so, it is automatically transferred. This requirement is assigned in the detail of the access sequence for header text determination."
You can copy this in a 9XX routine number and write your specific code there.

In the enjoy transaction like FB60-FB50-FB70, header and line items fields are quite mixed up. When you are mentioning Header text, please confirm that you meant "Header text" field in the "Details" tab screen and not the "Text" field in the basic data tab screen.
Normally when you want to copy the "text" field content in the Basic Data screen to all the G/L line items text fields, you do it through "editing option" in the FB60-FB50-FB70 transaction screen itself. Here in the General entry options you activate the check box "Copy text for GL account enter".
But if you want to copy really the header text in the Details screen to Vendor and Gl items for example, then you have to create substitution rule

Header text on PO

Hi Gurus,
We want to have a fixed text populated on the PO always when the PO is created for a plant. We want this text to be populated in the header text field in the header area of purchase order. The moment the buyer enters the plant in the plant field, this text should be populated in the header text automatically

In IMG > MM > purchasing > Messages > Text for messages > define texts for purchase order ...
Document Printout: Purchase Order > Texts for document header
There you can enter the name of your standard text.
This way the text defined in SO10 will always print on POs with this purchasing document type.
Your limitation to a certain plant (better use purchasing organsiation) has to be done in the standard text itself like this:
IF &EKPO-WERKS& = 'XXXX'
bla bla bla yadeyadeyadeyadeyade
ENDIF

Hi Sachin,
To map your requirement you have to ask your Abaper to pick up the Text entered in the Header Text field by using Function module "READ_TEXT" (T-code - SE37).
Firstly go to the Billing document> Header> Text and press the Display log icon available at the bottom where you have entered your Text. It will give you details like ID and Object name against the Text Type where you have entered your text.
Then Use T-code - SE37 then select "READ_TEXT" function module and Execute. System will ask you to enter your client code, ID, Language and the Billing document no. along with the Object Name and then execute. System will display the RESULT at the bottom. Ask your ABAPer to pick this data and use the same on Invoice.

the SAP note 301077 lists the available userexits in SD/FI interface.
If, for example, you want to fill a BSEG field of customer line, userexit EXIT_SAPLV60B_002 is the good one.
Instead if you want to fill a BSEG field of a G/L line, userexit EXIT_SAPLV60B_004 is the good one.
