Hello,Here is the deal. Two Companies are "partnering/merging" and they are in separate states. The main company is a R&D and manufacturing company in the medical field.. The other is a CLIA lab primarily dealing with nursing home (HIPAA and all that). The main company has a real desire to "integrate" phone systems between both locations, moving customer service calling to the main facility. The main facility is new and current with an asterisk PBX and SIP trunking (no real need for fax), while the CLIA lab has an old Toshiba Strata PBX without VoIP support. To pull off what they want I plan to move to an Asterisk IPBX with new SIP handsets and an IAX trunk back to the main PBX.First step is trying to determine what we have and what we are paying for it. I have managed to fix this error. I was not able to see folder "localidp" in the mentioned directory. However, folder was present, but it was not visible. So I manually navigated to server configuration in workspace and copied Metadata XML there and refreshed the folder structure in Eclipse, and I was able to see the folder.
Now I can see a custom IDP being referred!

Dual cloud dual hub single tier dmvpn with backup service provider

I have a design issue with a WAN network. I have decided to use dual cloud dual hub single tier DMVPN topology (ref. to http://www.cisco.com/application/pdf/en/us/guest/netsol/ns171/c649/ccmigration_09186a008075ea98.pdf - "Dynamic Multipoint VPN (DMVPN) Design Guide"). I have tested in lab 2 hubs and 3 spokes, applying the mentioned technology. Everything is OK, when the primary hub fails, there is only 1-3 seconds loss (3 pings).
The problem is that each spoke and hub will have 2 service providers for WAN - primary and backup. I am still wondering which design is better and more stable to implement - using more DMVPN clouds (for the backup service provider network) or creating static IPSEC GRE tunnels in the backup links?
Is there a guide for this case?
What is the best practice in this case?

MladenDynamic spoke-to-spoke requires your spoke routers to have mGRE tunnel interfaces. If you ever have a spoke which sources 2 tunnels from the same physical interface, you have a problem: how to resolve which tunnel is an incoming NHRP request for?
My DMVPN is a bit different in that the crypto is GETVPN on the physical interface. There is a crypto-map applied to the physical interface and it has 2 entries which correspond to the GETVPN crypto-groups for each tunnel.
I resolved this issue by making one of the 2 tunnels on each spoke router mGRE and the 2nd one point to point. the mGRE tunnel is preferred as primary (we use eBGP through the tunnel, so routes received through the mGRE tunnel are local-pref'd high and we AS path prepend routes advertised out the point-to-point tunnel)
I haven't gone back and tested what happens when you have a spoke which has 2 tunnels sourced from the same interface and another spoke with 2 tunnels sourced from the same interface or from 2 different physical interfaces. The concern is that you may get a situation where one router uses Tunnel 2 for dynamic spoke-to-spoke tunneling, and the other uses Tunnel1, and that the dynamic tunnel setup fails because the crypto map cannot properly decide which crypto group to use for the incoming traffic on the router where 2 tunnels use the same physical interface. -
Log in to my Verizon account. Try to access Backup Assistant contacts. The website is a loop......it behaves as if I'm not logged in. I have checked and DO have the services (provided for free with my plan). Phone is set up properly and just synched it to cloud. Cannot get to the verizon web page to Manage Contacts.
It may be a situation where we all wait for things to clear up. The Verizon Cloud has been having issues for a very long time. Have you tried backing up contacts to your Gmail account, if you have one?

I recently received an email from Adobe which states:
Recently, Creative Cloud experienced an outage with a service provider that impacted some of our members. Our logs indicate that your account may have been affected, which resulted in some of the files that you saved in Creative Cloud to be inadvertently moved from their original location.
The files we recovered from this glitch were moved into a new folder named "Recovered," which you can access from your Creative Cloud account or sync directly to your desktop. We would like to emphasize that no files were lost.
The email then goes on to tell me how to access the Recovered folder.
Unfortunately, every time I have tried to access the Recovered folder, the web page thinks and thinks and then, after a couple minutes, I receive the following message:
Page Not Found
We can't find the page you're looking for.
View your files or browse your apps and services.
I have tried Live Chat (including right now), but the Chat pod always states that there are at least 35-40 people ahead of me (today started out with 55 persons ahead of me and is down to 45). I just do not have all of that time and I need my recovered files.
Anyone have any idea as to what I can try to get access to these recovered files?

