I bought an iPhone 5 in the US and brought it back to Brasil. Now I'm trying to use Siri, but once I press the "home" button "voice control" appears and it only works for me to call my contacts. The manual guide tells me to go to Settings>General>Siri. At the General menu "Siri" doesn't appear. What should I do to set Siri up if it doesn't appear at settings>general?

Go to Settings>General>Restrictions and make sure Siri is set to On.

An iTunes gift card can only be redeemed once, you can't enter and redeem its code again. Since you redeemed the card you haven't bought anything (including IAPs and auto-renewing subscriptions), and your account doesn't show a balance ? You've tried logging out and back into your account and seeing if it shows then ?
My account's balance shows at the top left of the store's page on my computer's iTunes, and by logging in to view my account via the Store > View Account menu option. On my iOS devices it shows at the bottom of, for example, the Featured tab in the App Store app under my account id (or you can view your account via Settings > iTunes & App Stores and it should show on the screen that you are taken to). If the balance is zero then it might not be shown.

I must say that my iphone was working perfectly until the last months my battery began to die all from a sudden, so my phone got turn off really frequently, so then i ordered a battery and changed it myself so when phone was on.. it had this problem.. im desperate here

No I haven´t take it to Apple Store, i think I will actually. My iphone was jailbroken and ulocked with gevey sim, but when this failures began i decided to restore it, and I did preserve the baseband, but when I took it into one of these "Places" they told me it would be a good idea to do a clean restore and see if this fixed the problem so I upgraded my baseband, and right now my iphone is freshly restore, no jailbreak no nothing.
Btw yes something like a year ago my screen was replaces by others not by apple, but I didnt had any issues after this.. until today (a little more than a year later).

Iphone 4; Software Issues RE: Home Button, Voice Control & Calls

Two days ago my iPhone 4, with the latest operating system, has been having a series of problems;
- The home button has stopped working
- Voice control activates independently
- Voice and Facetime calls have been connected by itsself, even though it is just sitting in lock mode on my desk, not connected to my computer or even WiFi.
I have restored the phone to its factory settings, this did not fix the issues.
Does anyone know of to fix this or if this is a software issue that can be handled by the apple store.
I have had the phone for under a year.

I purchased a itunes card an downloaded the new itunes version on my PC. I then went to the itunes Store and purchased music. Now I'm trying to sync it onto my ipod touch and it is not working. What am I doing wrong?

What exactly happens when you place the iOS device in Recovery Mode and then connect to your computer and restore via iTunes?

Although the settings and code imply that the function /SAPTRX/IDOC_INPUT_EVMSTA can handle multiple events in a single IDoc the fact is that the code does not have a refresh statement on the BAPI internal tables with the loop through the IDoc control record. This means that we end up posting multiple events for the the same event during Idoc posting.
Is SAP going to fix this situation? PS: The same applies with the EHPOST Idoc function module.

I just debugged my Z-function, after adding all input parameters as in the standard BAPI function.
All parameters seems to be passed correctly except from the table parameters from
CLASS_OBJECTS
So all I_parameters are passed :

{ZBAPI_CLASS_GET_CLASSIFICATION.I_LANGU_ISO} = "EN" and

{ZBAPI_CLASS_GET_CLASSIFICATION.I_CLASSNUM} = "DSWTEST" and
{ZBAPI_CLASS_GET_CLASSIFICATION.I_CLASSTYPE} = "001" and
{ZBAPI_CLASS_GET_CLASSIFICATION.I_CHARACTS_OF_CLASS_ONLY.BAPIFLAG} = ""
but the table parameters aren't coming through:
{ZBAPI_CLASS_GET_CLASSIFICATION.T_CLASS_OBJECTS.OBJECT_TYPE} = "MARA" and

The SIM card not supported message indicates the iPhone you purchased is carrier locked with a U.S. carrier. Only the carrier an iPhone was sold as carrier locked with can officially unlock the iPhone.

Flash Player only works for the account that downloaded it

I downloaded flash player and did not specify any special preferences, however, it doesn't work for the 2 other accounts on the computer. It only runs for the Administrator account from which i downloaded it. I'm running XP professional. Can someone tell me how to fix this?

hi, i had already deleted cookies, temp internet files, etc;
i only have the IE pop up blocker and blocking level set at Medium;
it's the latest version of FP 10.0.45.2.
I installed this version a couple of weeks ago and it worked ok for all accounts (the other 2 accounts are not admin) for a week. Then, it stopped working for all accounts, i reinstalled it (some trial and error involved), then when it finally reinstalled, only works for the one account. i just tried to reinstall from one of the other accounts and error mssg said "failed to register"

Hi ol, I would go to Tools, click on Internet Options and clear the Temp files. Delete Cookies, Delete Files, including the off line content. I would do this using all accounts. Also check the history files while you are there and delete those also unless you have done so recently.
What version of Flash Player do you have Installed?
Do you use any adblock or pop up blocker software?

I was wondering, does iTunes in the Cloud only work for purchased music?
Also, does the automatic wifi sync feature not sync everything that it would if you manually iniate the wifi sync? The reason I ask is because my iPhone is often connected to my charger, and then today I decided to perform a manual wifi sync and it had a lot of content to update, definitly way more than any changes I've made since I plugged it in to the charger last night.

You can turn on Music, Apps,and Books by tapping Settings > Store
Connecting your iPhone to a wall charger should not have any effect on sycning.

Video adapter only works for slide shows.

We received the Apple video adapter today. It appears that it only works for slide shows? It might also work for Keynote, but we don't use that much and haven't installed on the iPad. For our purposes, we'd like to be able to display from other programs- Numbers, Pages, and a PDF reader. This seems counterintuitive to business use if the adaptor isn't fully functional. We are hoping that a software upgrade will make the adaptor functional.

The iPad Dock Connector to VGA Adapter can play content to a VGA display when using the following apps:
Videos
Photos—Slideshow playback only
YouTube
Keynote
Safari—Video content on webpages

Ok so I happened to figure it out while on the phone to apple support. Even though the guy was very nice, I think I knew more than him! He was explaining very basic resolution principles I played about. I had the second option in displays resolution. All I did was unplug the HDMI cable, click on 'best for display' then plugged the HDMI in and my resolution on the normal monitor changed to the normal blue, then went black momentarily and then changed to a strange resolution but another window appeared that said SONY BRAVIA HDMI at the top! Hey presto! Don't know why it didn't do it yesterday - I probably left the HDMI cable in or something! Oh well. Problem solved!

Have you held the menu and left arrow together for 6 secs ? (I think you have from what you say).
Also try unpowering and restarting AppleTV.

Is there any way to change the feed in itunes? The only feed I have now is http://feeds.feedburner.com/CasaEgyptStation
I tried to restore the feed http://feeds.feedburner.com/imananddinasbroadcast but feedburner refused.
I know that I missed things up but I still have hope in working things out.
