You can't. You need a verified billing address in the US in order to order from the US online store. And, whatever you order will only be shipped to a US address.

I've deleted all I can from my music and photos without losing too many precious memories, but it's come to the point where I think I need to delete backups. However, I'm just worried that I will lose all and any log-in information that I don't remember and app/game progress that was saved to the iCloud. Please Tell me what will happen/what I can do?If you are asking what happens when you delete an iCloud backup, it only deletes the backup from your account. It won't do anything to the data on your phone or in your iCloud account. If you don't need to backup you can delete it. (If you no longer want to back up your phone to iCloud, turn iCloud backup off in Settings>iCloud>Backup. Then your phone will back up to your computer each time you sync it with iTunes.)

I changed my apple id from the one I used to originally sign up to iCloud and now cannot login to iCloud - do I need to change it back to the original apple id in order to access iCloud?
Gosh, this is full of great information and I need something a little bit deeper - and because I'm not a techy - can I explain...Apple ID changed a year ago from a work email to a personal email. No longer have access to original email..... New email and Apple ID worked flawlessly until today - every 3 seconds Sign in to iCloud pops up.. with the old work email. I enter the password - which is the same... and it says invalid.
I tried to delete the icloud, but you need the password and it says "find my phone" is on... i turn it off, and it's the old email... and the password again doesn't work, of course.
I am left stratching my head... I sync my phone and my correct, up to date email is in the Apple ID sections...

Migration Assistant (Finder > Applications > Utilities > Migration Assistant) is the tool that you would use to restore backups from older Macs to another Mac.

I am using iPhone 4 from the last one year and went dead and got it replaced by paying Rs.12500/- to Nyasa Sion Koliwada Mumbai Service Provider but now again after 38days the problem has started, what do i do? Is this is the quality & service we boost? On visiting the store we get only one reply you may write to Apple directely. we have the similar kind of problem with iPad which is being used by my wife Mr.Neelam Vij and paid Rs.16000/- to get it replaced within a year & 6months use. so in totality we have paid Rs.28500/- + Rs. 3000/- diagnostic charges.

Well... it's not actually an iTunes or even an Apple question is it? But you can use either Shazam or Soundhound.
If you do a search for both of them, you will find the various options available to you, which include apps for portable devices and in the case of Shazam, a work-round that allows you to use an online option using your computer's microphone on either a PC or Mac.
There may be other services as well, but I know these two.

Did you use the Migration Assistant to help set up the new iMac using some of the files in the older PC? Some likely won't mean much, unless you have applications that can use or convert them. There's also a way to use the software Time Machine to import data files from an external or another computer, so you may have used that, too.
Hopefully someone with experience in a similar issue will reply...

I have found some evidence that the preprocessor variable PLUGIN seems to prevent macros from includes from being defined. The NPROC and SPROC constructs seem to be involved (partners in crime, if you will).

I found it in a successfully developed code on the Windows/Plugin side. It is something that I had never used on the APDFL side AND my Windows linker is complaining about several gXXXX missing functions.
IOW: It sounds like the above statement is the solution to my linking problems. Somehow the APDFL seems to take care of the C vs. C++ details.
