What version of Spiceworks is installed?How long has Spiceworks been installed?Has Spiceworks been working fine and this problem just started?Has Spiceworks recently been upgraded from an older version?Is Spiceworks installed on a physical computer or a Virtual Machine (VM)?
How are you trying to start Spiceworks when it fails?
How do your colleagues start Spiceworks when it succeeds? Is anything different? Do they log in under a different account, etc.?Is Spiceworks setup to run as a System Service? Right-click on the Spiceworks Tray Icon Preferences Startup Options: is "Spiceworks is running as a service" checked with "domain\user" or ".\user" and "password" entered in the boxes below? This information can also be entered in the services.msc "spiceworks" service entry.

When i'm try start SpiseWorks am getting:

Hello can anyone help? I have sucessfully backed up my iTuines library to an external hard drive, but when backing up in the furture (Monthly) do I have to follow the same procedure again, and will this place an additonal copy of my iTunes library on my hard drive, so duplicating the back up and so rapidly fill my hard drive.
Ideally what I would like, is for the lateset back up to over write the original so saving space on my external hard drive. Many thanks ......Steve

The "consolidate" command has nothing to do with making backups. You use that command when you have had content in multiple places and you wish to have it now all in a single iTunes folder. If all of your content is already in the iTunes folder, then the "consolidate" command will be of no use to you. You will make further backups using whatever method you normally would use to make backups of your data in Windows.

Another way. You can use a USB flash drive & the camera connection kit.
Plug the USB flash drive into your computer & create a new folder titled DCIM. Then put your movie/photo files into the folder. The files must have a filename with exactly 8 characters long (no spaces) plus the file extension (i.e., my-movie.mov; DSCN0164.jpg).
Now plug the flash drive into the iPad using the camera connection kit. Open the Photos app, the movie/photo files should appear & you can import. (You can not export using the camera connection kit.)

You can not bypass the activation lock. Chances are high it's a stolen phone. That aside, even if you did manage to get past that, you can't use it in your country. Japanese phones are carrier locked and the Japanese carriers do not offer unlocking.
Return it and get your money back.

CC is for retail use with 20 GB of storage space, CCT is where number of seats are purchased & assigned by one program admin where each seat gets 100GB of storage space.
You can not have both the CC & team in one account as it will only provide you added storage space of 120 GB but you can activate the CC any of them or either of them twice as CC is based on Adobe ID.

You may have a Safari third party add on installed that was compatible with the previous version of Safari but not 5.1. Try troubleshooting > Safari: Unsupported third-party add-ons may cause Safari to unexpectedly quit or have performance issues

Only the wireless carrier to which the iPhone is locked can unlock
it. Contact them to see if they offer unlocking and if you qualify.
Apple does not unlock iPhones - wireless carrier has this responsibility.

You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; this can be done by phoning AppleCare and asking for the Account Security team, or clicking here and picking a method, or if your country isn't listed in either article, filling out and submitting this form.
They wouldn't be security questions if they could be bypassed without Apple verifying your identity.
