  • TASCAM IXZ don't work with iPad 2 on IOS 5

    Hello,
subject is clear. This interface don't work with iPad2 on IOS 5 ; with iPhone 4 on IOS 5 it does the job but not with the iPAd.
The Alesis IODock don't work too.
Apple ? an answer ? why are you still selling this product ?
    Many thank's in advance,
    Nicolas.

Hi and thank's so much for you response. I've tried to change the mini jack to x2 jack, i've test on other speakers but the problem is the same with headphone, so it couldn't be the jack. When i try on iPhone 4 it works but not on ipad2, no input. I've tried with other apps Like ampkit and amplitude because they say (tascam) that it works well. I've also writen to emails to teac (creator of ixz) but no answer. The problem is that there is no comments from peoples who have used the ixz. I'm really sad.

  • Klipsch Image ONE headphones don't work with OS6?...

Does anyone know why my Klipsch Image ONE headphones now don't work with OS6? More specifically, the "Mute" and "Next Track Advance" function of the center button used to work with the prior OS, but since 'upgrading' to OS6 I lost the functionality...

it's likely a hardware issue most people experience that the detector which indicate if there is a headset plugged in are activated all the time making their phone silent but your issue is likely the opposite
the cure if it exist would likely be the same as the stuck in headset mode
    iPhone stuck in "headphones" mode
    worst case would be repair

  • Bose in-ear headphones don't work with my macbook

My Bose in-ear headphones don't work on my macbook. However, they are working just fine on the iphone and ipad. When I plug it in the laptop there is nothing showed in the sound preferences, just the internal speakers. It's like I insert a stick or something there's no response whatsoever!
    Anybody have a solution??
    Thanks

  • Headphones don't work with my iphone5c?

    Hello
I have an Iphone 5c 16GB with iOS 8.2. I bought it two months ago from France.
I noticed when I plug in my iphone headphones they don't work, then I tried with two other not iphone ones and it still don't work.
The phone acts like nothing is pluged in. I've restarted it but nothing has changed.

  • Is there a reason the arrow keys don't work with ipad dock

Is there a reason that the arrow keys appear not to work with the ipad dock? I can understand if the citrix app needs an update (would be great to use with excel) but it also doesn't work with numbers the mac app. Is there a reason they are on the keyboard if they are not for use? Safari they don't do scrolling but really wanted it for use with spreadsheets. Can anyone tell me if I just need to switch on something in settings?

    Hello there,
Not as such it is the iPad dock. It would be very handy for spread sheets.
    Cheers

  • Bose headphones don't work with iPad1

First my headphones didn't work at all, and after reading some tips, I used an adapter and now I hear something when I plug the headphones in but not everything, almost as if only one side of the headphones are working.   Any ideas on what else I can do?  I had read elsewhere about resetting the iPad but I'm not sure how to do that (or if it's even smart!)  Thanks.

Actually even odder, I tried to watch a downloaded TV show and I'm getting the background music, in both ears, but not the audio of the conversation.
I'm not alert today.  I missed this comment.
Is there a setting somewhere for closed captioning that possibly turns off the voice?  I'm not near my iPad right now and I'll be unavailable for at least a full week so I can't follow up myself.
Johanathan - does the closed caption thought make sense?

  • HT4623 Earphones don't work with iPad. Have used three different pair, all of which work with my IPhone.

I cannot get earphones to work with my IPad mini. Have tried the earphones that came with my iPhone as well as a Bose set and a cheapo set. Have brought IPad to Apple store where they blew out the port with pressured air which worked for a few days. Now we're back to the same problem.

Did you try to do a hard reset?
Press Sleep/Wake and Home button at the same time and hold them for 10 sec.
    It will reboot the iPad.
Still having the issue after this?
Did you try to hook it up to iTunes and do factory restore?
    Probably last resort...

  • Bluetooth headphones don't work with Macbook pro Retina, but they do with iMac.  Why???

