hi i have an idea for an app which i think would be educational and fun and alot of people would be interested but i dont know who i could tell to maybe make the app or tell me if its worth it or not.

Yes, there is a kind of brokerage service available, where you post what you want, and developers can bid on the job. I don't remember what it's called, but the one I'm thinking of is out of West Palm Beach. I think there are a couple of others, too. Sorry I can't be more specific. You might try searching the archives at palmbeachpost.com, since they did an article on the people involved not long ago.

Apple does not have email support. If you're not getting the email verification from Apple, check your anti-spam filters, on your computer and with your email provider, to make sure that emails from Apple aren't being blocked. You can also try the Security Questions option rather than the email authentication. See:

I do not know how to create an app but I think it would be a good app if the device could listen to a song and figure out the notes and create sheet music for a piano or other instruments of your choice.

One option is if there is a similar type of app available via the iTunes app store that you like, contact the developer for the app. Without providing much detail about your app idea, ask the developer if they would contract their services to build your app - along with regular maintenance and app updates, etc. Keep in mind that Apple makes the final decision if an app will be available via the iTunes app store - the overwhelming majority of app submittals are approved, but not all based on Apple's written requirements.

We are fellow users here on these forums, you're not talking to iTunes Support nor Apple - I've asked the hosts to remove your email address from your post (it's not a good idea to post personal info on any public forum).
What id shows at the bottom of the Featured tab in the App Store app ? You could try tapping on it and then log back in and then see what id shows for the updates.
But any apps that were downloaded by the previous owner will be tied to their account, and only their account will be able to download updates to those apps - you will need to delete and buy and download them with your own account to be able to download future updates to them.

Just re-set the App -
Open the App
Hold down the power button until the slider appears
Hold down the home button (Don't use the slider) Until the App Closes
You might lose your place, but shouldnt be too hard to find it again...
