Basic troubleshooting from the User's Guide is reset, restart, restore (first from backup then as new). Try each of these in order until the issue is resolved.

Apple does not control the design of third party cases.
Control center and the notification center both operate via vertical swipes up or down from outside the screen area. If you've chosen to use a case which prevents you from using such gestures, that is your choice. Apple are not going to fundamentally change the design of the operating system, just so you can use a particular third party case. -
Neither B of a nor WFB can fix this problem. I was able to redirect correctly through IE. Both B of A and Wells suggested that this is a Firefox issue. Can you fix it?
Clear the cache and the cookies from sites that cause problems.

I'm having a problem getting Google + with my Firefox 5. Is this something I can fix?
I've been trying to join Google+ for several days. I am always redirected to a page saying that there's a problem with my cache or cookie settings. I've followed these fixes but to no avail. I can't get Google + and now I can't log into my LinkedIn account. Thanks for any help you can provide. Can I still use Firefox? do I need to go back to a previous version? I'm on Firefox 5.
I have had this happen as well. What I had to do was sync the iPod to remove the album and the resync the album back to the Classic. I've had this happen with my iPhones as well. Must be a bug in either the current OS or iTunes versions.

My phones charge isn't lasting a day anymore is this something Apple can fix?

My iPhone turned off by itself and says to plug into iTunes and won't turn on. Is this something I can have fixed at te store? I don't have a computer with iTunes..
You should be able to restore the iPhone, just connect it to the computer and open iTunes.
Make sure you have the latest version of iTunes installed and take a look at this, if you run in to a problem. -
The screen on my iPod has cracked / shattered. Is this something that can this be fixed or do I need to get a new iPod? Everthing still works just the glass is shattered at the bottom and cracks are running up through the screen.
It can be fixed by Apple, some authorized Apple repair shops, or third-party repair shops.
Apple actually replaces your iPod with a refurbished iPod and the price will depend on what model you have. Others will repair your iPod and the prices tend to be lower.

I'm having a huge issue with itunes locating my missing files..and it's too many for me to locate 1 by 1..It says I'm missing over 3,000 songs and They are all in my music folder..What can I do to fix this issue? I've looked at all the tutorials on youtube and none of it works. I recently got a new computer and I Back-Up all my music and itunes playlist and I import it on my new computer with the new itunes and I go to play a few songs, it says I'm missing them I locate a few but it's still like 3,000 missing and again they are all on the computer and in one folder..Please Help !
I did that and nothing changed half my songs still have examination marks beside them
I also just tried dragging my folder of music int he playlist and it duplicated all of my songs? My playlist was at 5k now it's at 10k becuz of 3 duplicates of songs. Is there a way to delete multiple duplicate files? -

When selecting passwords, make sure it's one that you will NEVER forget AND no one else can figure out.
Old school--- > Print it out & keep in a safe place. A place that ONLY you know about AND never forget.
New school---> Get a password manager utility. Highly recommend 1Password which is shareware. Do a Google search for free password managers. -
If I subscribe to iTunes Match, can I download onto my new iPhone 6, just my music playlists and not my entire library? I have over 100 playlists and even more music not in playlists and I don't want to download all of it to my phone.

Whenever I try to sync my iPod Touch 5th gen with iTunes I get an error message saying "The iPod "*****" could not be synced because the sync session failed to start". Is there any way I can fix this?
B-rock, thanks for posting the above. I actually have the same issue, running Windows XP and I don't have that backup location, \Application Data\Apple Computer\MobileSync\Backup\. When I go to Documents and Settings\(username)\ there's a AppData folder followed by:\LocalLow\DataMngr\ .
I have the latest update, 5.0.1 and I have the iPod Touch 3rd gen.
I have tried removing itunes and all that is associated with it then reinstalling and keep getting the same message. I've reset my ipod thinking that would help but still, no backup.
In iTunes, Edit, Preference, Device there are no backups.
What am I doing wrong, can you help?
