Hello, i've downloaded an app from The App Store on iTunes (Call of Duty) and when i wanted to sync it to my iPhone5 it stops in step 5 *detemining apps to sync* what should i do? i don't want to restore my iPhone.

You cannot call anyone. You contact them as everyone else does: http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/
You delete the app as you do any other app. Hold an icon until they wiggle. Tap the "x". This is covered in the manual.

Each country's governement sets the rules for commerce in their nation - so things like copyright can limit foreign use, plus tax laws and such. For any intellectual property (software, books, music, audio, video), it is mostly copyright restrictions that limit cross border retail sales. -
When I attempt to download apps, a message pops up saying that I cannot download from the UK store but must do so from the Batbadian store. I am in Barbados and thought that my downloads would be from the US. Cannot find anything in settings to resolve this issue. Any help? Thanks.
Change your country on iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
Tap iTunes Store, App Store, or iBooks Store.
At the bottom of the Featured page, tap Sign In.
If you're already signed in, skip to step 5.
Tap Use Existing Apple ID.
Enter your Apple ID and password and tap OK.
Tap your Apple ID.
Tap View Apple ID or View Account.
Tap Country/Region.
Tap Change Country or Region.
Tap the Store menu and tap your country.
Tap Next.

I have downloaded the latest version of itunes to my computer and when I sync my new iphone, it says it is syncing but doe not pull the music in my library. After a trip to Brazil, the App Store apparently thinks my iPad 2 is still there. When I try to download an app, I get a message that I can't get that app from the Brazilian store and have to switch to the U.S. store. The general settings are correct. I apparently need to switch locations manually, specifically for the App Store. Help?
Open the App Store app, go to the Featured pane, swipe to the bottom, tap your Apple ID and sign out. Tap again and sign back in. The App Store will automatically change to the store from which your account is authorized to make purchases.

Go to appleid.apple.com. From there, go to Manage Apple ID. Log in and go to Password and Security. When you get to the page about answering your security questions, click on the link for Forgot My Answers. That will send an email to the rescue email address on how to reset. If you did not provide a rescue email address then you will need to go to Express Lane Support https://expresslane.apple.com/GetproductgroupList.action for help.

My itouch is gone. 2g, so no locator. Can it be tracked by checking to see if apps or music have been downloaded on it through the apple store or itunes? Does Apple know what specific device is downloading an app, etc. or by IP address?
Apple will not help you track/find your Pod or report anything special to you. If you get an email saying that something was purchased with your iTunes account then that indicates someone is using your account. You should report it to the police and change the passwords for all accounts used on the iPod.

The tech support people can help with Playbook purchased apps. If you've called and they said they cannot, you were lied to.
Even in the link you posted, in #10, it states clearly "App Refund related matters are handled by BlackBerry Customer Care." That, my friend is accessed by the support number. Again, if you were told otherwise, you should inform them of such or ask for a manage/supervisor.
And, you don't have a "Partner ID" because you are not a "Partner". The section you're referring to applies to mobile providers, which are the Partners.

Can I use credit that I have with the App store to purchase music from the Apple store in iTunes?
I have credit with the App Store on my iPhone can I use that credit to purchase music from the Apple store in iTunes and if so how>
The credit that is on your account can be used to buy items from the app store, iTunes store, ibookstore and (if you have a Mac) the Mac App Store. As long as you are buying the music for yourself (you can't use an account's balance to gift content) then your account's balance should be used before your credit card is charged - just click on the price to buy it and it's price should be deducted from your balance.

Hi, I can't download any application from the aap store it's on a waiting mode, I tried to update some application that I all ready have and it's the same
You will not lose everything on you phone if you backup prior to updating. You can do it maunaully (simply by syncing your phone with itunes) but when you update iTunes will prompt you do back up your phone anyways. After you've updated you can reload everything on to your phone with the itunes back up.

I purchased my iPad in your London store on 20th May 2012, serial no. DM*******J8T. I have been purchasing apps from the London store, without any problems. Last week, however, receiving a prompt that updates were available, I logged on hoping to update, which resulted in the following window:
>Account not in this Store.
Your account is not valid for use in the US Store.
You must switch to the UK Store before purchasing.<
I have done nothing to facilitate this change in stores and have no way of knowing how to switch back to the UK store.
This is a recent development, I have not had any problems connecting to the UK store before, in fact it happened automatically. Can the fact that I am not actually in the UK now but spend most of my time in Indonesia? This has not effected my purchases from the UK store before, however.

My desktop is blue but i still have all my icons
