  • Printing Form Header Text in Smartforms

    Hi,
I have created smartform for SD module.I am printing Form header text in a window by using loop.I am getting the text with the help of READ_TEXT  function module. It comes as we type in Form header. But the problem is if they type more than 15 lines it is not printing.I want to print the rest of the lines in next page. How to do this?

    Hi,
In smartforms, only the main window is a dynamically varying one.
So give your include text concept in the main window..
so that if your text increases more than a page, it will be printed in the next line..
You can maintain your text in so10 transaction.. with text id and text name..
using include text u can simply give the Id and text name in forms, you will get the enetered text.

    Hi,
Go to the screen where the long text is placed, From menu bar go to the header you will get the Object details.
Use FM READ_TEXT by passing those object details you will get the text.
Have a look in this link to use READ_TEXT

  • Adobe Forms: Printing Header Text - Background as Dark

    Hi,
We are upgrading our ECC system to Enahncement Pack 5.
We have Adobe forms for Sales Order, Delivery Notes,... In Border Palatte, we have set 'Solid' as a background fill for our header texts
After applying patches, Adobe forms started printing header texts background very Dark.We are not able to read the texts. If I view the document in the spool then they are displayed correctly. If I save spool document on the desktop and print it then also output is printed as we want. Only when we print it directly through VA01, VA02 ( directly from SAP ) then it gives this error.
I removed the background fill then it prints text correctly but then I loose the separation between header and content.
I will appreciate any help in this regard

    Hi mrudul,
as usual in programming, you got different ways to solve the problem. So if you work through the content here on SCN you will find a lot of examples how to decide between different letter heads. The easiest solution (and might be the best) is to pass the necessary data via the interface and do not add any condition in the form itself.
How to create a dynamic field and all the stuff is very basic knowledge, so I think you do not need any explaination how to do that. If so I refer you to the official documentation provided by SAP.
If you have some minutes please work through this blog Before You Ask - Just another guide and phrases like "urgent" or "do reply" are just not necessary to get an answer

  • SAP SCRIPT Header text and Item text not printing in customized PO

    Hello Experts,
I have copied the standard MEDRUCK to ZMEDRUCK and customized the form according to the requirement.
I want to print the header text and Item text in my form.
For Header text I have used :

Problem 1: The text what I enter in header text is flowing only when I hit on print preview without saving the form. Once I save the SAP SCRIPT  and click on print preview the field is appearing blank. I also tried to print the form, but the field is appearing blank even on the print out.
Problem 2: For item text the field is concatenation of  EBELN & EBELP. Can anyone suggest me how to concatenate and fetch the text in item text.

    Hi,
Data is li_lines internal table. 1st you have to read the text form the internal table line by sy-tabix.
At last you have to concatenate these variable into the out tab value.
you can use the following code
ORM fetch_table_data TABLES in_tab STRUCTURE itcsy
                                 out_tab STRUCTURE itcsy.
      TABLES EKKO.
DATA: BEGIN OF header OCCURS 0,
              ld_txt1(163),
              ld_txt2(163),
              ld_txt3(163),
            END OF header.
DATA: li_lines LIKE STANDARD TABLE OF tline WITH HEADER LINE,
            ID like THEAD-TDID,
            TNAME LIKE THEAD-TDNAME,
            TDOBJECT like THEAD-TDOBJECT.
      DATA  HTEXT LIKE EKKO-EBELN.
READ TABLE in_tab WITH KEY EKKO-EBELN.
      if sy-subrc = 0.
      TNAME = in_tab-value.

  • Transfer document header text from billing document to FI document

    Dear all,
Where do I specify that the document header text out of the billing document should be transferred to the corresponding FI document?
Currently, the FI document header text (BKPF-BKTXT) remeans blank after transfer from billing document. We need this field to be filled in, but I haven't found how to have this filled in.
In copy control from sales doc to billing doc, there is the possibility to transfer the Reference number & Assignment, but nothing about document header texts.
Some say that it would only be possible via coding, but anybody has any idea if it might be possible via standard SAP?
    Many thanks!
    Best regards

    Hi,
We also had a bit same requirement, which is to copy the billing header text to FI item text (BSEG-SGTXT). The solution we took is to use FI Substitution (t-code GGB1), so that every time a FI document created from SD... the substitution reads the billing header text and put it in the FI item text. I think the same method could be used for FI header text (BKPF-BKTXT). Below is the solution for your reference.
    Prerequisite:
Document Type = 'RV' AND Reference <> '' AND

The logic below is to fix that issue.

  • Header text not responsive at smart phone size & BG question

The header text doesn't fit into the view for a smart phone. I don't know how to correct that other than to change my width from 85% to 100% when at the smallest size (if that can be done). Help?
I thought it would be better to ask this next question on a new thread but both needed the code so I'll add that here:
The purse (& butterfly) images have an incomplete BG color. The partial upper BG color comes from div hover which really isn't a functional div. Since the image boxes are within the body but not a separate div I don't know how to get BG color (same as footer). help?

  • Po header text doesn't display on po printing?

    Hi experts,
We create new po doc type. Now we found when we create po and input header text manually, it can't be previewed in po form. We check some table ,it seems T166K / xT166K doesn't include this text.
May I know for new doc type, any text config need be done? Or how to setup text with doc type ?
    Thanks
    Alice

    check in SPRO:
Materials ManagementPurchasingMessagesDefine Texts for Purchase Order- > Text for Document Header , maintain your doc type , object EKKO , Text id F01, and try again.
