Hello my name is Elsa. I have iCloud on my iPad, and i saved some photos but i restarted my iPad. They arent there anymore what should i do to get they back
I really need these photos. They are of my family member she just passed away, i would be really thankful If anyone knew how to get them back.
You may want to restore from iCloud Backup if they are current.

I Have called Apple twice about this. They credited the money, but phone keeps losing ringtone. They said I could download it to computer and keep re syncing it, but that's not very convenient.!They said many people had this problem and they were working on a fix for it. Hope they find one soon.

I have a Sony Alpha a6000 and I took some photos in the raw format and tried to check them out in Photoshop but got a error saying that camera raw was out of date with my new camera. Even after updating my Photoshop CS 5 extended with camera raw 6.7 I beleive the exact wording was "camera not supported by the current version of Camera Raw"
Is there another version of Camera raw I can download that will allow this or is my camera just too new for the version of photoshop I have?

Your camera is several years newer than the last ACR plug-in CS5 will host.
If you’re not quite sure you want to spend the money for a new PS, then you can download and use the free DNG Converter 8.4 or newer to make DNGs from the ARW files and those DNGs will have enough new information embedded in them for an older ACR plug-in to work with. Of course this is more cumbersome than opening the files natively in PS-CC with the newest ACR plug-in.
The most obvious thing would be to subscribe to the CC Photography Plan and get the current versions of both LR and PS-CC for $10/month. There is a minimum OS requirement of 10.7 or Win 7 currently and maybe 10.8/Win7 for LR6—not sure about the next PS version because Adobe hasn’t publically said as far as I know.
One thing you haven’t seen using only PS-CS5/ACR6.x is that CS6/ACR7 or newer, there is a new toning model that seems superior for most images. -

What languase does the book's description page in the store say that it's in ? If it says that it's in English then try deleting it from the bookshelf in the iBooks app and redownload it via the Purchased tab in the ibookstore in the app.

At the AT&T store. Tried using iCloud but only 120 songs were transferred and when I access my iTunes account now it only shows 120 and not the 450 anymore that I purchased on my old phone. Tried to sync again from the phone to iTunes and it still not working.

I'm not sure about the message that you got in that app, but read this ..
If you lose sounds for keyboard clicks, games or other apps, email notifications and other notifications, system sounds may have been muted.
System sounds can be muted and controlled two different ways. The screen lock rotation can be controlled in the same manner as well.
Settings>General>Use Side Switch to: Mute System sounds. If this option is selected, the switch on the side of the iPad above the volume rocker will mute system sounds.
If you choose Lock Screen Rotation, then the switch locks the screen. If the screen is locked, you will see a lock icon in the upper right corner next to the battery indicator gauge.
If you have the side switch set to lock screen rotation then the system sound control is in the task bar. Double tap the home button and in the task bar at the bottom, swipe all the way to the right. The speaker icon is all the way to the left. Tap on it and system sounds will return.
If you have the side switch set to mute system sounds, then the screen lock rotation can be accessed via the task bar in the same manner as described above.

I'm having big troubles to use my Iphoto. A while ago I did a big clean of the library so I transferred all my photo in a esternal hard disk and then I cancelled all the pictures from Iphoto. After that , my Iphoto stopped to work as before. Now it get stuck once I open a picture and it is impossible to slide my pictures and to make corrections. What can I do to have back my Iphoto working ???

TKSRestore from your back up from before you did this "clean up" is the simple solution. Other than that:
Option 1
Back Up and try rebuild the library: hold down the command and option (or alt) keys while launching iPhoto. Use the resulting dialogue to rebuild. Choose to Repair Database. If that doesn't help, then try again, this time using Rebuild Database.
If that fails:
Option 2
Download iPhoto Library Manager and use its rebuild function. (In early versions of Library Manager it's the File -> Rebuild command. In later versions it's under the Library menu.)
This will create an entirely new library. It will then copy (or try to) your photos and all the associated metadata and versions to this new Library, and arrange it as close as it can to what you had in the damaged Library. It does this based on information it finds in the iPhoto sharing mechanism - but that means that things not shared won't be there, so no slideshows, books or calendars, for instance - but it should get all your events, albums and keywords, faces and places back.
Because this process creates an entirely new library and leaves your old one untouched, it is non-destructive, and if you're not happy with the results you can simply return to your old one.

This realy works??Where is the backup of the media and other important files from the computer? Ultimately, it is the users responsibility to ensure that backups exists. Waiting until there is a problem to decide to do a backup is not smart. Would you wait until a fire started in your home to call the insurance company and inquire about homeowners/renters insurance????
In the event that no backup exists (stop being lazy.... keep backups of YOUR data and other important files):
If you are in the US and running iTunes 10.3 or later, it is possible to redownload music via iCloud from purchased history.
If you are not in the US or for some reason cannot run iTunes 10.3 or later, contact iTunes customer support and ask very nicely for the opportunity to redownload the content. They are not required to provide this opportunity.
It is also possible to transfer content from an iDevice that was purchased via iTunes. On the new computer, sign into the iTunes account, authorize the computer, connect the device then select File > Transfer Purchases.
The simplest method of all is to transfer or copy the media (and other important files) from the old computer or the backup of the old computer. Typing "move itunes library" into the search bar here or into google will reveal step by step instructions on how to do this. -

Thank you! LGTo the best of my knowledge you have now unfortunately blocked yourself: you can't cancel an iCloud account and as you've got the address there you can't add it as an alias, and I don't know of any workaround for that.

I got a new iPad mini and It said that I didn't have anything in my iCloud backup but I had all 800 of my pictures on it. How do I get them back?
The new one must have been in inventory for a while or it would have the latest iOS.
To update it, connect it to your computer and open iTunes. You may be prompted by iTunes that a newer version is available; if so, choose Download and Install to update it to iOS 6.1.3.
If you don't get this prompt, click on the name of your phone in iTunes, then click on the Summary tab at the top. On the Summary tab, click Check for Update. You should then be prompted that there is an update available and you can update your iPad.
After updating, as mentioned in the posts above, set it up as a new iPad, eject it from iTunes and disconnect it from your computer, then go to Settings>General>Reset, tap Erase All Content and Settings, go back through the setup screens on the iPad and when given the option, choose Restore from iCloud Backup. You should now be able to choose your backup to restore from. Be sure your iPad is connected to wifi and your charger as this may take some time to finish.
