NO it won't work in India because all the iPhones for sale in the USA are carrier locked to networks, so no they won't work outside the USA.
There will be no unocked iPhones for sale in the US at the moment which is what you need, and anyway, if you purchased one in the US, there is no international warranty so there is nothing you can do.
You will have to wait because it won't work in India.

Apple does not unlock iPhones. however, T-Mobile, where you live does offer official unlocking. So, contact them as to the cost/requirements.

thanksOne of my favorite things about developing for iOS using Xcode is the Simulator. It runs any of the iOS devices simulated right on your Mac. If you don't have a hardware device to test your application on, the Xcode simulator will surely be your best friend.
So to answer your question less vaguely, yes. You can own the iPhone 5s and develop for the 6. There is no real release information of the iPhone 6 at the time anyways, so I would not let it play too large of a factor in your decision. -

AS before i said please help me.The best rule for purchasing smartphones / computers / other similar gadgets is to buy it when you need it. Chasing the "next best thing" and trying to time the market is a futile exercise. There is always something newer just around the corner. So unless you are just trying to be the coolest person on your block (until something else comes out), just buy what you need when you need it.

No, you can't do what you want. Apple will only ship a US iPhone to a verified billing/shipping address in the US.
