Unfortunately, there is no upgrade from CS3 to CS6. I couldn't even purchase CS6 Design Standard through Adobe. They're only promoting the CC version now. I did manage to speak with a rep through the Chat option at one point who offered to sell me the CS6 Design and Web Premium (I mentioned the CC version doesn't make sense financially for me) but the chat failed before I could go any further. The site is very unstable when searching Products. I ended up purchasing the CS6 Design Standard CD through eBay.

That would seem to be the obvious solution. I have tried it but the reason I am asking is the blank fill in the password screen which is the result of this action.
1. open program.
2. License flash screen appears with sign in prompt.
3. Sign in with adobe creative cloud activated.
4. License entry required.
In a perfect world this would prompt an automated response which would read my adobe ID credentials and automatic sign in would occur. So this is my problem. I am stuck on this screen. So here are the options as i understand them. 1. Uninstall and start over. 2. Request support. 3. Search forums.
What am i missing?

Adobe after effects not available on creative cloud

Objective:
I wanted to downloaded adobe after effects trial.
Problem:
Adobe after effects cc is not available on creative cloud.
I have downloaded creative cloud and signed in with my adobe account.After singing I have checked the apps page. All the apps are there except "After effects". Don't know why. I have checked on different days but still not available.
Please help.

im not sure why after effects isn't on my creative cloud list, could someone please let me know why ? When i click on download trial on the internet it takes me to creative cloud and after effects isn't there !

Same old, same old: Your system doesn't meet the requirements. A simple search on this forum could have told you that. Check the Tech Specs on the product page.

Tell us about your computer & OS. Details are good. It may not be able to run AE Creative Cloud, in which case you won't see it.
You might be able to run AE CS6... but again, we can't say because we lack information.

Hi! Thats my problem. I downloaded After Effects CS6 Trial and i downloaded it. Im clicked Set-Up and im waiting about 20sec and its finnish, but its not finnished.. Its saying "Download Adobe Advisor" Im downloaded it but its not worked. And i tested down load Creative cloud, same problem. Pls help me! The error dont have error code. Im tested "Run as Admin".

The first step in Upgrading... is to Snow Leopard = OS X 10.6.x
It is Not available as a download... It is a Paid Upgrade.
