in my browser i can´t see the field for reset and create new input per e-mail. What can i doThe reset link will only show if you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) set up on your account. If you don't have one (you won't be able to add one until you can answer 2 of your questions) then you won't get the reset option - you will need to contact iTunes Support / Apple in your country to get the questions reset.

When they've been reset you can then use the steps half-way down the HT5312 page that you posted from to add a rescue email address for potential future use. -

with your iPhone connected to your computer, open itunes, under devices, select your phone. in the main window, on the top right, select photos. be sure sync photos fron iPhoto is chosen in the drop down list, and sync all photos is selected, or you new album has a check next to it if you are selectively sync'ing.

If you go to the Adobe Cloud login page you can reset your password by clicking on forgot password—all you need is the email address you used to subscribe:
Adobe ID
Once you've reset the password you should be able to login and cancel under Manage My Account -

Cloud programs do not use serial numbers... you log in to your paid Cloud account to download & install & activate... you MAY need to log out of the Cloud and restart your computer and log back in to the Cloud for things to work
