Where did you “buy” this software? If you purchased directly from Adobe or an authorized Adobe reseller, contact Adobe Customer Support via website chat or phone.

hello thanks for helping i found where the problem was coming from but no how to resolve it. it sems like the AC3 format of avi video is in conflict with quicktime pro or something like that..
i tried to take some codec for avi video but none of them resolved the problem if somebody has any answers thank you very much.

I never got this message on our PC, but recently bought a MacBook Pro and now I get this message. I'm the only one using the computer. I also get a similar message intermittently on my iPhone as well. Anyone have any idea what would be causing this? I tried syncing my phone with iTunes to see if that would do the trick, but the music didn't even transfer over to the macbook. Any help would be appreciated.

iTunes match is a subscription that you have in when you were still in the UK. According to the terms & conditions you'll need to wait for the susbcription to end before you can change your country to iTunes Store USA.

Okay so my iTunes is saying that it is installed wrong so I followed directions on the apple website on how to uninstall itunes properly and then install it again but every time I install itunes again it just keeps saying that it is installed wrong and now I can't get to my music. Not sure if that same Application is designed for Mac Os x, Search for Applications on App Store instead of iTunes on your Macbook Pro, as Applications available on iTunes Store on a Macbook is designed to work only on iOS Device like iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch and whatever is available on App Store on Mac is designed for Mac Os x.

QuickTime only appears on System Preferences if you are running Mac OS X Leopard, and you have OS X Mountain Lion.
In Mac OS X Snow Leopard and newer, QuickTime Player 7 isn't included, so you have to install it before getting QuickTime 7 Pro > http://support.apple.com/kb/ht3678
After installing QuickTime Player 7, you have to activate it in order to get QuickTime 7 Pro. In that link, follow the steps under "Information for QuickTime 7 Pro users"

Quick answer if you use iTunes' default preferences settings: Copy the entire iTunes folder (and in doing so all its subfolders and files) intact to the other drive. Open iTunes and immediately hold down the Option (alt) key (shift on Windows), then guide it to the new location of the library.

Using the Mac with your iPad has nothing to do with the fact that the iPad is running slow. There could be any number of reasons why the iPad is now running slow.
Have you tried a reset on the iPad?
Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.

similar to what is happening to me....the difference is, after restoring itunes detect ipod and ask to restore again and again....
I know it may look kinda stupid but: just leave the ipod there for about 2 minutes, that's about the time my itunes is taking to detect my ipod...if it doesn't work, try connecting ur ipod to other computer with itunes (no need to sync, just to check if itunes will recognize) to check if the problem is with the ipod or with the itunes and/or computer.

Try to reboot it. Hold down the sleep and home keys until you see the silver apple, about 20 seconds or so. It should reboot and work for you.

Just bought Macbook Pro and no Leopard installed

Just recieved my 2.2ghz Macbook Pro from Amazon.com. It has the old OS on it. I bought Leopard, full retail, to upgrade my Mac Mini a few weeks ago.
I know I can pay $9.99 to have Leopard shipped from Apple because the macbook I just bought qualifies, but if I already have the OS disc can I just upgrade now?
I guess the question boils down to is the $9.99 for shipping and the cost of the disc, or is there a licensing fee involved. If it is just for overhead cost of manufacture and shipping then there should be no issue.
The OS disc I purchased is MAC OS X V10.5 RETAIL per the label.
I searched the forums and could not find anything similiar, but I am new to macs.

If you have the full retail version of Leopard then you are good to go. Keep in mind though that you will not receive the iLife programs within the Leopard install. You will have to install those off of the disc that came with the MBP. The full retail version of Leopard works great with the MBP. I am not sure how much memory you have right now, however, you may want to upgrade to a full 4 gigabytes of memory. Go to Otherworldcomputing.com. They have great deals on the RAM, and it is like turbocharging your MBP if you upgrade the RAM to full capacity under Leopard. If they ever fix that translucent menu bar at the top of Leopard, I will be one happy camper. Good luck, and enjoy your new MBP.
