these errors are recurrent...
the RMS is doing yoyo between Green as healthy and grayed out under Monitoring > Windows Computers or Administration > Device Management > Management Servers (2-3 minutes green then grayed out) there is no event in the Windows Event Log as System Center Management service remains running...
This MP for the Data Warehouse Internal Library has been removed and restored two weeks agao with Premier Support as the RMS was already fleaky and doing gray-green...
I have tried again but I will need to check again as it seems these errors are pointing to the Data Warehouse Library and not only the Data Warehouse Internal Library Management Pack. The main problem with this is that the Data Warehouse Library is 94 Management Packs which depends on this Data Warehouse Library in our environment so if I need to remove this one it is almost a complete reinstallation of 50% of our MPs :(
Heartbeat failures: The Heartbeat State view ( Health Service Watcher (Agent) - All) is giving me 10 Critical and 1 Warning
Any way to delete All MPs and restore them at once?
I have an issue trying deleting "Notifications Internal Library":
The User does not have sufficient permissions to perform the operation"
I am using my own account which is supposed to have all accesses.
I tried the hotfix 938510 but it does not seem to apply to SCOM R2
Thanks

See the article I wrote/posted here about monitoring Domain Controllers: http://adinermie.wordpress.com/2014/02/26/scom-agent-grayed-out-when-trying-to-monitor-domain-controllers/.
And to add an account to Local Administrators role on a Domain Controller, follow this:
Open a command promt using the "Run as administrator" function and then run the following command.
net localgroup Administrators /add {domain}\{user}

Windows 2012
SQL 2012

I've installed SCOM using the MS SCOM guidelines.  When I attempt to discovery, I get the error in the topic.
Here is the details of the error.
Note:  The following information was gathered when the operation was attempted.  The information may appear cryptic but provides context for the error.  The application will continue to run.

• 7016 - The Health Service cannot verify the future validity of the RunAs account

Hi,
We have several gateways set up on our other domains (DMZ, Test and Dev) using certificates to connect to the RMS with a few agents reporting to the gateway in it's domain. I am recieving this warning for all gateways and agents that are being monitored (in the other domains).  All our servers are either Win 2003 32bit or Win 2003 64bit.
The Health Service cannot verify the future validity of the RunAs account PRODUCTION\username for management group PRODMGMT due to an error retrieving information from Active Directory (for Domain Accounts) or the local security authority (for Local Accounts). The error is The network path was not found.(0x80070035).
From the searching that I've done on the net, a couple of people have mentioned that if you set the password expiration flag on AD users and computers for the account the problem will go away.. This hasn't happened for me.
I have checked the logs on the gateway servers and they report the following messages:

Despite the successful logs that appear the gateway still shows up with the same warning.
If i stop and start the service on the gateway it then shows up as healthy in SCOM, but then the next day it the warning comes back.
Is the problem caused by different domain acounts and when it tries to find it in the domain it can't find it?
Cheers,
Phil

I also have the same problem with my scom 2012 system.
I am getting 7021 and 7016 events.
as mentioned by Jonathan, i am able to open notepad with the user account for which we are getting error.
another thing noted, when we run setspn -l domain\acc , we are getting error
Ldap Error(0x51 -- Server Down): ldap_open
or
FindDomainForAccount: Call to DsGetDcNameWithAccountW failed with return value 0x00000525
Could not find account DOMAIN/account
Another point to add, my server is ABC.XXX.company.com and acc i am using us YYY\acc_name. I mean to say my account is of diff domain.
This config is working fine no issues at all in another server which was setup earlier with 2007 r2.
Manish
I recently had the same issue in our Forest. Did you try YYY.company.com\acc_name? If you use the netbios name, setspn (and scom does on account validation as well, if you just pick the domainname from the list) will try to resolve the dc via netbios. Two
alternatives: add the other domain to the dns searchlist for your network adapter (I won't do this one, this does not resolve the cause of the problem) or configure your action accounts with fqdn [email protected] The funny thing is, in scom event
you will see scom validated account "\[email protected]" (still add's the backslash)
Correction: this did not solve the issue as mentioned before, the error reappeared again... :(

This is a SQL Server 2012 Developer Edition of SSRS.
I am getting this error when navigating to http://servername/Reports. The reports site was working fine, until I installed a SQL 2014 Developer instance (including SSRS) on the same server.
I can still get to the http://servername/ReportServer site.
Neither of these are using Sharepoint.
Any help resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Glen,
"The located assembly's manifest definition does not match the assembly reference." is generally caused by the loaded assembly's version is different than the expected version application refers to.
In this case, it should be caused by:
While starting Report Manager, the backend process ReportingServiceService need to load assemblies it refers to
ReportingServiceService reads the compilation/assemblies element from web.config(under Report Manager virtual patch)
If the compilation/assemblies is not existing, ReportingServiceService loads all assemblies from Bin folder. It can be verified from call stack System.Web.Configuration.CompilationSection.LoadAllAssembliesFromAppDomainBinDirectory(). ReportingServiceService
uses System.Reflection.Assembly.Load with the assemblies' name only to load assemblies.
The Assembly.Load tries to load from the specify assembly by name from GAC at first. If it is found from GAC, it won't be loaded from Bin folder any more.
Since Reporting Service SharePoint Integration mode is installed, a same assembly of 'Microsoft.ReportingServices.SharePoint.ObjectModel' with different version might be installed to the GAC. That causes the error "The located assembly's manifest definition
does not match the assembly reference."

