Hello - cannot save from pct to jpg any more. For some reason there is no option to "save as". Help?
Anyone know why I cannot "save as" pct files to jpg on OS 10.9? I used to be able to do this but this choice (save as) does not show up -

so I've downloaded a tv series from iTunes onto my macbook pro, for some reason the episodes on my iTunes won't play at all. no sound and no images. any suggestions and help?
Hi,
As you have match, I suggest that you create a new library by holding ctrl whist launching iTunes. Select create new library. Sign into iTunes Store and activate match. You will now have access to your music and will be able to stream your music.
Options : get a new external drive formatted for mac and either download music from match or copy music from old drive to new one. Alternatively you could reformat old drive and download music from match - I would not be comfortable using this option as it means erasing drive before being able to use with mac.

hello every one, am having issue with my itunes, for some reason or another my icon in the itunes doesnt change, its stuck on Songs, and will not let me get playlist or anything else. can any one tell me if that can be fixed

I have a MacBook Air, it automatically minimises and switches from the screen I am in for some reason ?
This problem is often caused by "Google Drive." If it's installed, I suggest you first check for an update. If that doesn't solve the problem, remove it according to the developer's instructions. You may need to boot in safe mode to do so. Back up all data before making any changes.
If you use Google Drive and don't want to remove it, then try deselecting the option in its preferences to "show status icons." According to reports, that may be enough to stop the Finder from crashing. -
Hello I just bought the USB super drive for the mac book pro and for some reason when I put the disc in and I download the content and for some reason when I put the aplication just a bunch of random words come out,not the content the disc brings.

I'm wanting to use iMessage to talk to a friend in Russia. She has iPhone 4s and I have ipad2 wifi only. For some reason I can't send messages to her but I can to UK iPhones.

On her iPhone, she needs to change a setting:
Settings/ Messages/ Send & Receive/ Start New Conversations From:
and then select her phone number, not her e-mail.
You both should probably delete any conversations that originated from her e-mail address if you want to avoid perpetuating this confusion. -
I opened a document in pages but cannot type anything in the document
I assume that you you tried tapping and holding down on the document and the keyboard would not pop up and the insertion point did not appear.
If you want to start with a clean slate, tap the Documents button in the upper left corner. When in thumbnail view you can tap the edit button in the upper right - find that blank document that you just closed - tap on it and then tap the trash can in the upper left to delete it.
To start with a new document - tap the + button in the upper left corner and tap Create New Document. -
The steps described in "Help" do not fit with what I find when I try to do what they say to import the contacts
from my Address Book to my ICloud Contacts. A few time things sort of worked, but then the VCards would
not import because they somehow did not fit the criteria. Has anyone found this same problem?

Your profile indicates that you are using OS X 10.6.8. You will need OS X 10.7.2 or better in order to use Icloud and sync your contacts. -
When I uploaded photos from my ipad to my desktop, for some reason I ended up with numerous doubles and triples. How can I find the duplicate photos and isolate them and then delete them?
Pretty sure they are just jpegs from my canon 7D

Just switched from H20 to T Mobile. For some reason I am only picking up 2G instead of 4G Network on this phone. Is there a way to get a carrier update to fix this? I have other T Mo devices at same location and they are all picking up 4G service

hello everyone. I have recently installed a Samsung SSD (solid state hard drive) into my destop PC. For some reason Lightroom does not see it ? So i cannot ingest photos from it, or copy photos from a card to it. It is not listed as a drive option. LR sees every other drive. My computer sees it fine, so i was able to create a catalogue there. Im running windows 8.1. Any ideas ? I will also add that this drive became corrupt and was repaired by Samsung. Maybe they didn't do a very good job.. ..

Opened Lightroom.
Create new catalogue.
This opened the Windows 8 file explorer window and Windows recognises the drive. So I was able to create a catalogue there and save.
I then inserted my memory card into my card reader which LR recognised. I selected it, chose all the photos within and then navigated to the right side of the Lr import dialogue window to locate this problem drive as on this occasion i want the RAW files on the same drive as the lrcat. However all my other drives are listed but not this Samsung SSD.
In addition this Samsung SSD is not listed a drive to import from in the same dialogue window. -
I have created numerous forms in Designer and for some reason, "Edit in Designer" from PDF, I cannot edit any of the fields in Design View.
Is it possible you accidentally put the fields on the master page?
