The iPhone is Activation Locked. Without the AppleID and password of the original owner the iPhone is useless. Ask for a refund.

Have you tried syncing the iPhone to your computer and restoring from the backup to see if you can get your other songs back? If you purchased the new album with your Apple ID, you should be able to download it to your computer to sync. -
I plugged my iphone 5 into my iMac to sync. I ended up with Camera Roll, Photo Library, Instagram and Pictures. The Photo Library and Pictures have exactly the same photos in and I don't/didn't want any of them? How can I delete?
I tried that to be honest. The best thing is, the albums I want to delete aren't even on my iMac!!!!! So not even there to deselect?? Not a clue?

I am using 4K Footages for editing in Premiere pro CC 2014, but its getting crash in between at every 15 to 20 mins. Kindly suggest how can it be solved, does any plugins or settings needed to edit 4K footages? Thanks Richarad ..It has solved the problem but still crashes some times .As the programme has the break (bumper)after every five minutes ,i hope it will not compress bumper time too after export.

make sure that in your finder preferences you have it checked to show external drives on the desktop and in the sidebar of finder
you find these preferences by selecting the finder icon (blue square on the dock w/ smiley face on it) then click on the work "finder" at top left corner of computer screen then click on preferences then general and put check next to show these items on the desktop and put check next to external drives
now you should see it on the desktop if you still can't open the drive or access it, it may be in format the mac can't read or write to so that could be an issue. -

ive got the same prob on my 4s i usually have to hard reboot a couple tims with no sim
steps i go through
1. turn on airplane mode
take out sim
2. hard reboot
3.turn back on then turn off airplane a couple a times if didnt work 1st time
another way that worked for me is turn on airplane mode then reset network settings and reboot with out sim in
but the longest this worked for me was maybe 3 or 4 days it a temp fix.. it just went to searching again about 5 mins ago and i used my first way to fix it, get it to say no sim and then i put sim back in. note it has to say no sim when its on the way to be working -

You always want to use the same computer that you always sync with so that you can restore your app data and settings ..... but you can restore with any other computer, but you will lose everything on the iPad.

Make sure that you pay attention to the section at the very of the article that talks about having never synced your iPad with iTunes. You may need have to restore the iPad that way. -

How do I get downloads when I don't have my itunes on my computer anymore. My computer crashed so we had it fixed and it wiped my hard drive. So now I don't have itunes.
Depending on which country you are in, then you might be able to re-download the music from iTunes : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2519 . Otherwise have you not got a backup of your purchases on, for example, an external drive or DVD that you can copy back onto your computer and add into iTunes ?

If you have the installation disc for iLife and MS Office, then you can install it from there. With iPhoto, if you downloaded it from the Mac App Store, you can redownlad it fron the "Purchases" tab. -
is there any ability such as cheking the devices serial number to make sure that it's not stolen or something? then if it doesn't have any problem then you compare the device with a new id.

Unless the original rightful owner removes the Activation Lock, you will never be able to use the phones. There is no way to bypass or get around this.
