Hello I have 6 months left on my contract with you.
HI everyone i have 6 months left on my contract and my phone has recently broken. I have no insurance which i know is silly .my question is is there any way of uprgrading early or down grading and still paying the same i just dont want to get it fixed and pay a lot of money out when am due a upgrade so soon. Money is tight as recently had a baby so want the cheapest option.many thanks ellis
Hi, I'm in the same boat, can upgrade in December but my phone has broken. The only option EE will offer you is to pay off your contract so you can upgrade. This will be mouths left to pay minus vat. The only other option is to buy a cheap pay&go phone and use your contract sim in that, until you can upgrade

I have an iphone 5 on contract with 3 but the speaker isn't working , I've spoken with my provider and they said I need to take it back to an apple store .is this correct ? Many thanks
If you received you phone as part of the contract then surely from a legal pov your contract is with 3 not Apple unless you bought Applecare, if you bought your phone outright then put your 3 SIM into it then yes you'd have to visit an Apple store with your phone's purchase receipt.

I have Mac released in mid 2012 with OS 10.10.2, my friend has downloaded iMovie and iPhoto from his ID, whenever any updates comes I have to depend upon his Apple Id, to get rid of it, I deleted the app and now when I m trying to download it from my Apple ID it is showing the price of the app. It should show free. Pls help.Log in with the Apple ID used to register the computer. If you don't have access to it or the applications still don't show as being free, click here and contact Apple.

hy imovie doesnt have a format which is compatible with you tube when there is an option to ''upload to you tube"' After upload you tube pops a message that format is not compatible

2) At some stage developers decide it isn't worth the expense of supporting older technology. If I had my way you could still connect iOS7 to OS9, but Apple has decided to make the limit OS 10.6.8 Nor do I like that I can't get spare parts for my 33 year old car...

If you are not going to always be running the newest technology always read software requirements before doing any upgrades. I run a 12 year old computer and yes, I see there are things I can't run (many), but I also then avoid buying any incompatible new technology. The system requirements are printed on the side of the box (albeit in 9 point medium gray font on light gray box ) Do not expect the Apple Store people to check with you about your computer first. I bet half of them were still in grade school when my computer was produced and none of them could possibly imagine anybody would run anything older than 6 years (probably not even that, more like 4).
Why not buy Snow Leopard? Of course you do not say what model computer you are using, but if you can run Snow Leopard on your computer there's no advantage to staying with Leopard. Snow Leopard costs $20 which is minimal compared to you now no longer being able to sync your phone.

I've been with Verizon for a really long time and one of the best things about their upgrades was that they used to allow you to do it a little early. And since you dont really keep up with plan changes until a new phone comes out or you are closer to your upgrade eligibility date, I didnt realize that they changed this. My phone is on its last leg. 2 years is a long time for a device that you use every day, 50 times a day. My upgrade date is a month away and I'm considering moving to a different service and letting them pay for my ETF. I have called Verizon asking if there was anything they could do to allow me to upgrade early and they said no. When did this start happening? They tried to sell me the "Edge" but thats the same as paying 700 dollars.

If you have a smartphone, you start with a $350 ETF and after 1 month completed of your contract, you will have a $340 ETF. After 2 months a $330 ETF, after 3 months a $320 ETF, after 4 months a $310 ETF, etc...
If you have a basic phone, you start with a $175 ETF and after 1 month completed of your contract, you will have a $170 ETF. After 2 months a $165 ETF, after 3 months a $160 ETF, after 4 months a $155 ETF, etc...
IF you have 8 months left on your contract, you have completed 16 months of your contract. You can take it from here... -

You can dial #UPG (#874) on your handset to hear/receive a text that tells you when you can upgrade, which is likely to be the end of your current contract, although some things may have happened that would change it so the upgrade date and contract end date are not the same.
Or you can log on to your account at VerizonWireless.com, and if you are the account owner, you can see the contract end date for your line or all the lines (if a shared account) -
I have taken out a new contract with a Samsung S4 as the mobile device. It has a new sim card I got with the contract and new number. However, when friends with iPhones message me it is sending from their phone as iMessage meaning I am not receiving texts from them. Is this a fault on their side or mine? How do I fix the problem so I am receiving messages from them instead of it sending as iMessage and not received on my phone. Please help

My phone is 2 months out of warranty, it's never been dropped or miss used yet the past week every day something has gone wrong with it. First the lock button stopped then the side volume buttons. Then the head phone port when I putt headphones in the phone turns the volume
Down automatically and it won't turn up until I take my headphones back out. The battery lasts 4 hours max after a full charge and today I took my phone off the docking charger and all my music has gone! The phone is breaking down more and more everyday what is going on! I know people who have had there iPhones years an non of this happen! I still have a year left on my contract too!Who is your carrier and what is your coverage with them? If you are with say Verizon, and have Total Equipment Coverage or Extended Coverage, they will swap it out for you under Manufacturer Warrantee.

Hello, I have Acrobat XI Pro for which I pay by monthly subscription. Each month, for the past three months or so, at renewal time, I receive a note stating that my trial period has expired and I cannot open my Acrobat Files. I have telephoned three or four times each time this happens and have been told that the matter has been resolved - it has not! At one time I had paid inadvertently for three account for Acrobat XI Pro running at the same time - I only need 1. I'm afraid that I may have just opened a second account by mistake in order to open my files. I repeat, I only require one account. Would you please advise and assure me that this matter has finally been resolved and that I will no longer receive these notifications each month..
I don't work for Adobe but it seems to me you might be signing in to Acrobat with the wrong Adobe ID.
Check the Adobe ID you use in Acrobat.
Check this Adobe ID on Adobe's to make sure that it has an active subscription. -

I Have Always Paid On Time No Missed Payments Good Standing Account, I Tried To Switch Over To A 2-Year Contract With Verizon And They Wanted A $400 Deposit For Only 1-Line. Is There Anyway I Can Use My Excellent Payment History With There Prepaid Department To Switch To A 2-Year Contract And Not Have To Pay The $400 Deposit. And This Is Due To The Fact I Have No Credit History Whatsoever
Since you have no credit history, my guess is you would need at least a year of on time payments, and I'm not sure a pre-paid account would qualify as you can stop at any time.
You didn't specify your age, but getting started int he credit world is not easy - you may try applying for a gas card, or a credit card, and USE them, pay them off each month - and expect to take a year or more to establish a record. -

A Verizon corporate store can provide you with a nano SIM and activate it for you. Corporate stores do not charge for SIMS. I don't know what a reseller might or might not do. -

Go to an O2 location and they will be able to help you.
They should also be able to take any contacts, etc you
have on the blackberry and get them onto your iPhone.
Or call O2 to set up the new sim and do your own data
