HEEELLPP MEE PLEASE I AM DESPERATE !!!
I have an ipad 2 16GB it is filled with pictures it has 1,100 in the camera roll and 3,000 more synced to it i am trying to take those pictures and sync them all to me laptop how do i do that because when i try to use it as a driver i get so many folders and I have added the pictures and videos up from all the folders in the driver mode and it doesnt add up to the amount of pictures and videos it says i have in the settings. I want to uplad them they are hogging so much space in my ipad and i even tried bcking up and when i did it finished it and i cant find the backup I dont know where to look for it at all ! and the windows programs for downloading the photos dont work because it doesnt find all of the pictures ! help me !
To copy photos to your computer that were taken with the iPad, copied to it via the camera connection kit, or saved from emails/websites then see this page - on a PC you can use the windows camera wizard
To copy photos that were originally synced from a computer you will need a third-party app on your iPad such as Simple Transfer which can copy them off via your wifi network. But as photos are 'optimised' when they are synced to the iPad, any that you then copy back to a computer may not be exactly the same as they originally were on your computer.
In terms of the location of the backup, then it should be stored under :
Mac: ~/Library/Application Support/MobileSync/Backup/
Windows XP: \Documents and Settings\(username)\Application Data\Apple Computer\MobileSync\Backup\
Note: To quickly access the Application Data folder, click Start, and choose Run. Type %appdata% and clickOK.
Windows Vista and Windows 7: \Users\(username)\AppData\Roaming\Apple Computer\MobileSync\Backup\
Note: To quickly access the AppData folder, click Start. In the search bar, type %appdata% and press theReturn key.
But it doesn't contain photos that were synced from a computer, and you probably won't be able to make much sense of the backup unless you restore it onto a device, it will just be a series of files.

I set up my new iPad under my daughters ID because her's is attached to my email. Tried to rent a movie from iTunes. Said I had to answer security questions since it was my first purchase. She didn't remember the answers. So it locked. She reset her password and everything works on her iPad but on mine it still wanting answers to the security questions and we don't have the answers (her questions could have multiple answers...favorite teacher, favorite friend). Is there a way to completely disconnect from her ID or can someone please share the phone number for customer support with me? Thanks so much in advance!
Providing you know your ID and password, you should be able to rewrite your security questions. Start here, change your country if necessary and go to manage your account > password & security.

Printing issues- please, I am desperate for help!
I purchased a MacBook in April. I already owned the following Canon printers- a Canon pixma ip2600, a Canon mx330, and a Canon ip100. When I try to print photographs, from iPhoto, Preview, or Photoshop CS4, they print out as very pale versions - like ghost images. Word documents with embedded images print fine. I reinstalled the software- I downloaded the most up-to-date version of the software for the current OS on my Mac (Snow Leopard...) - twice. I searched the archives for fixes, and repeated what I already had done. I gave up. I had a book to finish and simply started burning the images to disk to print from the family Toshiba PC laptop. This is not working! I'm desperate to be able to print photos from my own computer!! I don't live near an Apple Store (ours closed a year or two ago.) Can anyone help??
I don't have any experience with those printers, but for a while my MacBook was having a similar problem with printing to a Canon ir5070 office copier/printer/scanner. The printed pages would be very light, though not as light as you describe. My solution was to download and install the most up-to-date driver from Canon USA's website (http://www.usa.canon.com/cusa/home). If you haven't done that, it's worth a try. Good luck!

Clean install of 10.5 disk hangs w/9 minutes to go. Please help. Desperate.
I'm wiping my hard drive clean and re-installing 10.5, from the disk. I put the disk in, told it to do exactly that, started the run, and it told me it would take about one hour. It ran just fine until it got to "about 9 minutes" -- and it's been there for five hours now. I'm at my wit's end. I've sold this machine and promised the buyer a clean install of the OS; he's coming to pick it up tomorrow.
Please help me.I chose "Quit Mac OS X Installer," but it won't quit. I can't just turn the computer off, because I'll never be able to get the DVD drive open again once it's off. I don't think the OS X 10.5 disk is bootable, or I'd press the power key to shut down, hold down the "C" key, and power up again.

