Hello - I am new to using Photoshop Elements 11, Can you help me?

I have got 2 questions for using Photoshop Elements 11 -
1. How can i delete loads of duplicate images that i have imported?
2. What is the difference between albums and folders - I have set them up and basically they are all just the same photos i have grouped together - seems pointless having them twice!

No, you do not. It simply is not possible to have a device that does not exist.
Most likely, you have an iPhone 4. There is no 4G iPhone.

Yes, it does work. It is carrier locked to AT&T, just like all GSM iPhones sold in the US since their introduction.

Unable to print from a Mac using Maverick 10.9.2 on an Epson Photo printer with Photoshop CS4. Can you help?

I am trying to print in Photoshop CS4 on an Epson Photo printer (3880) from my Mac. I just upgraded to Maverick 10.9.2 when the problem started. Can you help.

I have the answer. It took quite a while but I know why the 3880 won't print from Photoshop 4 with Maverick. It is due to the Epson .icc page description files. The way to solve the problem is to make your own .icc. OK, so you don't know how to do it. This is what I did so now I get the quality prints I expect from an expensive printer.
You need to go to www.datacolor.com/spyderprint and purchase the Spyderprint hardware and software. It comes as a package for $300 to $350 depending on if you get a sale. The software will print on the 3880 test sheets of color blocks. With the hardware reader you then read the colors on the test sheets printed. What this does is match the monitor image with the printer, ink and paper you used. It makes an .icc page description file for you to select instead of the Epson .icc file. When you print again select the new .icc file and also choose "Printer Manages Colors" instead of "Photoshop Manages Colors" I know this is usual but it works. When you are done you will be smiling too with your beautiful results.
One other thing. If you want, it is optional, also purchase the Spider 4 Pro for $150. It calibrates your monitor and helps make excellent prints.
I understand it is more money and you already probably have a good computer, expensive camera to go with the 3880 so spend the extra money so it all works together.

Very frustrating problem with Photoshop Elements 10 - can anyone help?

I don't know what's happened, and I haven't changed any of the settings or anything.
When I open a photoshop file I am currently working on, now, no matter what I do, nothing changes in the actual photo. Even when I delete layers to see if it reverts back to the original photo, nothing changes. When I try adding new layers, nothing happens, when I try adjusting something such as opacity, or brightness/saturation, nothing changes.
I've tried opening/creating other photoshop files and I have the same problem, so it seems a problem with the actual software, rather than individual files. Even after uninstalling then installing the software, the problem is still there.
Does anyone have any idea what is causing this? Or could you direct me to a good help forum/source?

How did you install it in your Windows 7 and is it 64 bit version for your system? I am assuming you are using a 64 bit machine but this may not be the case but please confirm.

It is possible that you accidentally clicked the 'Block Images' item in the right click context menu while trying to save an image.
Check the image exceptions: Tools > Options > Content: Load Images: Exceptions - See [[Options window - Content panel]]
A way to see which images are blocked is to click the favicon (''Site Identification'' icon) on the left side of the location bar and click the "More Information" button.
This will open the Security tab of the ''Page Info'' window (also accessible via Tools > Page Info).
Go to the ''Media'' tab of that Page Info window.
Select the first image and scroll down though the list with the Down arrow.
If an image is grayed and there is a check-mark in the box ''Block Images from...'' then remove that mark to unblock the images from that domain.

I have a folder with 5 photos in it. all 5 are linked to the folder. 3 are not displayed.

If you are in the organizer, are you in the new adaptive view or the old classic grid view - see View -> Details?
In the View menu select Hidden Files and check that Show All Files is checked.
The two hidden photos aren't in a version set or stack are they? You would need to switch to grid view and expand the stack by click on the small arrow to the right of the photo.

I bought my computer MacBook about six years ago. I am trying to download the new version of itunes. It downloads to my computer, but then asks me for my name and installer password. The options to get that password back is to install the initial disk of the computer, which I do not have anymore or restart the computer doing some sort of steps. I am clueless when it comes to computers, so if anyone can help me that would be awsome!
My computer has been running fine these past years and I would hate for the answer to be that I have to replace my MacBook for another Mac....

CS2 install on a new H,Drive won't perform can you help?

Hi Guys
I have been happily using CS2 on a Power Mac with PPC chip running 10.4 Mac OS, until the hard drive gave in. Therefore new hard drive to kick life into the machine and update to 10.5.8.
Loaded on CS2 no problem. Try launching indesign it bombs, Illustrator opens and then crashes.
Product went through activation no problem and never had any issues with previous hard drive. I am going to upgrade to CS5 but waiting for new machine with Intel chip, but need to get this up and running in the meantime.
