Hello, I have an Iphone 3GS and can't connect to Game Center. It recognizes my apple ID account, states it was never used with Game Center. Then asks for country, birthdate, then returns to ask country again, then birthdate, and returns to the loop. Never ends the loop unless I cancel the setup process. I have restored the iphone to the factory settings and restored the backup, but did not work. Any suggestions on what can be the problem? thank you.
I just read another post that says you can go into a game that allows for multiple players and utalizes game center and enter your account information that way. I haven't tried it yet, but it seems to work for others that had this issue.

Problems with graphics card with Windows 8 bootcamp on new imac
I just purchased a new 2013 imac (27inch, with the nvidia geforce gtx 680mx 2gb).
I partitioned the drive using bootcamp and successfully installed windows 8 pro 64bit as well as the support softward from Apple for the drivers.
My problem is that the display in windows says it is being run by a Microsoft basic display adapter and only using 256mb of memory and doesn't seem to be an Nvidia card at all, let alone the 2gb of video memory I am supposed to have.
I have tried downloading drivers directly from Nvidia, but when I run them it says I don't have compatible hardware.
I'm hoping someone can shed some light on this issue.
Please help.After I read other discussions on the same topic, I found out that the problem is that when you install the drivers via the Bootcamp "windows support software" USB key, for some reason the NVIDIA drivers are not installed, although they are present in the Bootcamp folder.
How I solved the issue: Starting from the Peripherals Manager window (the one that shows all what is inside your machine), I opened the Graphic card "folder" and double-clicked on the "VGA standard card" line.
Then I clicked on a "install driver" button, browse through files, and selected the NVIDIA folder within the Bootcamp folder on the USB key.
It took some time but after that it had fully recognized the GTX 680 MX card.
I rebooted and the system itself set up to the 2560 x 1440 resolution. -

Which Macs have graphics cards that are specifically designed to work best with CS6?
I'm currently using a late-2009 24" iMac but it just isn't robust enough for some of the the programs included in CS6 (After Effects, Premiere Pro, for example). I'm planning to buy a new Mac, but I would like to know if there is one or more that has/have graphics cards that are specifically designed to work well with CS6, and if not, were I to purchase a Mac Pro, would I be able to replace the factory graphics card with an after-market card that does? If you are not in the 4K business --> I would go for the 32 GB & 27" iMac w/o Retina, the NVIDIA GeForce GTX 780M mit 4 GB GDDR5 (CUDA support) will give you quite a good performance, i.e. with a Thunderbolt connected Raid6 system your 2K projects (including some color correction and other plugins) will work well and you can even use the system as 4k starter/test system.
If you in the 4K business you could use a full blown iMac Retina system with a GPU AMD Radeon R9 M295X mit 4 GB GDDR5 together with an already mentioned TB Raid6 system. As described from the forum-compatriots, this non-CUDA card doesn't perform too well on GPU accelerated functions of PPro --> but --> search this forum... you will be surprised....some workflows are nearly unaffected....
If you are in the high end 4K footage busine$$ and you apply a lot of external color correction to your 4k footage (e.g. BM DaVinci) I would go for a MPro with 2 D700 cards. -

The installer for Logic Pro 8 has a bug which keeps it from operating in Lion or Mt. Lion. Use the program Pacifist to install it.

Open Activity Monitor (Applications>Utilities) and see if you have any apps that may be hogging the CPU. Call back.

Hello, I have MacBook Pro with Retina display. How can I get retina support to my Adobe Acrobat pro? It is version 10.1.13 and it says it is up to date.
Problem is that my pdf files look terrible although I have MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Mid 2014). I have Adobe Creative Suite Design Standard version 6.0 (Mac). I have installed every possible update. I think problem is that for some reason my CS doesn´t support retina display? If I view a pdf file in iMessage, it looks fantastic. But if I open the same document in Adode Acrobat Pro, it looks awful. What can I do?
