Hello, I did not buy anything, but iTunes charge me 1000 dollar. I even do not know the purchasing untill the bank block my card. I want to get my money back.

Does anything show on your account's purchase history : if you log into your account on your computer's iTunes via the Store > View Account menu option, you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it. Click on that and you should then see a list of your purchases.
If it does, and you didn't make the purchase(s) and nobody else has access to your account or devices and made them, then try contacting iTunes Support via this page (these are user-to-user forums) : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption
If nothing shows on your account's purchase history then you should also contact your card issuer.

    Within a day or two of charging you anything, Apple sends you an email receipt with the detail.  Are you getting these?

    Does the Store > Check For Available Downloads menu option find it ? If not, then depending upon what country that you are in (music can't be re-downloaded in all countries), does it show under the Purchased link under Quicklinks on the right-hand side of the iTunes store home page on your computer's iTunes for downloading (if there is an complete download of the track listed in the Music part of your library then you will need to delete it from there before it will get the cloud symbol in Purchased for redownloading) ?
    If you can't download it via either of the above then try the 'report a problem' page to contact iTunes Support : http://reportaproblem.apple.com

    why am i being charged ($1.05 on several occations ) when i did not buy anything, just downloaded free apps and sometimes i have updated few of those free apps.
    all i see is charges our of no where! it doesn't happen every time i do a free download (games. etc,,).. and am sure what i download is from 'top free
    i have a susption that it happens when i update some of my free apps, because some times the charges are more than $1.05,, but rather 3,4,5,6,7!!!

    Apple "veriifes" your Apple ID account information everytime you download media whether free or paid thus the authorization hold. Your account will be credited the amount of the holds usually within 24 to 48 hours.

    Each time that you add or change the card details on your account then a small temporary store holding charge may be applied to check that the card details are correct, that the card is active, and that it's registered to exactly the same name and address as on your iTunes account - it should disappear within a few days or so.

    To petition for refunds, you need to go to expresslane.apple.com > itunes > itunes store > billing and accounts
    I would suggest that you contact the developer of the app to see what exactly you purchased, because itunes store support can get you the refund, but they can't tell you exactly what you purchased. They just handle the money, they don't necessarily dictate what the app's devloper sells

  • I have not got a verification email for my password for the apple id that i created over two weeks ago.  i have tried resetting my password and resending the email but nothing comes though and i can not buy anything on itunes.

    i have an apple account, but i created a new one because none of the passwords i use worked on it (i hadnt been on in a while)
    so i set up another account with the same email and a new password on January 27.  i have chevcked my emails every day since then and my junk email folder and there is nothing there to help me!
    i cant log on to or use my itunes at all because it tells me that i havent verified my password and every time i click resend verification email and nothing comes to my email.
    i dont know what to do now,  i have just tried to reset my password online and it said that it worked, but when i go on itunes there is still nothing working...

    I did not make any purchase and instead took my time to build up and construct my fleet. However, it is destroyed in battle by weaker fleet. I do some searching on the internet and other also reported problem with the game.
    I wrote to their support only to be given stupid reason such as opponent are stronger cause they got better sheild and weapon and etc, like i dont know how to read a stupid battle report.
    I just quit this game this morning but would like to know where i can make a complaint to Apple about this game. I felt it is try to cheat people of their money. I am ok to lost game in a fair fight but to what i think is a system glitch.

  • My mac was given to me by a family member I did not buy it, but now it needs to be fixed. What do I do?

    I did not purchase my mac, it was given to me by a family member. Unfortunately, this family member thinks he is a computer wiz and unfortunately there are several things that do not work on this computer. For some reason, his Apple ID is signed in to the Apple Store and Itunes and It will not let me change that. Secondly, facetime and Imessage are not working on the computer even though my Apple ID and passwork are correct and I have iMessage enabled on my ipad and iphone and I have the correct number associated with facetime and iMessage.
    I am at a loss of what to do because, again, this computer was given to me. I don't have any service warrantly or anything for this computer--that I know of. Am I allowed to even go into the Apple Store? I have no idea what to do.

    Do a clean install of Mac OS X boot into recovery by restarting the computer and holding Command R as soon as the boot chime happens (its the bahhh sound) wait for the computer to boot into recovery and after it has booted a small Window should pop up click Disk Utility, the Macintosh HD and then select the erase tab on the right and erase the drive with the erase button. After its done erasing exit disk utility and click reinstall mac os x or reinstall mavericks.

    I have received charges on my credit card from ITunes for amounts that I have not made.  There are 6 different purches on 3 different days.  One day the two amounts were 20.95 and 20.96.  The previous day the amounts were both 109.99.  The day before that they were 139.99 and 99.99.  I have tried to contact ITunes, but no answer.  The statement on my credit card says APL*APPLE ITUNES STOR 866-712-7753 CA.  I did not make any of these purchases, did not receive an e-mail about what was even bought on these days.  Anyone else have this trouble and resolve it?  Looks like I will be going to the bank today to cancel my card!  Very disappointed in ITunes lack of security.

    I have had the same problem with a credit card that I have never used at Apple. The amount was $21.23 and was described "MC Authorization 00112507 APL*APPLEITUNES STORE 2010-04-07 12.31.59"  Apple's email help desk couldn't help me because the card isn't one of my stored cards.  I was told to contact my bank.
    It seems to me that somewhere in AppleLand there is a record of the charge which is still pending.  I don't want to go through the hassle of changing cards.

    You must be aware that just because you see a charge on your account today, it does not mean that the charge was actually done today. If it is an iTunes charge, I can tell you from experience, it often takes several days before they show up....

    If you are seeing a debit that you are unaware of, look at your purchase history to see if that debit shows up. If it does and it was not you then there is a report and issue for that purchase option.
