Headphone hungs the new ipad

Hi all, see if you can give me an explanation or something. I have a new ipadyesterday and it'll put the headphones to see a chapter in a series by AirVideo.And it turns out to increase the volume with the pendant is hung. After a while for the video and me out of the app. I try to watch a youtube video and more or less the same. Disconnect the headphones (which came with an iPhone) and without problem. I climb low volume, all right.
I try to put the handset and you hear them, but as touching the volume fails again.
No other headphones I have to try them, but hey, they use them in 3g iphoneand go perfect. AirVideo included.
Even last night to upgrade to get the 5,1,1, but does exactly the same as the 5.1
At last someone has or knows what is it?

Hola a todos, a ver si me podeis dar una explicacion o algo. Tengo un nuevo ipad y resulta que ayer le meto los auriculares para ver un capitulo de una serie mediante airvideo. Y Resulta que al subir el volumen con la botonera, se cuelga. Al ratito para el video y me expulsa de la app. Pruebo a ver un video del youtube y mas o menos igual. Desconecto los auriculares (los que venian con un iphone) y sin problema. Subo bajo volumen, todo correcto.
Pruebo a meter el auricular y consigo que se oiga, pero como toque el volumen, vuelve a fallar.
No tengo otros auriculares para probarlos, pero bueno, estos los utilizo en un iphone 3g y van perfectos. Airvideo incluido.
Incluso llegue anoche a actualizar a la 5,1,1, pero hace exactamente lo mismo que en la 5,1
A alguien le ha pasado o sabe de que va el tema?

I have one that I discovered today. With the Apple earphone plugged, the music program came on by itself, started playing parts of radom songs and speeding them up or slowing them down. Does NOT do this without the headphones plugged in.
This is my fourth one and I've never had this issue. I got rid of my cell phone and use Skype with no issues and much cheaper than a cell phone, same clarity and I can call computers, cell phones or land lines at about $3.50 a month. Also free texting on another program.
But I divert myself. Just wanted a second opinon if this is something I should return to the Apple store as it is a month old and should not be doing this. I had planned on calling them tomorrow, but putting the word out tonight.

Can I use apt-x enabled bluetooth headphones, without a an additional transmitter dongle, to listen to music from:
- 2009 macmini (with latest osx snow leopard)
- iphone 4s
- the new ipad (ipad 3)

Have you got notifications muted ? Only notifications (including games) get muted, so the Music and Videos apps, and headphones, still get sound.
Depending on what you've got Settings > General > Use Side Switch To set to (mute or rotation lock), then you can mute notifications by the switch on the right hand side of the iPad, or via the taskbar : double-click the home button; slide from the left; and it's the icon far left; press home again to exit the taskbar. Remotely control the ITunes on Windows 7 64 bit PC with the new IPad

With the latest version of ITunes for both Win7 and the new IPad, I'm only able to use the new IPad to remotely control the ITunes on Windows 7 64 bit PC through wired connection ( ethernet cable ) to the wireless router. As soon as I connect my PC through wireless connection, the new IPad can not find my libraries.
Is this a known issue or am I missing some settings?

If it's an Intel Mac, you can upgrade it to Mac OS X 10.6.8.
If it's a PowerPC Mac, you need to use these instructions and/or iTunes Match to put content on the iPad.

Is anyone having a problem with the new iPad (Gen. 3) not staying connected to the charger? It seems to ALWAYS get jiggled loose and no longer be charging. My iPad 1 has no issue but I can't browse Internet w/o new iPad unplugging. Horrible!

I notice that my new IPad (3rd generation) will not stay connected to the power cord at all, I'm not exagerating, if I plug it in and browse the Internet without fail it will become unplugged and I will have to push the plug back in (Ba-beep). Ive actually grown to despise that sound when you plug your iPhone or iPad in because it reminds me of how much money I spent on something that PHYSICALLY will not charge while I'm using it.
I know the problem with it holding a charge while in use, I get it, the screen is amazing and it takes a lot to run the display, however, it is unacceptable to me that I can't even keep the thing plugged in while I'm using it. I can not even leave it on my Cal King bed overnight because I will wake up in the morning to find that the plug has been jiggled loose in a corner, so it's still attached but not making a connection thus not being charged.
I love the 4GLTE from Verizon and I love the iPad, but I'm actually using my 1st generation IPad while I am at home so I can leave my new $900 iPad on a table to charge free of incident so I can use the 4G while I'm away from wifi during the day. I have been getting more upset about this because I can not even use the Griffin extended cord to charge the iPad and be far from the plug because only the original apple sync/charge cord will have a better shot at staying in. Absolutely none of my non apple cables will stay in the iPad 3 while having it in my hands.
The plug is at an angle, unlike the first iPad, not sure about the iPad 2. Please let me know if they have same issue.
If anyone else is having this problem with the Gen 3 iPad please let me know because I'm tempted to do something about it with apple and I'm hoping that I just for some reason have a bad cable receiver or something and maybe I can get a replacement and enjoy the iPad as I had expected to. There is no reason why I should be even using my first iPad and I have friends that want to buy it but I am not selling it because I'm unable to sell it because I can't handle the new iPad while it's plugged in, that is ridiculous if it's a common issue so please let me know!

Thanks for the swift reply, I have been looking online and a loose plug seems to be somewhat of an issue with many, I hope mine is actually a problem and not what others are experiencing. It's taken me this long to even reach out for the simple fact I HATE being a complainer but this is just horrible.

settings -> iTunes & App Store
click on apple ID listed there
select Sign Out
sign in with the proper account
from then on, when the store ask for your password it should be with the correct ID

The new iPad comes with iOS 5.1.1.
To get all new functionality and Siri, you need to update to iOS 6.
Be aware that if you were a Google Maps App user this has been replaced by version 1.0 of Apple's own new Maps App.
From the many user reviews, Apple's Map App is still a work in progress.
You can still access Google Maps from the Safari web browser.
Also, the YouTube app has, also, made a disappearing act.
You can use mobile YouTube from Safari to still view YouTube or a YouTube client app called Jasmine or download the Google YouTube App for iPhone. Google is working on a new YouTube App for iPad and isn't available, as yet.

I feel Passbook should be on new iPad, because even if surfing web, and you have all information with you on the iPad and not have to get purse to look for individual information. It makes sense to provide it for the new iPad. PLEASE!

No, unless the store you bought it from has a very generous return policy - the Apple Store official policy is 14 days. The one year warranty is on defects in the product, not for upgrading. You can sell your iPad and use the funds to buy a new one, but you will likely sell for less than you paid.
