If by "EEUU" you mean the United States, if you purchase an unlocked iPhone, it will be usable with any Spanish carrier that offers compatible service. Note that the warranty will not be valid in Spain, or anywhere else other than in the US.

Not sure from your post what your problem is. If you've successfully redeemed a gift card onto your account then it's balance should be accessible from wherever you use your account - so if you have your account on 2 iPhones then you should be able to spend the balance from either as well as from your computer's iTunes.

Why do you want to purchase in the US? Your warranty & support will only be valid in the US, and you can purchase officially unlocked iPhones in France that have an EU wide warranty. Doesn't make any sense to me. -

As already stated by Chris and I you can only track your phone if you had findmyiphone enabled in icloud settings.
Then you can log into icloud.com and use the find my iphone app.
Since you said you don't have internet, then you can't track it. -

You will only lose Power PC apps.
To see if you have any Power PC programs go to the Apple in the upper left corner and select About This Mac, then click on More Info. When System Profiler comes up select Applications under Software. Then look under Kind to see if any of your applications are listed as Power PC. Universal and Intel will run under Mavericks.
Before Mac switched to Intel processors in 2006 they used Power PC processors from 1994 to 2005. Power PC 601 through 604, G3, G4 and G5. Applications written for the Power PC processors need the application called Rosetta to run on Intel processors. You should go onto the Tmobile web site and look around. Very soon a pop up window will ask you if you want to chat. You can try asking for someone who knows Spanish (if you prefer), they might have someone available who can chat with you in Spanish.
I give this suggestion because I remember on the Tmobile website, you can order on line, but they let you choose to pay only a little money up front, then pay off the rest over 24 months, or you can choose to pay for it in full. However, their ordering process does not say whether the paid for in full phone is going to be unlocked or not.
It may not be, You may have to make a request and say that since you have paid in full please unlock. I am not so sure that a paid for in full phone is automatically sold in unlocked state.
This is why I suggest you talk to Tmobile to get a definite answer.
Unless someone else on this forum knows for sure? Hope someone else jumps in to answer. But the best way is to ask for yourself directly from Tmobile. -