After waiting more than 2 hours on the Live Chat, the person attempting to assist me did not understand my very clearly described issue...and my issue had nothing to do with the recent Adobe security issues, despite what the Live Chat person thought.
After copying and pasting what I typed above, I was told the Live Chat person could not help me and that I needed to contact tech support. Yet, the Live Chat is what was suggested in the aforementioned email Adobe sent me in order for me to receive assistance.
A total wait and communication time of 2 hours 19 minutes.
I called tech support after the end of the Live Chat and was told the wait time was between 57 minutes and 1 hour 17 minutes. Yikes! Not again!
Oh, Adobe, wherefore hast thy customer service gone?
Anyway, if people do not have an answer for my question stated in the first post of this thread, is there anyone who knows when is the best time/day to call tech support to actually get assistance?

I recently moved to an area in which the only service provider is Verizon...and therefore Android. Will I be able to access the Cloud with my Android?
You can access iCloud.com, but you wont be able to sync your contacts, apps etc.. to iCloud.

I am running OS 10.3.1.1779 on my BB Q10 and recently purchased a BB Classic thus wanted to switch device.
The BB Q10 neither allows me to download switch or back up my device using BlackBerry Link - it keeps asking to sign in to my BBID.
I am able to sign in to my BBID from comp and from mobile web on device but not from the BlackBerry App World or Hub. I enter my email and then password, after a few seconds the password field goes blank. It logs incorrect password attempts but in not logging in with correct password.
I tweeted BlackBerry help who suggested a device wipe. I sadly do not have a recent back up and need ALL the contacts i currently have and thus that is not an option. They then suggested I contact BlackBerry Technical Support with my service provider (Safaricom Kenya) - they have never heard of it and asked me to contact BlackBerry directly.
I am at my wits end as I can neither migrate to my recently purchased Classic and neither can I use my BB Q10 without the following message popping up in my hub every time I open an app:
BlackBerry ID
One or more applications/services require you to verify your BlackBerry ID.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- User name and password have always been the same
- Tried reset password, followed prompts, accepted on mobile web and comp - Unsucessful from BB Hub/Appworld
- Tried the wait 8 hours to log in - Unsuccesful
- Tried hard and soft reset - Unsuccesful
- Tried without SIM and only WiFi - Unsuccesful
- Tried only with SIM and without WiFi - Unsuccesful
- Tried rebooting phone while connected to BlackBerry Link - Unsuccesful
- Tried backing up with both phone and comp on Airplane mode - Unsuccesful
I scoured the net and saw many similar issues. KB35119 is the closest I came to in finding a similar error on the Knowledge base and it has no resolution.
I am extremely frustrated and dissatisfied with this issue. Does anyone have an idea of what could be the issue or way around this.

No. My frustration with the problem just led me to begin the process convert all my email to a gmail client. However, after some time all my mail with att/yahoo has been coming through as before. Go figure. Still will convert to gmail.

How can I find out the previous service provider my device is still registered with?
When trying to create a BIS account, I received the error message that my device was already registered with a different service provider and that I would have to reregister it. The problem is that I bought it new from cordlessphoneworld.co.uk and it was supposedly "completely refurbished".
My Pearl 8100 is a BT phone, however BT confirmed to me that it was not registered with their network. The seller, cordlessphoneworld.co.uk, told me to contact BlackBerry support, and BB support told me to talk to my service provider (O2 UK) who has already told me I would have to get in touch with the previous service provider.
How can I get my BB released from its current BIS registration, or at least find out who it is registered with, in order to finally enjoy its full functionality and not just the regular phone stuff?

To find this out you need to get the vendor id of the device.
Do this by holding down (all at the same time ) the ALT+CAP+H button..
Or
Whilst pressing down ALT, select E Then S then C then R
You should see a little page pop up with random info.
What you are looking for is the vendor ID. a three digit number.
Then I will post a list of all the vendors IDS at the end of this message as i can't remember the link..
Anyhow, find the carrier from the list and call them asking them to release the PIN..
IF... the prev user didn't register it with that carrier (which would mean you phone has possibly been used twice before) then you can call your current Carrier and ask them to escalate the call to RIM who will be able to tell...
