Hello, I've forgotten the answer to my secret questions, and I keep requesting an email to reset them but I'm not receiving the email in my inbox even though the apple website says email has been sent!! Help!!
I've forgotten the answer to my secret questions and my account is locked I can't purchase anything, and I've clicked reset and apple website says they've sent me an email but I haven't recieved anything in my inbox!! Help!! I don't know what to do I've tried more than 10 times

Yesterday i bought a new macbook pro and i tried to buy pages and keynote, but when i put my id, the ask me the secret questions, i don`t remember the exact answer to that questions, and the mail the send the answers, don't exists anymore
Did you have a rescue email address on your account ? If you did then have you checked the inbox and spam folders on that for the reset email ?
If not then you will need to contact Support in your country to get the password reset.

You can't create another account with the same email address, and all purchases are tied to the account that downloaded them - so creating a new account won't give you access to a previous account's purchases. -
I have been trying to fix this by myself but I gave up! I don't remember the answers I provided before. Tried to have a call with apple support but it seems that this is not an option if you live in Costa Rica. How am I supposed to spend the credit I have in my apple account?

this does not help. I have forgotten ALL of the answers to my security questions. I can NOT reset the answers to my security questions without answering two of the three security questions. The other way to reset the answers to these questions is for apple to send me an email on my rescue email addres which I DO NOT HAVE.

If you aren't receiving the email to your rescue email account (and you've checked the spam folder on it as well as the inbox) then you will need to contact iTunes Support / Apple in your country to get the questions reset.

You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; this can be done by phoning AppleCare and asking for the Account Security team, or clicking here and picking a method, or if your country isn't listed in either article, filling out and submitting this form.
They wouldn't be security questions if they could be bypassed without Apple verifying your identity.
