You will not be able to access the device without the account activate lock password. IF you have the receipt and other proof of purchase you may have sucess with contacting apple and asking them for assistance. Depending gretaly on how much proof of purchase you have.

So I had my phone in my pocket this morning at a ball game, and it was fully charged. I took it out and took two pictures, and held it in my hand and I went take another picture and it was off. I have only had this phone since April so its still pretty new. I just can't figure out what heppened to it.
Reset the phone, as clearly outlined in the user guide: hold the on/off switch and the home button simultaneously up to a minute -- release when you see the Apple logo.

When Trying to download a word file I get this error message: " *.doc could not be opened, becasue the associated helper application does not exist change the association in your prefernces. " Have checked preferences, and IE opens up the file pointing to something wrong with firefox.
I should have explained further. The game opens in a new window over to the upper left of my screen, leaving the original page underneath. I tried minimizing it so that I could get to my toolbar and did the View > Zoom > Reset. This has no effect. The lower portion of the game is still not showing. Using other browsers the window or frame of the game is much larger, therefore everything shows.

Hello, I have a problem with my iphone 4 battery, it looses 20% over the night with wifi on and without receiving any phone call or notification. It also uses 1 or 2% each time I check my iphone even if it is just to check up my messages. Is it normal? Please someone give me a solution
Yes this is fairly normal. When you have wifi on the phone, it drains the battery life of the device.
Here is an article that has some tips that you can follow so you can modify the settings on your device to extend it's battery life to the fullest.

I have a problem with my iPhone 5 stopped working the sleep / power and simultaneously refused to obey the HOME button. I can not use either one or the other. I can not enable or disable the device, display lights up when you plug the charger. same display works fine as it is surprising. or maybe someone knows what is the reason for this? is there any way to solve this problem?
More than likely its a hardware issue, I have never encountered such a problem and best bet is to just go get it replaced. If you have insurance on your device apple will replace it as long as there was no water damage, if you dont have insurance they will charge $200 more or less. Hope you get it fixed

Comcast just replaced my cable modem/wireless router. All devices connect properly except my iPhone 4. It shows itself to be connected to the network, but it does not load any web page. Resetting the iPhone does not solve the problem. Any suggestions?

I had rebooted the router (several times, actually), to no avail.
I do not know the answer to whether MAC filtering is enabled on the router. Have tried to find info about that, but unsuccessfully. Router is an Arris TG852G, supplied by Comcast. I would be surprised if MAC filtering were the issue, since in addition to the computer, we have successfully connected several other devices to the wifi, namely an iPad, a Android phone and a Kindle Fire - all able to access internet pages through the wifi, and all without a need to add the device to a MAC address whitelist. To add to the mystery, the Comcast tech was able to connect his iPhone 4 to my network and access web pages. He was unable to connect my iPhone, however, after trying for some time.
I seem to recall reading somewhere that an iPhone cannot connect to a wireless "n" router, only "b" or "g". The Arris router is described as a n/g/b compliant router, and as noted the Comcast tech was able to connect his iPhone, so don't know why that would be the issue here.
By the way, my iPhone does connect wirelessly to my network at home. This difficulty is at a second home.
Any other thoughts would be appreciated. -
i have an activation problem with my iphone 3gs. i updated the software to io6 using itunes but now the phone will not complete activation because it keeps saydin the activation server is not available and to re try later. ive been trying for 6 hours but it still wont activate. if i try using itunes then it sayd no sim inserted when there is one inserted, what can i do?
You are right, but how could i send it to Apple? when the phone company first replaced my iphone they had in stock alots of iphones and they just sent mine back to Apple and gave me a new one, so all i did is to give them my phone, but now how could i sent it to Apple? and i cant send it by myself, and the store wont do that, its a lost for them.. so sending it to Apple wasnt an option from the begining.
and for the record, i dont think the store where i bought it is an authorized shop.. its just a store who boughts phone's from Apple in a low price and sells it in much more money.. -

ThxiAlphan, to catch you up to where Rafi is, we need to see if you can discover your NXT outside of LabVIEW or MINDSTORMS. I'll assume you're using Windows; if you can confirm and also tell me which version, that would be helpful.
If Bluetooth drivers are running on your machine, there's usually a Bluetooth icon in the system tray. (If not, you can look in the Control Panel.) If you open the native Bluetooth wizards / dialogs by double-clicking on that icon, are you able to find your NXT? If not, you've got a more fundamental problem than Rafi related to your Bluetooth adapter and the loaded drivers. If you can find it using that method, well, try again from LabVIEW and report back with any progress.
By the way, just to eliminate the obvious, have each of you turned on Bluetooth on your NXT? You'll know Bluetooth is on if you see the triangle icon and a "less than" sign ( < ) in the top left corner of the NXT's screen.

followed support steps (sudo) to recover itunes sync authorization "permission error" but did not work
i tried both steps but did not help: "disk utility" first aid and iTunes: Missing folder or incorrect permissions may prevent authorization.
