Heap corruption?

VS2008 C++
I have a little example:
int main()
     Db *db = new Db(NULL, 0);
     delete db;
     return 0;
and I have a big problem on delete:
Windows has triggered a breakpoint in manTest.exe.
This may be due to a corruption of the heap, which indicates a bug in manTest.exe or any of the DLLs it has loaded.
This may also be due to the user pressing F12 while manTest.exe has focus.
The output window may have more diagnostic information.What's wrong?

If i'm using libdbXXs.lib - that's all good!
but if i'm using libdbXXd.lib - application crashes.
