Printing can be set to none, low-resolution-only, or unrestricted. You cannot control the number of printouts or which pages are printed.

Back after a brief absence, things look a little bit different.
I'm trying to take a 16 minute mini dv video and compress it for use on the web. I'm interested in any suggestions you may have on settings for the video and audio tracks. I've tried using Sorenson 3 (15 frames, key frames set to automatic, 320 x 240) for video and IMA 4:1 (mono) for audio. The resulting video looked great but the file size came in at about 255 Mb.

Thank you for the replies. Everyone was correct about the jack, interface, and phasing problems. I have been unplugging my motu audio interface and then using headphones at work. I have not changed any detailed audio output settings in logic. When I read that the jack might be a problem I tried switching headphones. This actually helped. I am using dre-beats headphones and they seem to be having issues with the mac/jack-(the phasing/panning problems. I can use these headphones with other devices but not the mac. I have to use ipod ear buds and the phasing seems fixed. Hopefully this information is helpful to someone else.
If anyone knows how to correct this issue please let me know its difficult to know what my final mixes are going to sound like and I have had to keep bouncing everything into i-tunes- sync to ipod and then listen in my car radio.

Hello all..   I hope someone here can help. I recently downloaded some updates to my imac. Since then the computer starts but I get the home screen opening without the logon box.    I can't open any programs or files and if I click on the Safari tab it disappears from the dock. I've tried rebooting with no joy.
I contacted technical help at Apple and was told to hold down the ctrl and alt keys with two other keys, I think the S or P keys when powering up. This worked
and the computer seemed fine but now the problem has reappeared. Is there a way to removed downloaded updates from the computer or revert it to an earlier state?   Sorry for the long question. Hopefully one of you clever people can help.   Simon

I'm Gene. I have an older MAC desktop and am running iPhoto 09, version8.1.2 (424). Each time I connect my iphone to my MAC I get a message that there is a newer version of iPhoto, but when I select the link, I am taken to the Apple webpage and get a message that the page I'm looking for is not available. All I would like to do is upgrade my iPhoto. Do I need to upgrade to the latest version of iWork, and if so, what version and how would I do that? Any assistance is appreciated. Thanks

The iPhoto version that is currently available at the App Store os 9.5.1 and requires the Mavericks OS X. The early 2008 24" iMac can run Mavericks. Once you have Mavericks installed (it's free) you can purchase iPhoto 9.5.1 from the App Store.
If you don't want to upgrade to Mavericks you can purchase a copy of the iLife 11 disk from a 3rd party retailer like Amazon.com and install iPhoto 9. Then up trade it to 9.4.3 via the updaters at the Apple Downloads website: Apple - Support - Search

I have a 14.88G iPod Nano that I currently use as my primary watch. A week or so ago I started to experience a blank white screen when I press the "sleep/wake" button instead of the watch face (I have it set to wake from sleep to display the clock). When I hard reset it, it will come back fine and the screen will respond and work as normal, as soon as I manually put it to sleep by pressing the "sleep/wake" button and then try to wake it the same thing happens and I have a blank white screen that doesn't respond to touch gestures or anything.
What I have tried so far to no avail:
Numerous hard restarts (holding the "sleep/wake" button with the volume - button).
Tried this: iPod nano (6th generation): Hardware troubleshooting
Changed the watch face to display.
Recharged the device overnight (without full discharge).
Since none of this works I'm out of ideas. Eventhough I have a 6G Nano it should no longer be under warranty since I was sent it as a replacement for a different (older) product.
Any ideas? Is this a known problem? Thanks in advance for any insight any of you could provide. Also, what time is it??

I have the exact same problem as you have described. I also used my ipod as a watch but starting from today, whenever I unlock it the screen turns white until a reset is done. Even a factory reset through itunes didn't fix it.
Have you found any solution?

I already upgraded the memory to it's max 2GB's, with (2) PNY DDR-2700 - 1G each sticks. I have also upgraded the HD from the orignial, Toshiba 60GB MK6025GAS to a WD 250GB WD2500BEVE with a fresh install of Windows XP Home.

The plus point of using my windows 7 ultimate PC, even i got the same error twice or thrice but I REUME ALL & then I got the result. Hello all - Newbie here wanting help transferring files

Have had my Blackberry Curve for a couple of months and have mastered the basics. I did transfer music and photo's from my PC to my Blackberry fine but all of a sudden there is a problem with this.....I can't transfer anything to my Blackberry now - either by PC or by Bluetooth. My PC gives an error message that each file cannot be transferred and my Bluetooth is paired with the other device but will not send anything! Can anyone help?

Bluetooth file transfer is supported only between two BlackBerry smartphones. Can you provide more information on what happens transferring the files via USB please? Do you have a media card in your BlackBerry? What version of BlackBerry Desktop Manager do you have installed? Are you using the Desktop Software to transfer media files? What happens when you try dragging media files onto your media card from Computer/My Computer using Mass Storage?

Hello all I am having problems viewing my flash buttons on my website

Hello all I am new to creating my own websites. I am using
DW8. At the moment all is going ok as I have managed to get my home
page up and running, though my website is far from over i have
decieded to add flash buttons. Now when i preview the site in DW8
it shows all the content on the page, however when I actually view
my website (using Firefox) everything shows except the flash
buttons. I have looked and researched everywhere to try and fix
this problem but either don't get what people are talking about or
just can't find the assocciated files. Any help is very
appreciated.

You asked about having your computer speak text to YOU.
In almost any Application Select the text you wish to have spoken aloud by the computer. On the Edit menu, choose Speech > start speaking. The computer will begin to read the Selected text aloud.
There are additional settings, different Voices, different speeds, and ways to have it read everything on the page, and ways to invoke this with a shortcut key in:
System Preferences > Speech ... and

Thats not possible I'm afraid, only the Apple TV can receive an AirPlay stream, and even then only one at a time, unless you stream from a computer.

I created one program which download & printed the report after selecting the correspondence Radio button.
While I am downloading the file on local system it will download as .txt file format & while I select the radio button printed report it will do it for correspondence invoice number.
My issue is.
In output I have few currency values in diff field. Now User want those value should come in this format (1.000.000,00) every time.
So is there any function module which can convert the currency value format which user want? Or do I have to do some coding, if yes then what it should be.
Because here user want whatever system format should be but value come in that format only in both condition either downloading the file or printed one.

Language depending formatting
To format a currency amount with decimals according to the currency use
WRITE and the CURRENCY option.
Currency keys an d numbers of decimals are defined in table TCURX Decimal

E.G.
Formatting an amount in Kuwatian Dinars:
Dmbtr = 123456.
Write dmbtr currency 'KUD'
123.456
Write dmbtr currency 'USD'
1234.56
Note that the formatting does not depend on the number of decimals in the
number in the program.
Dmbtr = '12.3456'.

To format the decimal and thousand sepearators according to the settings for
a specific country,
use the statement SET COUNTRY <country key>
Settings for countries are defined in table T005 Countries.
The country key used in the statement is field LAND1
E.g.
