I have a problem on our QAS system, I have tried to post a lot of documents in transaction MIGO, in creating RFQ through ME41, in Posting Accounting Document in FB50. But all of them failed with the Express Document appearing at the end of the "Document Number Created" message.
Express Documents range from:
I. "MESSAGE_TYPE_X" when creating RFQ of One Time Vendors:
+Short text of error message:
Database error changing table ADRC

Technical information about the message:

I already investigated this in the system and this issue still occurs I already changed the current number in transaction code OMBT, still error occurs in Posting any Account Documents. When I change the current number manually, then post a document in MIGO, the document number will be displayed in the status bar. But once you tried any function/push any button, an express document will be displayed with the error DUPREC.
I checked in OMBT the current number range and it's incrementing to 10 example if last current doc number is 5000000510, the new current doc number will be 5000000520.
Do we have any confoguration that will correct this increment on the number range interval for Accounting Documents? Curerntly only Accounting Documents cannot post, other than these documents like Sales Order, PO, PR, etc. they can be created.
There are no changes in the user exits affecting the transaction as it was running smoothly last month.

You will have to restore the phone on the computer you last synced with, which will remove the passcode. If that is not possible you will have to erase the phone using Find my iPhone at icloud.com.

It looks like I cannot install anything anymore. Everytime I try to install a new software, I simply get stuck during the installation type process. I put in my password, it does accept it, but it does not go any further.
I tried to reset the password, put no password, repair the permissions, the disk but nothing will do. I nearly got stuck with the log in screen but finally succeeded in disabling it.
So I thought I might try to create a new account but I cannot click the lock to make changes. It simply refuses to react.
I am now thinking about using the migration assistant to save all my settings, data and so fourth, but again I get stuck when I have to type in my password. It accepts it but nothing happens...
I guess it has something to do with the authorization process, but can't find anything on the internet about it... Can you help me out?
I am running Lion 10.7.3.

You probably won't like this suggestion, but I suggest you reinstall Lion.
First, backup your system. Next, reboot your system, press/hold the COMMAND-R keys to boot into the Recovery HD. Select 'Reinstall Mac OS X'. If you purchased Lion as an upgrade to Snow Leopard, the reinstall process will install Lion 10.7.3. If your system came preinstalled with Lion, you might still get Lion 10.7.2. Both installs are a total install of the OS. None of your apps or data will be impacted. Just the OS.

Flash is not supported on the iPad - and as Adobe have announced that they are stopping development on all mobile versions of it, it probably never will be.
Browser apps such as Skyfire, iSwifter, Puffin and Photon 'work' on some sites, but judging by their reviews not all sites. Also some websites, especially news sites, have their own apps in the App Store.

HELP!! CANNOT download FLASH @ all

My mom (a Mac user) did something to my computer a PC when
she was here last week... loaded some mapping program and when she
was done she deleted it... only I think she got carried away. My
Flash Player is no longer on my computer. I have Adobe Reader but
everything regarding Flash is gone!!!
My HP is only four months old and has been EXCELLENT up until
now. I am a 'user' of the computer... I don't normally dork around
with settings and stuff because I am afraid of screwing it up and
not knowing how to fix... But here I am...
I have tried reloading from this adobe site the newest flash
player ... and I get the download page... without the download
button icon for me to push and iniate the process. It just isn't
there. At first I was having some kind of issue tied in with Java
and I managed to get that fixed and now I can at least 'see' some
little icons on certain pages, but I cannot download Flash Player
from the source.
I found a site somewhere suggesting to completely wipe any
remnants of flash from the computer so I managed to 'uninstall'
it... and now it doesn't show up as a program file at all. But I
still cannot load ANY version of Flash Player.
I run Internet Explorer and have nothing to do with Firefox
or Motzilla or those things.
Not sure if it matters, but I also cannot open my yahoo
instant messenger. I also get an error message (which lead me to
the Java issue) when I wanted to open my mail.
I know enough to really screw this up more, and now I know
enough to never let my mom near my computer again...
Does anyone know of a site that has a better 'help' area than
this one, and a bit more interaction. I am begining to think I need
to completely reset the computer.
Any advice would be extremely helpful.

I am referring to flash that lets you VIEW... I didn't even
know about the 'creative' side of Flash Player.
I am running Vista and have IE7, and I am fairly certain I
had Flash Player Version: 9,0,47,0 installed before it disappeared.
I have (had) my system set up to automatically update when new
things came out.
I have also noticed that there might be an issue with Quick
time... I do run iTunes on my computer, and have QuickTime. I have
changed all my defaults so Quick time is not the default.

Also, please be aware that Lightroom is not a file browser like your operating system Finder or Explorer is. If the photos are not in the folder you expected them to be in, it is because you (accidentally) imported them into a different folder.

Hold down the Option key while you boot your Mac. Then, it should show you a selection of devices. Click your flash drive and it will boot from that.
