Hello im so bothered right now because my ipad 4 says not charging

I already reboot my ipad by pressing home and power button but nothing has change i change charger and cord also nothing happens, i tried also conect it to my pc but still the same its not charging but it gets all my data pls help how can i fix it thanks

Resolving issues
If your battery doesn't charge, or if your device shows a low-battery image, black screen, or "accessory not supported" alert, follow these steps.
Inspect the connector at the bottom of the phone:
Make sure that there are no bent pins in the connector.
Make sure that the connector is free from debris.
If there are bent pins or debris, please contact Apple Support.
Otherwise, continue troubleshooting.
Make sure that the outlet you're using works.
Make sure that the Apple USB cable and Apple USB power adapter work.
Plug the device in to power and let it charge for up to 30 minutes. If you don't have an Apple USB power adapter, try connecting to a computer's high-power USB 2.0 port (not a keyboard). The computer must be on.
If the device still exhibits an issue, try turning your device off and then on again while connected to power.
If the issue is persists, please contact Apple Support.

I dragged a copy of a photo onto my desktop from iPhoto, and it seems to be in some state of process/activity (vs. just being a copy of a photo on my desktop). I ended up shutting down my system, and when I started it back up, I was able to drag the photo to the trash and delete it (I did get a message warning that my deleting the photo might negatively affect the application that was "using" it, but I deleted it anyway...it worked...and I'm hoping I didn't adversely affect another application!).

I recently transferred some data from my external hard drive to my desktop, but there was an error transferring some of the files and it couldn't respond, and eventually i simply removed the external hard drive. However, the folder/files are still on my desktop, and when i try to move them or delete them, this error message appears:
“-folder/file name-” can’t be opened right now because it’s being used by another task, such as moving or copying an item or emptying the Trash. Try again when the current task is complete.
Since I removed the external hard drive before the files were finished transferring, there is no way for the current task to be completed. How can I resolve this and delete the folders/files from my desktop?

I just managed to resolve this by going to the apple sign in the top left, choosing force quit (or you could do option+command+esc), then i chose finder, and i clicked relaunch. After relaunching finder, the error message doesn't appear anymore, and I could move these files/folders, and delete them just fine.

Thanks, Bob. I've seen this suggested before. However, I'm at a friend's place (cat-sitting). He owns an older MacBook (almost positive) and he streams audio without Airfoil. All he uses is AirPort Express. He told me to simply click alt-option and the volume icon and a menu drops down, and I select "AirPort Express". But it never appears. All the menu offers is this:
"AirPort Express" isn't an option.
Why is that? Is there something fundamental I'm not doing?

I was having this exact issue when I was set up to use PayPal as my payment method. I fixed it by -
1. going to my iTunes account and selecting None as my method of payment, then clicking Done
2. confirming this on my account page - which then said Add (or Set up, I can't remember) a Credit Card
3. on the Add a credit card page, I again set up the exact same PayPal account I had before.
4. I was then taken to the PayPal website to confirm that I wanted to use my PayPal account for iTunes purchases, and finally
5. I was taken back to my account page in iTunes, which looked exactly the same as before BUT...
The next time I tried it, my purchase went straight through! (And this was less than 5 minutes after I'd had the "Credit Card processing is temporarily unavailable" message.)
YMMV, but I guess a similar revalidation process would work for credit cards too.

The dock connector to USB cables are interchangeable on the iPod and iPad. That's not a problem. You must be trying to charge using a USB port on your Computer. If the port supplies enough power, the iPd will charge albeit very very slowly - as long as the Computer is turned on and it is awake.
You should really use the power adapter that comes with the iPad and it will charge much faster. Using the iPod cord is fine - switch to the supplied power adapter for the best results.

Have you tried resetting the SMC? The SMC (System Management Controller) has control over the charging function, so resetting it may help.

Aside from breaking it, putting in in a metal pail in the yard, or putting it in a bucket of water, what can be done to keep it from setting a fire. It is so hot it burns my skin if i touch it, so bright, it hurts to look at, so hot there is now a warning that it is not usable till it cools down, but there is no way to cool it down.

more info, this happened after update to 7.0.2, and also wifi will no longer turn on since update. I took it in to apple store, it had one month left on warrenty, and they said that it would have had to get wet for this to happen. I thought that maybe it got wet through my jeans pocket in the rain or something so I didn't pursue it. Now of course, it is out of warranty by a month.

I purchased Rise of the Guardians on blu-ray, I typd in the digital copy code that came in the case, the ituns extras downloaded, but no matter what I do, the digital copy of the actual movie won't download. Ok, a new digital copy of Rise of the Guardians started downloading automatically at no extra cost, I admit that I was thrilled, but now my happiness is gone because the new digital copy of Rise of the Guardians simply won't play. This is a common problem with iPhone 4s (and IOS 5) There isn't ' anything you can do about it, so you're best bet is to go down to the store and get an exchange. If you have an older iPhone (3gs/4) roll back your update from IOS 5 to IOS 4.

Add ons disabled. have firefox4. Running extremely slow. Love using firefox but am using chrome right now because of the speed issue.

When typing it is slow or delayed. When loading web pages it takes forever. I have disabled all add ons. I had no issues with using firefox until I downloaded the new 4 version. I've had to switch to using chrome and I don't like using that but at least I have no speed issues. Please help so I can use firefox again.
