When I go to settings, and then to 'privacy,' I am not able to make changes. The buttons are grey and not responding when I tap? I just loaded 'Mapquest' and want to say 'yes' to location services, but I can't do it. In fact, I cannot make any changes to the 'location services' page

When the user press the button Calculate Tax and click on Tax details then this should be updated automatically. But it does not work it is empty and the user has to update manually.
All setup looks fine.
Please let me know what can be done on this?

The iPad cover lock is for when you use a cover with magnets in it to lock and unlock the iPad when you close the cover or open it. Try running a refrigerator magnet along the sides of the iPad and see if that trips the iPad Cover Lock back into the settings.
That is not the same thing as the iPad Auto Lock setting which allows you to set an allotted time before the iPad goes to sleep.
You can try resetting all settings to see if the Auto Lock feature retinrs to the iPad.
Settings>General>Reset>Reset All Settings. You will have to enter all of your device settings again.... All of the settings in the settings app will have to be re-entered. This can be a little time consuming re-entering all of the device settings again. -

You should be storing everything on your computer and you should always backup your computer. Have you failed to do these things?

I am trying to listen BBC radio news from BBC App, but on pressing the button "live radio" I always get the error "there was an error playing this radio feed". What is the source of this error and how can I remove it?
That is probably just a generic error message and you might not ever know what is causing it. Assuming that you have been able to play live radio with the app in the past (I know nothing about the app) and assuming that all other Internet related functions (Safari, email, etc.) are working properly on your iPad, quit the app completely and reboot your iPad.
Go to the home screen first by tapping the home button. Double tap the home button and the recents tray will appear with all of your recent apps displayed at the bottom. Tap and hold down on any app icon until it begins to wiggle. Tap the minus sign in the upper left corner of the app that you want to close. Tap the home button or anywhere above the task bar.
Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up.
If that fails to resolve the issue, you might want to reboot your router, unplug it for about 30 seconds and then plug it in again. -
Hello I formatted my iMac today and wanted to download iphoto again but after i press the button to install it in the app store nothing happens! same with the yosemite upgrade.. In the iPhoto ratings there are alot of other people facing this problem I hope somebody can help me. thank you in advance
If you have OS X 10.6.8 as you state you can not get iphoto form the App store - you must have Yosemite OS X 10.10. installed to download iphoto 9.6 from the App store
If Nothing happens then you need to contact App store support - link is on the right of the App store window

I have a DVD Acrobat Pro 9. I upgraded laptops and trying to install but the DVD is not readable. How can I get a new DVD or Download Acrobat Pro 1. The product is registered and I have the serial number. PS: Contacting Adobe on this issue is impossible... direct support stinks.
Download AA 9 Pro from http://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-downloads.html. Make a new backup for your archive. You might also take the DVD to your library to see if it is a drive problem. You might also carefully clean the DVD with water and soap (do not use anything that would scratch the surface or you have destroyed it for sure) and see if that solves the problem. This is particularly an issue if you have finger prints or other crud on the DVD. However, it could also be a bad drive as I mentioned. Hopefully the download solves your problem in any case (I would backup the download to CD and/or backup HD).

Can't uninstall Premier Pro. I keep getting messages to quit the Adobe QT32 Server and the dynamiclink manager. I have no idea how to do these tasks?
You can kill these 2 task by opening the Windows Task manager (CTRL+ALT+SUPPR)
Then find the processes named :
Adobe QT32 Server
Adobe Dynamic Link Manager
Kill theses 2 tasks (right click then END OF TASK)
If you got many of theses tasks, kill each.
Then uninstall Premiere. It should be OK
