My IPhone 4 its blocking a lot of times during day, the problem is when I access to any application works, but when I want to back to the main menu I press a lot times the bottom but its blocking and take a lot time to back to the main menu.
I tried to reboot it, reinstall the OS, the version is 4.3
Can you please help me?

version should be 4.3.5,try the basic trouble shooting steps
go to settings>general>reset>rest all settings phone will turn off and turn on by itself
once the phone is press and hold the home and power button at the same time wait for the apple sign then release the buttons phone will turn off and on

Unlocking using "unlocking services" via the web or IMEI or any othert means will not work, and usually brick your phone.
Most of these sites are scams and you probably have been a victim of one. Contact the carrier the phone is locked to for an unlock. -

actually i bought iphone 4s in nov 2012 and now its not working properly and i lost my bill as well i want to request to get a copy of bill pls.....
You are not addressing Apple here. This is a user to user technical support forum. If you are having warranty issues with the phone, a copy of the bill is not necessary for Apple to check and evaluate the phone. If there is a manufacturer defect, they will deal with it.
What is "not working properly" on the phone. Maybe someone can help and it not be necessasry to be replaced. -

I'm sure I will be calling AppleCare, but the problem is, they charge for the phone calls don't they? Because I don't have money to be spending to be on the phone with a support service.
In other things, it seemed like the only time my MacBook was working was when I had Snow Leopard without the 10.6.8 update download that was supposed to be done to prepare for OS X Lion.
When I look at the information of my HD it says that I have 10.6.8 but that was the install that it claimed to have failed and caused me to restart resulting in all of the repeated problems.
Also, because my computer is currently down, and I've lost all files how would that effect the use of my iPhone? Because if it doesn't get fixed by the time OS 5 is released, how would I be able to upgrade?! -

If after you charge it for about three hours and it only last about five minutes the battery is probably dead or there could be another hardware problem. I would go back to the Apple store and ask them specifically how can it be OK if the fully charged battery only lasts five minutes.

My iPhone 3gs is not working properly and hasn't been since about September of last year. When switched on (Quite often it won't even turn on) it says 'Update Completed' as though it has just been updated. On the next screen it says to 'Connect to iTunes'. It doesn't, however, connect to iTunes and just resets itself over and over until power is gone. Occasionally after switching on and off a few times it functions normally for a few hours and some times even a couple of days but eventually always turns itself off and goes back to the 'Update Completed' screen. Does anyone know what might be causing this and/or a way of fixing it?

Can any help me fix the issue or will I need to take it into the store?Removing the SIM has no affect on the power of the phone. It is just the part that facilitates connecting to your carrier. Try holding the sleep/wake and home buttons together until you see the Apple logo on the screen and then release the buttons. The phone should reboot. You may need to hold the buttons together for 15-30 seconds.
