    I'm sorry but nothing from this you just sent me works...The linke form adobe support to chancel takes me over and over to the same page, and the only thing they do is tell me to write my problem down in a chat for questions...the link with the phone was pretty good but nobody picks up....I really don't know what to do anymore....i've tried everything and nothing happens..im just paying more and more....

    I'm going to guess that you are unable to open a psd file because your trial period has ended.
    A solution would to open the PSD file in the free program irfanview, and save as a JPG
    IrfanView - Official Homepage - one of the most popular viewers worldwide
    However irfanview is only available in English and Deutsche languages.  You will probably be able to find similar applications in your own language.

  • Flash won't install – hello, Adobe, are you listening?

    I am running Yosemite 10.10.2 and cannot install Flash v.17 plug-in on my Macbook Pro. Like so many who have already posted, I get a General Installation Error and the install fails. As far as I can tell, the only solution that has been posted works in some cases, but not in all cases. That solution involves downloading the full install version, deleting old versions of the plug-in, doing a general system cleanup, restarting, and then installing the new Flash player. I do not plan to follow this process because I do not want to delete my current plug-in. I have seen posts from others who did this and now have no Flash player at all, and are unable to install even prior versions of the plug-in. Why in the world would Adobe release an update that doesn't work? Didn't Adobe think it would be a good idea to test the new version with Yosemite before releasing it? Or do they not care? The posts I have seen from Adobe staff have been completely unhelpful and even adversarial. This is inexcusable. I wish developers would adopt an alternative to Flash because this program is nothing but a memory-hogging headache, and now it won't even install. What a joke.

    This morning we resolved a problem that prevented Flash Player installations from completing for some of our Macintosh users.
    If you encountered this problem, please delete any previously downloaded Flash Player installer and either:
    Download the installer again from https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer, OR
    Download the stand-alone installer posted at the bottom of the http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/installation-problems-flash-player-mac.html in the ‘Still having problems’ section.

    I need a slideshow functionality of a pages with speed settings. Actually i did not want to change pages by swiping on it. I want to move up the pdf pages automatically so that i can only have work to read the content of pages from 1 line to other line and then 1 page to other page like slideshow functionaly available for the images in gallery of andriod mobile.

    I'm not sure what you are asking; most of this functionality is already present in Adobe Reader: Edit | Preferences | Full Screen.

    How many active full time developers are working on the iPhone packager at Adobe currently? I'm a bit curious since it would help me get a realistic idea how long it will take for new versions of the packager might come out.     I printed out the table of contents and the sample chapter using 100%. The print is too small for me to read. The first page looks great - comfortable to read, but this is 14.00 X 10.00 iinches. The next pages came out of the printer at 7.00 X 10.00 inches. I'd need a magnifying glass for this. Too bad. I know I'd learn a great deal from your book.
    Last month I got Photoshop Elements 11 for Dummies. The print size is perfect even under the graphics. And with this book there is none of that gratuitous humor that you often see in the Dummies books.
    I should  probably start a separate thread for this but perhaps you could give me a short answer. If you do a video that requiers a teleprompter, what kind do you use? I'm going to make three minutes videos for my websites and perhaps for Facebook in both English and Spanish. Even though my clips will be 250 words or less, it's hard for me to deliver the Spanish from memory. But I hate to pay over $600 for a teleprompter. Do you have any suggestions for a penny-pincher?

    I have sent an invitation to an email that I have tested and works but it is not coming through so I can proceed with the install.
    Does an adobe rep need to purge their server to clear out the cancelled invites since I cancelled an re attempted to send a new invite to the same email?

    Dear Adobe support,
    As dozens of other users are reporting, the last update 10.1.4 broke printing ability over many network configurations. In our network only those computers that patched have the problem. And they can print with all other software, just the latest version of Adobe Reader is broke. This is very clear, reproducible, bug in Adobe Reader.
    Its hard to excuse such a bug for a corporation like Adobe with all the debugging and testing results, but... ok, programmers do mistakes.
    But what is totally unnaceptable is not to recognize the problem and fix it...
    1) Where is the list of known issues with Adobe reader 10.1.4?
    2) Is there a workarround (other than the absurd roll-back of the latest security patch) or you will release a patch soon?
    3) Why you dont reply to other forum threads complaning about the same printing issue?
    Trying to hide or ignore the problem will not make it better for Adobe... only make users angry and less willing to buy anything from Adobe.
    I ordered to suspend all purchases of Adobe products in my company until we get an answer to this.

    We are unable to replicate it locally. One of the other user suggested the following workaround. Please let us know if that works for you.
    Go to services.msc and stop the service called "Windows Search" and then try printing from Adobe.  Going back and starting the service will cause the issue again.
    Could you please try this and let us know if that helps?
