Hello! Ever since I upgraded my iPhone 5s to IOS 7.1, I am unable to access the iPhone Keyboard if I access contacts using the recent calls tab. I am also unable to access the keyboard if I want to search for a contact as long as I went through the recent calls tab. Has anyone a fix for this problem? If you want to try it out, do the following?
Dial a number from your iPhone Keypad. After cutting the call, try to save the number you just dialled to your contacts by choosing the new contact option. You will see that you will not be able to key in the name of your new contact.
Works fine for me.
Try a reset: Simultaneously hold down the Home and On buttons until the device shuts down. Ignore the off slider if it appears. Once shut down is complete, if it doesn't restart on it own, turn the device back on using the On button. In some cases it also helps to double click the Home button and close all apps BEFORE doing the reset.

My firefox keep crashing and freezing ever since i upgraded

Ever since i upgraded to firefox 6 it keep freezing and crashing about every 10 to 20 mins.
It does not matter what website i am on it just keeps doing it.
I have no addons and no themes.
I hope someone can fix my problem as i am thinking very hard to move to a different browser.
I have internet explora on my laptop and it dont freeze and dont crash.
I love firefox but i want this issue fixed.

christianYeah same here. I dont know why it keep happening but its not fair and its really getting on my nervers. If it keeps happing i might change my browser i dont want to as i like firefox but if it does keep happening and no one fixs this then bye firefox.

Ever since I upgraded my iPhone 4 to Version 5, all the new apps that I try to download keeps saying "waiting" on my phone... It won't open or download! Only the old apps that I already had before I upgraded my phone works. Please help!!!
Try resetting the iPhone.
Hold the On/Off Sleep/Wake button and the Home button down at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.

Then your basic issues are: too little RAM, incompatible software, dysfunctional installation.
Add more RAM or kill as many programs that you use until the computer is running normally.

Repair the Hard Drive and Permissions: Upon startup select Disk Utility from the main menu. Repair the Hard Drive and Permissions as follows.
When the recovery menu appears select Disk Utility and press the Continue button. After Disk Utility loads select the Macintosh HD entry from the the left side list. Click on the First Aid tab, then click on the Repair Disk button. If Disk Utility reports any errors that have been fixed, then re-run Repair Disk until no errors are reported. If no errors are reported click on the Repair Permissions button. Wait until the operation completes, then quit Disk Utility and return to the main menu.
Reinstall OS X: Select Reinstall OS X and click on the Continue button.
Note: You will need an active Internet connection. I suggest using Ethernet if possible because it is three times faster than wireless.

Im having trouble sending messages from my iPhone 4..ever since i upgraded to iOS 5, its giving me this problem. It says your SMS mailbox is full. Delete some messages to recieve new messages.
I've deleted around 10 huge conversations, rebooted it, restored it, done a soft and hard reset too. What should i do?my boyfriend restored his iphone as a brand new phone and still had this problem, he deleted all his text conversations except mine and his best friend's conversations still nothing, i told him to delete OUR conversation since its a 2 year conversation that he has NEVER deleted ..... he said YES!! we tried to delete it and the phone freezes as soon as we click on the CLEAR CONVERSATION button!!!! we tried about 5 times and this happened everytime we tried!!!! ....is like the phone doesnt wanna let go of our conversation!!! every other conversation he deleted the phone was fine except for when we try and delete ours!!
so yesterday he left his phone alone around 4 pm since we have the apple appointment today at 130pm.......around 11 pm last night his phone went NUTS receiving all the text messages i had sent and never received!!!! and now the phone works just fine!!! ...... CONFUSED?????? yeah we are too!!!

Both my wife and I have iPhone 5 and we use Siri a lot. Ever since we upgraded to IOS 7 we found that frequently we get a reply from Siri something like "This is embarrassing but I cannot handle a request right now". Prior to IOS 7 this did not happen.
tonefox is probably right. Server overload. I also notice that when siri does respond correctly, it is slower. My wife has a 4s and same story, and she has not upgraded to IOS 7.

Ever since I upgraded to IOS 7 on my iPad2, it does not remember my passwords, even though I check "keep me signed on". Is there a setting somewhere that I am missing? I did not have this issue with the previous OS. Thank you.
Thank you, James, but I do have a WiFi connection on the iPad mini. The Numbers files update on my iPad third generation and iPhone just fine when connected to the same network.

Snow Leopard breaks quite a few drivers - my Canon exhibited the same problem.
I eventually found updated drivers on the Canon website. You can try that with the HP, but if the all-in-one is more than a year or so old, don't hold your breath.
You can also try Software Update to see if it will offer new drivers, or failing that go to the Support Downloads site and search for HP updates.
In fact there's a new one for HP at the top of the list just now.
You may not necessarily want the latest one, though - check the specs to see if your model is covered; if not, search for the previous update etc. -
I can't move my incoming mail messages on my desktop into my mailboxes ever since i upgraded to Yosemite. It keeps defaulting to the old arrangement. My email account runs on IMAP.
Hello using the settings from my email provider (Virgin Media), I set up my email account on my Mac. The problem arises trying to move the emails from the Inbox to the various mailboxes I set up. All this is occurring within Apple's Mail app, not the Desktop.
Could it be anything to do with the IMAP-enabled synching between my email account on my computer and on Virgin Media's servers where my actions on my computer are not being communicated to the server? I am not an expert and only guessing here! Thanks for pitching in. -
Ever since I upgraded because of iOS7 on my iPhone, now my iTunes no longer can connect to the internet and my Home Sharing has been cut. Is anyone else having these issues? I tried the "DNS Flush" trick but itunes still won't budge.
Yes, after updating to iTunes 11.1.0,126 no Internet was available any longer on WLAN nor LAN interfaces (Windows 8 64bit version). WLAN interface still has connection to the router (on low level) but on higher protocol level no connectivity exist).

Just follow the procedure, hence go to the "device manager", look for neworkadaper and de-install LAN and WLAN drivers. Reboot the PC/Laptop and Windows will install the driver(s) again and at the same time repair the mess produced by Apple.
This issue occured only on one of our family Laptop but not on a 2nd. Laptob nor PC. -
I no longer am able to see how many emails I have in my inbox ever since I upgraded to iOS 7 is there a way for me to see how many emails are in my inbox now?
I have the same problem - I'd like to see the total number of emails I have in each folder when I'm in the folder - it used to be at the top of the screen but since upgrading to iOS7 it's gone. It now only shows how many emails are unread when you're in the folder list.
Gumby20133, I tried double clicking the Home button but nothing happened when I swiped up on the mail preview thumbnail - please could you explain what I was doing wrong? Actually, even if I could do that, would I have to do it every time I wanted to see the total amount of emails in each folder? As what I'm looking for is a way to permanently have the amount of emails showing in each folder - is there any way I can do that?

my hard drive is has about 200 GB free space, and i do regular varification for my drive. i almost regret upgrading to mountain lion :-(Depending on the software you use (and how many programs you use at once) you may need to add more RAM. Shutdown with 10.8.2 is noticably longer than Lion's shutdown (and even slower than the original release of 10.8). I suggest you reboot your computer and immediately launch Activity Monitor. You want to watch two things: 1) RAM - as you use the computer over the next couple of hours after the reboot are you seeing the Page Out number increasing pretty quickly? That would be an indication that your computer is quickly using up RAM and pushing software and data into Virtual Memory to make room. This could account for the slow computer. 2) CPU - unless you are running some heavy duty software, your CPU usage may spike close to 80-90% for a few seconds but mostly hover in the 20-40% range. If it is higher than that, or if you see a single process using more than 70% constantly you may have a rogue process that is dragging the computer down.
