Welcome to the Apple Support Communities
You will have to return the Mac and order one with a Portuguese keyboard, if you bought it less than 14 days ago.
If not, you will have to buy a new Mac (that's because some keys may not fit onto your MacBook Pro keyboard) or just set up OS X with a Portuguese keyboard but with US keys

Does anyone make here make email address lists in MailChimp?

I thought that there might be a couple of Dreamweaver users here who also use MailChimp. What I would like to know is how to send a campaign out to specific email addresses. I know you can send by certain search critera but I would like to send out by a list of specific email ads instead. Does anyone know how to do this? MailChimp's tech support is closed I would really like to get this out by early tomorrow morning and sent out today.

I heard back from MailChimp tech support and this is what they suggested I do:
"In order to send a campaign to just a specific group of peopel you will want to use the segmenting options as outlined in this article: How can I send to a segment of my list?: http://eepurl.com/gWN5.
If the group of people you wish to send to isn't currently in a specific segment you would need to add segmenting criteria to their information in order to segment the send. You can either create a column for "Non Trade Show" and mark all of those people who didn't attened with an X in that column and then segment by that, or you can create a group for those users who didnt attend the trade show and add all the relevant subscirbers to it.
You would then use one of the options that was added in order to send to only that particular segment of your list!"
I kept looking around at different ways to do this and I found that the easiest way to add the lists was to select the check box next to all the addresses of people who went to the trade show. I then selected bulk change and copied all those addresses to the list I set up for people who went to the show. I did this same operation for the people who did not go to the show. When I did it this way I didn't have to worry about adding duplicacte email addresses.

Is anyone on here running an intel mac, with a presonus firebox with gb3?
Im thinking of buying one, but am curious if it will work with GarageBand on the intel machines, because ive had nothing but trouble with my old interface while trying to get it onto the intel.
Any input is appreciated.

I'm using another Presonus device, the Inspire, but the basics apply to all of them. Presonus devices use Apple's Core Audio, so you don't need any drivers, and they kept on working seamlessly when the Intel Macs were introduced. The Inspire has a control surface program that was updated for Intels, but I don't think you need any for the Firebox since the buttons and knobs are physical.
For more information on the Firebox, wait until the American forum users got up, there's a couple of them who can tell you more.

Admin does not work with the 192.168.1.1 address

I am trying to get my wii working with my router and I read the forum for it to work but the when I did the 192.168.1.1 address it asked me to put in the user name and password. I followed what is told me and put admin in as the password but it didn't work! Please help

The reason why the admin is no longer working as the router password because you might have setup a router password, not knowing, during the first time you setup your router...If you remember the router password when you first used your setup cd to install your router then enter that password else you need to reset your router and re-configure it...
To reset the router press and hold the reset button for 30 seconds...Release the reset button...Unplug the power cable from your router, wait for 30 seconds and re-connect the power cable...Now re-configure your router...

I did find an error log related to the error code and tried all suggestions on the list of recommendations, still no luck
I definitely am running OS X10.5.8 (hopefully will be updating later on this month)
I tried several brand new discs from the same box, still no luck.
My last option is to go out and try a different brand, guess I'll go with Verbatim this time but I think I'll poke around some more before buying 20 more new discs.

Printing problem: "fit to page" option does not work, even from cmd

i am switching a company over to linux, that's why i am trying to make it shine as much as possible!
unfortunately i have to explain why something as simple as printing an email to one page instead of 1 and half isn't working...
no matter what i always get the same layout ... through
a) print menues which give me the option to scale to page e.g. firefox's print menue or
b) command line with the option found in (http://localhost:631/help/options.html#FIT_TO_PAGE)
lp -o fit-to-page filename
lpr -o fit-to-page filename
they both do not result in a scaled to one page output, instead i get the same result a print without any extra configuration gives me (2 pages).
i don't know where to report this problem!?
since i don't know whether it is an arch, Canon, CUPS or postscript problem ...
my setup is:
manjaro/arch linux (latest packages)
CUPS 1.7.1
canon imagerunner irc2880 - printer language = postscript
gnome 3.10
(i use the canon "cque" aur package to get the only working ppd for this printer (cel-irc2880-ps-de.ppd) [working = print both b/w & color] ... ps stands for postscript.
pls help or direct me to the right channels

Does anyone burn BD from the camera directly?

My camera is a Canon Vixia HF M50. The instruction book says on page 155 that is is possible to burn directly to a Blu-Ray recorder through the usb cable. What recorders will do this? The one I have is for the Mac and the camera does not see it. It tells me to check the hard drive. I suppose it needs a windows based recorder.

What this means is that you can either ingest from your camera or from your hard-drive, as long as the folder structure is maintained. So if you have tampered with the file structure recorded by the camera at all, then it will not work. The folder structure should look exactly as it did when you dragged it from the camera. In other words, you can not just ingest the file, but need the whole system for it to work.

After itunes sync, ipod scroll feature does not work - here is the solution

Hope this helps loads of you as it was frustrating my tits!
1. synchronise your ipod
2. then disconnect (right click on ipod icon in itunes and select disconnect)
3. now you will notice that you can't scroll - but don't worry
4. select settings
5. select general
6. select accessibility
7. accept voice over
8. TURN VOICE OVER OFF
9. that's it
10. ipod works fine.
THERE IS AN EASIER METHOD THOUGH
1. reset ipod back to factory settings using restore command in itunes
2. disconnect it (right click ipod icon in itunes)
3. go into settings - then general - then accessibility
4. select voice over
5. turn voice over ON and then voice over OFF
6. now plug back to computer and sync with itunes
