    Vincas+Alesius this is due to the a connection error between the computer and our activation servers.  You will want to try the suggestions offered by Mylenium in message #1.  The most common cause of this issue is the host files.   If you have any specific questions about the steps listed you are welcome to post them to this discussion.

    I just purchased Creative Cloud Photography plan, but I can not open my photoshop program, I didn't notice that I should wait about 15 minutes to get the subscription works.
    So I purchase again the same subscription. Now I have double subscription for Creative Cloud Photography plan. I want to cancel one.

    Its settled now, and i already charged double for same software.
    I call the customer support, send them a message many times, and my request status is WITHDRAWN because
    "Your support case was cancelled because we did not receive a response
    from you"
    How come you guys cant solve this kind of problem?

    I ordered the Creative Cloud Photography plan yesterday and I believe I haven't got the serial number. I've looked under My Products, I've looked under My Orders, I've checked my email...I just keep going in circles and I don't know how to start using the product that I paid for. :S