download ios 7, and the location function is off, I can not access because I forgot the key constraints, I can not restore the iphone because I can not find iphone app access

If you have a passcode to the screen lock that you've forgotten, restore the device from the computer to which the device is synced. For information and instructions, see:
http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1212
If that will not work, you'll need to put the device into Recovery Mode and then try the Restore again:
http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1808
If that still doesn't work, as a last resort try DFU mode:
http://www.iclarified.com/entry/index.php?enid=1034
If your device is running iOS 7 and you set up Find My iPhone (iPad/iPod),  however, then it has the Activation Lock on it and you'll need to enter in your Apple ID and password to activate the device after restoring:
http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5818

When printing in Excel It is always want to use the acrobat X pro trial, which the trial is expired. I do not want to use acrobat X pro trial anymore. How can I reset it and use simple acrobat to print my PDF document?

Hi screen name,
Adobe PDF printer gets installed when you install Acrobat 10 Pro.
To use this printer you need to purchase Acrobat. Once the trial period is over you cannot use the printer to create pdf files.
An alternative way for you is to utilize Microsoft's own inbuilt pdf engine.
You can simply open the file and select 'Save as' and in the type list select 'pdf'

• Adobe Anchor Service CS4 Error 1612. The installation source for this product is not available.

Hi,
I've been trying to install CS4 Design Premium, except that I got this message:
Adobe Anchor Service CS4
Error:
Error 1612. The installation source for this product is not available. Verify that the source exists and that you can access it.
What is wrong and how do I fix it? I've installed this on my sister's laptop as well, but I've already uninstall it. Could this be the reason why?
Help appreciated, thanks!

Contact Adobe Technical Support for CS4 installation issues.
The problem has nothing to do with the fact that you already installed the same software on your "sister's laptop as well." And although you have already uninstalled it (and hopefully deactivated it as well), please remember that this software is licensed for a single user! You and your sister cannot somehow share the license.

Hey Thrik - I would like to know that whether you have resoved / identified the problem or not.
I feel that root cause of this problem might be ODAC for .net
Until I installed ODAC, it was working fine but after this, suddenly I am getting the below message in yellow screen.
Pl. let me know if you also encounter after installing ODAC or ODP.
Today, I also got the similar kind of error. (Below is the snippet of the page).

• The requested resource (/DBTest/SearchInventory.jsp) is not available.

Hi,
I have a search screen (jsp page) which has four fields to base the search on. Once the "Search" button is clicked, i am going to a servlet which does a select based on the search criteria, and stores the result in a ResultSet object. I then use the setAttribute method to store the result set in a bean. Here is the code for what i've just described:
rs=stmt.executeQuery(QueryStr); //get result set
HttpSession session=req.getSession(true);//create session var
session.setAttribute("s_resbean",rs);//set bean attribute
After this is set, i want to forward/redirect (whatever works...nothin does right now...the reason for this post.) back to the search screen(jsp page), and display the query ResultSet in the bottom half of the screen. I use the following code to do this:
String url="/DBTest/SearchInventory.jsp";
RequestDispatcher dispatcher=getServletContext().getRequestDispatcher(url);
dispatcher.forward(req,res);
Unfortunately, this gives me the following error:
The requested resource (/DBTest/SearchInventory.jsp) is not available.
Why would this be happening?? Is there another way of doing this? I'm just trying to follow the example in chp.15 of the free coreservlets pdf...
Thanks in advance,
Aditya.
P.S. Here is the code for my bean...don't know if it's needed...
public class SearchBean extends HttpServlet{
         private int searchFlag=0;
         private ResultSet searchRS;
         public SearchBean(){
         public int getSearchFlag(){
              return searchFlag;
         public ResultSet getSearchRS(){
              return searchRS;
         public void setSearchRS(ResultSet rs){
              this.searchRS=rs;
         public void setSearchFlag(){
              this.searchFlag=1;
}

I assume DBTest is the context root for your webapp.
ServletRequest.getRequestDispatcher(String url) is looking for a url relative to the context root. Therefore if my assumption is correct you want to use the url /SearchInventory.jsp, removing the DBTest.
HTH.