I bought my MacBook Pro 7 months ago, and a few weeks ago i've been worried about my laptop; it's to slow, and when i'm playing music in iTunes it plays and pause suddenly and the rainbow circle always shows, so i changed one of the 2gb RAM memorie for one of 4GB, so now i got 6GB, at the the begginin it seemed to work well but now i've seen all these issues in my laptop and i don't know what to do, i deleted lots of thing i had thinking it was the memories space, but it was not the problem; i reinstalled Mac Os X Lion and it continues being slow, it takes long time to get to many websites too. HELP ME PLEASE, i can not even listen music well!

Juan DavidThere are many possible reasons for a Mac to slow down. Allan has suggested one... you need to keep roughly 10% or more of your hard drive free, or performance will suffer.
Regarding the RAM, although Bimmer is correct that the RAM works best when installed in matching pairs, the difference in modern Macs is apparently not significant. And since the problem was present before you made that change, it's not likely to be a major contributor.
Third-party software could also be an issue. Try rebooting in safe mode. If the problem goes away, only to come back again when you reboot normally, you've got something installed that is causing the problem. (The trick will be finding it!)

No way to know. Usually Pre-Orders come up at least a Month in advance of actual release. When you Pre-Order something its with the expectation that you are not getting it immediately. or even very soon after purchase.

'Access denied' when attempting to build/burn DVD, please help, urgent/desperate!
Recently bought CS3, overjoyed with most of it. Encore is giving me serious trouble though at the moment! The problem is that it simply will not burn to a dual layer disc! When we try to burn it to disc it begins the process, wizzing through different elements, then when it gets to 'sorting files'it stops with the message 'Access Denied' If we split the Wedding video in half it will burn to a standard DVD, but it will not burn to dual layer.We installed an additional, external writer in case the problem was with the hardware, but again it would not burn to dual layer. We attempted to build the dvd as an 'image' to the harddrive to then burn to dual layer through nero. This worked for a much smaller file, but when we tried to burn the larger file to the harddrive as an Image, 'Access Denied'!! We've tried everything we can think of, ...but if anyone else can think of a way to fix this, please let us know as we are in the final stages of the video project for a client and simply cannot get the project onto disc! When we 'check project', there are no errors listed. We've tried transcoding it to 7gb 1pass, and importing it from Premire pro without transcoding it, thereby letting Encore set the settings, but no joy. Thanks, Justin.
Rather than disabling UAC (or turning it down in Win7), just run Encore as Administrator. Right-click, and select Run As Administrator. Works fine for me in Windows 7 Professional 64 bit. Doing it this way you still get the benefits of UAC.

It will not remember multiple choice answers that you have to click to choose. If they are the kind of answers you have to click, please use a screenshot addon to take a picture of each page of your test after you have filled in your answers. -

I have the old 15-GB ipod that I got for a gift 2 years ago. A few days ago I was playing it using a car adaptor while charging it as well. Out of nowhere my ipod stops, freezes, then turns off showing only a line on the LCD screen for about 30 minutes. After that the screen has become blank. I have tried to reset and charge the ipod numerous times only to have nothing still show up on the LCD screen. I've also tried to plug it into my computer and nothing was detected despite downloading all the new updates and the newest version of i-tunes. Does anybody have any tips or experiences of this happening? A dead battery perhaps? Please let me in on some info. Thanks!
Given the age of the iPod, I would suspect the battery has at last died.

PLEASE HELP? Desperate, I can't get the iPod to Restore!!
In desperation, I want to restore my ipod, as nothing else I have tried has worked.
I cannot get to that step. I have done everything I am supposed to, going by Apple's list, and nothing has worked.
