Looks like a corrupt font.
Illustrator is more picky about fonts than any other application.

I just installed new fonts to Windows 8 PC running CC Suite with Type Kit running. When I open a previously made template in PS I keep getting photoshop cc error "selected font failed during last operation". Type kit does not show the font. The font is installed on my computer.
- The template has the original version of the font named "Adam". I downloaded the updated version now named "Adam.cg pro".
- I click on the substitution caution in the layers palette and select the new version of the "Adam" font.
- When i try to save my changes I get, error "selected font failed during last operation. If problem persists, please disable font."
Can anyone help me solve/fix this problem?

I know my internet connection is working and Netflix still wont load or just cut me off completly at half way thur watching an episode.
Same here... I have 2 AppleTV's: 1 in my LR, and another in my bedroom. Netflix works fine on my MacBook Pro, my iPhone, and on the AppleTV in my LR... but refuses to play on my bedroom unit. I've tried the unplug/wait thing.. resetting... ensuring that my LR unit wasn't still playing content...etc. No joy.
Contacted Netflix... they say it's not on their end, since I can get service on all of my other devices.
Has anyone returned their unit to the Genius Bar guys yet? -

I purchased CS5 Design Standard about 5 years ago. Now I am trying to install second PC, but I got a message like " This serial number is not correct." I want to know the correct serial number, but I missed my ex adobe ID because I've changed my E-mail address.
It is not clear to me what your issue is with not being able to sign in to your Adobe account to find the serial number. You should still be able to sign in and find your serial number if you registered the software.
If your first PC is a Windows machine you might be able to extract the serial number from it using the Belarc Advisor

My notes from my iphone4 have been deleted. Heres the problem, the reason it is deleted is because i accidentally deleted my gmail messages. i guess my notes were there to. the notes are not in icloud and not in gmai. is there any way i can get them back?

I have successfully installed the CS6 master collection and all the programs seem to be working apart from InDesign. Many people use a font manager to organize a large collection of fonts, and sometimes these cause problems in ID. You might not realize that the font manager has installed a plugin in ID, but I think you would know if you added any other program extensions to help you work.

What happens if you start the Mac with the Shift key held down to prevent extensions from loading? What happens if you go to the System settings and create a new user, then restart the Mac and log in with the new user? -

My ipad is not turning on and not responding to charger. I was using my ipad and then suddenly it had the apple sign and it just stayed like that and then I put the charger in it and it stayed the same with the apple sign. I tried turning it on and off and pressing the home button but nothing seemed to work. It just stayed the same with the apple sign. I'm really worried bc I just got this now for christmas and I'm worried I might have done something. So can you please help ASAP. Thanks , it would really help.

I found a fix for it, It turned out that the file that lists all of the songs on it got corrupt. I had to use 3rd party programs but it did work out in the end

Seems everything else is fine.
But I cant click the search box it just marks the Search the web and Windows but wont allow me to type anything.
And the same for the start menu if I click the windows icon in lower left corner nothing happens.

So like I said, Everytime I open firefox as soon as I open a tab the "find" bar automatically pops up and I cant type. It wont let me close it at all. Ive searched everywhere to see if I can disable it from automatically coming up but came up empty. Ive reset everything back to is "original" settings but that didn't work either.

Is the bar labeled Find or Quick Find?
Find: This bar can be opened using Ctrl+f, but obviously you are not typing Ctrl+f.
Quick Find: The shortcut to open this bar is a / character. Firefox also has an option to open the Quick Find bar as soon as you type ''any'' character. Hmmm... by default, if the cursor is in either bar, it can be closed by pressing the Esc key. But I suppose that isn't working either (or it reopens very quickly).
If you view the Add-ons page, do you have any extensions?
