Restore the device with itunes and setup as new and test the wifi issue. IF it is still greyed out then you need to get the device in for service

Place the iOS device in Recovery Mode and then connect to your computer and restore via iTunes. The iPod will be erased.

If you restore from iCloud backup the apps will be automatically downloaded. If you restore from iTunes backup the apps and music have to be in the iTunes library since synced media like apps and music are not included in the backup of the iOS device that iTunes makes.

If problem what happens or does not happen and when in the instructions? When you successfully get the iPod in recovery mode and connect to computer iTunes should say it found an iPod in recovery mode. -
I have an iMac model 4,1 running OSX 10.6.8. The CD/DVD drive went bad and I have replaced it. However I can not get disks to eject. I have asked about this before and tried all all the suggestions I have received but I can not eject.
Yesterday I opened up the iMac and reinstalled the drive to make sure that it was not an alignment problem. I still can not eject. When I try to eject the drive makes noises like it is ejecting but the disk does not come out.

My kid down loaded mackeeper and now I can not get rid of it. I have tried all techniques suggesting on several sites and still can not empty the trash can. keep getting error code -8003. Help.

With iCloud on the phone, you will need to remove the account, then add it back in with the new address. It is a bit awkward, but the only way to change the AppleID for the iCloud account login is to delete the account then add it back with the new credentials. You won't loose anything as the iCloud account is still the same one, you just need to re-associate the AppleID credentials for it on the iPhone.

I can not get the Iphone 5 to send out aol mail. I have added the extra smtp server as suggested and it still will not send mail.
I am having the same problem. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. I called apple restored my phone to its original and it did not work :-( Now it seems like it worked for a bit than stopped again. Now I have to contact Apple again to set up an appointment at an Apple store because it may be an issue with my phone. I have only had it for a week and half!

i have moved to a new country from the US and now can not purchase any new stuff as I get asked for my security questions. I do not remember them and worst of all do not have a safty email.

My time capsule stated that it was delayed in backing up so I decided to do a hard reset on the time capsule. Now I am getting a blinking orange light and I can not get it to go back to green. I have had to hard wire the modem into my computer for connection. I need some help please. Thank you.
Assuming it is not simply broken, a slowly flashing LED probably means the TC is not receiving an IP address from the modem. Make sure you power down your modem whenever you change what is connected to it.
Having to unplug the Ethernet cable from the TC and plugging it in to your Mac repeatedly so that you can communicate is tedious enough, but endeavor to add the power cycle exercise to that action. -

The file that I'm have issues with in itunes is the file called iTunes Libary.itl.
So just to get itunes to open I had to delete that file and then sync all of my music back into itunesday, is there anyway so I do not have to keep doing that? -

After dowloading ios 5, I can not get my ringtones to sync to my Iphone
My ringtones don't show up under settings, and when trying to play them in itunes under my device the little exclimation mark shows up.
Does anyone know how to get this to work?