I AM NOT AN EXPERT.  I AM MAKING ASSUMPTIONS.  My issue, tech spec's and assumptions are listed below.
    MY ISSUE:
My Rocketfish headphones work perfectly with my iMac but not with my Macbook Pro Retina.
The Macbook Pro does recognize the device but when I try to connect, it gives me the following error message:
"The device does not have the necessary services".
    TECH SPEC
    iMac has OS X 10.7.5
Macbook Pro Retina has OS X 10.8.2
    MY ASSUMPTION
If I upgrade to 10.8.2 I will not be able to use the headphones.
    Or
The new Macbook Pro's are only functional with bluetooth headphones that have certain specs.

  • Headphones don't work with iPod Shuffle

I was using my iPod Shuffle today, and I realized that the sound was not playing L+R sides, but the Right side only worked. I tried using my headphones with my walkman, and they worked perfectly, so now I wonder if anyone else has experienced this, and does it need to be serviced?
if so, does anyone know if this is covered in the 1 yr warranty? if not covered, how much would it cost me to get it serviced? Thanks

You didn't say that you've tried using another sst of headphones with the Shuffle... IF they too lack left channel that would be supporting the conclusion you've already come to.
Return to Apple or an Apple Store for replacement.

  • Headphones no longer working with iPad (first gen)

The audio on my iPad plays fine using the iPad's internal speakers or even via Airplay, but will not play through headphones any more (I've tried multiple pairs of headphones).  Before I go through the time and effort of having it serviced, is there some setting that could have been errantly changed that could account for this problem?
    TIA

There is a switch IN the connector which Can get stuck removing and insetting headset many times often get it unstick

  • Headphones don't work with specific applications

I plug in my headphones/mic using the black/pink input lines, they work for most applications.  Music and most games play through the headphones.
However, some games only go through the notebook's audio speakers.  Example, Dragon Age Origins and Supreme Commander 2 work fine through headphones, but Fable 3 and Borderlands never go through headphones and always come through speakers.
I updated drivers, restarted device multiple times, and unpluged/repluged headphones.  USB plugin headphones have the same issue.
Is there any way to resolve this issue?

  • Is there a way to use my iPod Nano to listen to a radio frequency with wireless headphones.  It tells me that I have to plug in my headphones to receive the stations and when I do, the wireless headphones don't work!

Is there a way to use my iPod Nano to listen to a radio frequency with wireless headphones.  It tells me that I have to plug in my headphones to receive the stations and when I do, the wireless headphones don't work!

No. I'm sorry. But, i think it uses the headphones as an antenna so it has to be plugged in to headphones in order to make it work. but, it burns the battery down so i don't use the radio function that much.

  • My head phone jack isn't working. Only works with the new headphones that have three rings at the bottom. My regular ones with two rings don't work with the computer anymore. Anyone know a fix?

Get the new keyboard at eBay and replace by yourself may be cheaper way, though you're required higher skill and well know about MacBook Air.

  • Will my first gen macbook work with ipad 2's face time?

will my first gen macbook work with ipad 2's face time?

As an update, I bought the WNDR3400v2 router and am supremely disappointed with its lack of power - but - the Lenovo W510 DOES work perfectly fine connecting to both the 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz radios.
The problem is the signal strength only twenty feet away up one floor is dismal (as compared to what it was with the ancient Linksys WRT54G for example).
What bothers me is that Netgear goes to great lengths to hide the power output of the radio so I 'suspect' that it is anemic and I don't (yet anyway) suspect the radio on the W510 laptop. Netgear support would only tell me the EIRP at 2.4GHz is 20dBm, and at 5GHz it's double that. So I can only assume the power output from that. If I assume a 5dBi antenna gain for both frequencies, that results in a power output guesstimate of 15dBm (32mW) at 2.4GHz and double that at, i.e., 18dBm or 64mW, at 5GHz.
The other side of the equation, of course, is the power & gain of the W510 radio & antenna.
Do we have specs for the W510 power output & antenna gain (e.g., a typical laptop is about 50mW (roughly 15 to 18 dBm)  pushed into an antenna with a gain of about 1/2 dBi to about 1 dBi at best, regardless of what the specification sheet intimates)?
